This was my first time to use your service. However, it definitely won't be my last. I've already been telling all my friends and coworkers how easy you made it for me. I simply completed my reservation online, then parked at the hotel. A very friendly and helpful shuttle driver dropped me off right in front of the Grand Rapids Airport. When I returned several days later, another courteous driver picked me up at the airport and dropped me off right at my car. The entire experience couldn't have been better!

Works as described with no hassles. You have to ask the receptionist the location reserved for parking, that is around the corner of the building. I would give it five stars if the path to the parking lot area had good salt coverage to address ice on the road.
Driver was extremely helpful as he helped me scrape ice off my car which was covered from an extreme storm!

Was told I didn't need a reservation and when I got to the hotel was told I couldn't park without a reservation. I would have made it before I came had I been told the correct info. I was already later than I wanted due to construction and then I had to wait longer while they went online and did the same thing I could have done at home before I came. Frustrating.

The road construction made me a little late to the shuttle. Thankfully, they waited for me and we got to the airport early. On the way back, my driver was prompt in picking me up and was kind to load my bags into my car because it was raining and I had forgotten my coat. Excellent drivers, but when I came back earlier than I'd reserved, they couldn't figure out how to refund me the four days I wasn't going to use. I was in a hurry to get home and it was a annoying to stand there while they tried to figure it out.
The service to the airport was fine. But after the return flight, I had to wait about an hour or so, and that was after a reminder call. The first time I called I was told they'd be 10-15 minutes. Other than that, the service was fine. Happy to save money!
The road work is the main reason for the score above. The delays were bad but not the cause of the shuttle service, they did great.
The hotel was suffering from road construction around their property which made getting to the lot difficult and time consuming and the promptness of the shuttle service at risk. Scheduled to continue until late 2013.
