Outbound shuttle service was excellent. Return shuttle very slow. Kept us waiting at airport for a long time.

Was told I didn't need a reservation and when I got to the hotel was told I couldn't park without a reservation. I would have made it before I came had I been told the correct info. I was already later than I wanted due to construction and then I had to wait longer while they went online and did the same thing I could have done at home before I came. Frustrating.
We were very pleased to have a short wait at the airport on our return to GR.
The road construction made me a little late to the shuttle. Thankfully, they waited for me and we got to the airport early. On the way back, my driver was prompt in picking me up and was kind to load my bags into my car because it was raining and I had forgotten my coat. Excellent drivers, but when I came back earlier than I'd reserved, they couldn't figure out how to refund me the four days I wasn't going to use. I was in a hurry to get home and it was a annoying to stand there while they tried to figure it out.
The service to the airport was fine. But after the return flight, I had to wait about an hour or so, and that was after a reminder call. The first time I called I was told they'd be 10-15 minutes. Other than that, the service was fine. Happy to save money!
The road work is the main reason for the score above. The delays were bad but not the cause of the shuttle service, they did great.
The hotel was suffering from road construction around their property which made getting to the lot difficult and time consuming and the promptness of the shuttle service at risk. Scheduled to continue until late 2013.

Iwas very happy with my experience at parking at the Hilton. The attendent was very helpful and I was hungery so I had breakfast at the Hilton Restaurant.

would have been nice to have the snow removed from our car when picking it up. we have heard other motels do that.
It was a wonderful experience. It was my first time flying out of GR and my first time parking outside an airport. I had to catch a 5am flight so I was a little nervous about being there so early and in the dark. The people at the Hilton were awesome.
Parking lot didn't seem very secure? Nothing happened but a open lot seems a little to open. No security was mentioned.
