Parking staff was very clear on shuttle times. And shuttles were on time at specified time. That is all you can ask for. Hotel and staff were accomodating. Tip: ask for shuttle times ahead to plan
despite shuttle taking over an hour after having made two phone calls, I will not be using your service on my parking need. Other companies had shuttles pass so often that I took notice for my next time I need to park.
No parking lot attendant, you check in at the front desk of the hotel. Shuttle normally runs every 30 min. We called for pickup when we got to airport, they told us 15 min. Apparently they skipped a pickup run. When we called back after 40 min, they said it would be 5 min, which it was.
Good place to park the car.
Overall for the price it is fine. However, wish there were more frequent shuttles to/fro the airport. We had to wait more than 30 minutes at the airport and multiple phone calls to have the shuttle come pick us up.
Parking lot was clean. No issues with safety
Our parking experience was great except for the shuttle wait upon our return. I made multiple calls to the hotel to advise of our arrival and hope that the shuttle would be coming however we were left waiting for over 40 minutes. Otherwise the cost and location were great. I would utilize this again.
It's good for folks driving from north of SFO, it'll be additional drive for people coming from San Jose and any place south of SF. The road from Hwy 101 to the hotel has a lot of signals and that can add to your time to airport. Plus the shuttle frequency is very low - 30 mins and most of the times it was running late.
We waited for airport shuttle at SFO for 30 mins. Never arrived. Called hotel and they immediately said to take a cab to the hotel and they would pay for it. Other then that, the hotel, parking spot and attendant all very nice
Shuttle time for pick-up was almost 35 minutes. Too long.
This is the second time we've done this parking is easy, the hotel staff easy to work with and parking is a breeze.
I have been looking for an alternative to Anza parking and tried the Hilton Garden South San Francisco North they were about $5 a day less. Coming from the South it was a little farther. The directions were fine and it was easy to find. Once I was parked the staff were helpful and got us on our way quickly, however we waited about 15 - 20 minutes for the the shuttle. Once on board they got us there fairly quickly. When we returned I called and was told the shuttle was 15 - 20 minutes away. We went to the pickup location and nothing. The key to understand in this is Hilton Garden North in South San Francisco. The shuttle title is literally Hilton Garden South San Francisco North. After having to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to route again it dawned on me we had probably missed it before by not reading the sign on the bus correctly. We finally got back to the car, but because we were so close to the bay the car was covered in bird crap. I spent any savings on having the car washed. Overall there is one shuttle so if your miss you are SOL and need to wait at least 30 minutes. If you are coming from SF then the location is good, but from the South it is out of the way. I am not sure what to do about the birds. We will not be using the lot again and I will look for another lot to the South. There was nothing specifically wrong with the parking but it lacked anything that would make me want to go back.
Need to wait by Hotel Pick Up, Not Parking Pick Up. There's a free phone at the stall to call hotel and this will shorten the pick up wait time. The staff and hotel/ parking lot condition made up for our long pick up wait.
No problem with the parking lot. Adequate spaces & easy check in. Waited about 15 mins. to go to airport. However, upon our return, the wait for a shuttle at the airport was at least 45 mins. When calling for the shuttle, the response was "I'll tell him". No expectation was given as far as how long of a wait. We called a second time with the same reply. This seems like poor customer service.
Staff at HGI was very friendly. Parking lot was well maintain and well lit. Shuttle was a bit slower than others. The location was a bit off (even with GPS it was a bit confusing).
We opted to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and get a good nights rest before our trip. Left our car there and returned to it in the same condition we left it. Couldn't have asked for more.
This was a really easy option for our family. We felt safe leaving our car for three weeks and would use this service again- the price can't be beat!
There was no attendant at the lot. Had to walk inside hotel at the reception and they just made a note of the reservation number and the vehicle number. I left with a feeling that no one really cares about what cars are park in their lots and for how many days. The price was a bit on higher side considering the aloft much closer to the airport offers it for 7.99 per day (through third parties). Over all mixed feelings. Better than paying 14$ at nearby parking lots though.
We did have an issue and I'm sure I'm not the first. Our battery was dead and we could have used s portable battery jumper. If there was on hand to use that would have been great. I do under stand it could be a liability issue if some one hurt them self. They gave to sign a weaver. Just a suggestion. Every thing was great.
Your shuttle does NOT bother to pick up people at the arrivals section of the SF International Airport. We waited for over an hour last night, and, after four telephone calls to get service, we gave up and took a $20 taxi. Needless to say we will NOT be using your service again!
