Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful! Hotel staff was also very friendly and welcoming! Shuttle was on time. We felt our car was in a safe place. We would definitely park here again!

Must call front desk to be picked up from terminal after arriving. Shuttle does not stop automaticaly at each airline stop
The girl was nice when we arrived and the shuttle to the airport was fine. My only complaint was the long wait for the return shuttle. We waited probably 45 or more minutes and it was cold that day.
Had to wait at airport but parking was close to the Hilton Garden Inn (near front door) and close to pick up van. Will use it again.
This is the second time I use these guys but this time we waited an hour in the cold.
Do not use if you have a late flight. My flight was delayed so I didn't arrive to airport until nearly midnight. Waited 30 minutes for shuttle before contacting hotel and front desk was not helpful. Had to pay additional $10 to uber to my car.
It took about 25 mns for shuttle to pick us up from the airport. I had a very heavy suitcase. The driver did not get out of his seat to put the suitcase in the back of the shuttle. He let me struggle to get it on and then I had to leave it in the aisle and hold on tight to make sure it didn't roll down the aisle. Not happy.
Parking lot is very good, but shuttle schedule is not frequent; had to wait longer than other shuttles.
First time we used HGI, we did not properly note the color or markings on the van. Not making that mistake twice, this was a very good experience. We stayed overnight at the HGI South SF and caught an early shuttle. Pick-up was within 15 minutes and worked just fine. Will use again.
The parking lot had plenty of space, seemed safe and had a convenient shuttle. The hotel it's self I would not reccomend, but the parking was great.
I felt comfortable leaving my car very close to the office. Shuttle arrived within 15 minutes. I did have to wait.about 25 minutes for shuttle upon returning to SFO, but it was not a problem.
The shuttle was terribly unreliable. This is the second time this kind of delay happened, both time around noon time. I waited for the shuttle at the terminal for more than 1 and 1/2 hours. When I called the hotel, they could not reach the shuttle driver.
When we arrived for our trip the front desk was great. Gave us all the info we needed and the shuttle left for the airport within about 15 minutes. But on our return, we waited for about 45 minutes with no shuttle arriving and finally had to spend $20 to take a taxi back to the hotel to get our car. We saw multiple shuttles from other hotels and parking services during this time.
All parties involved were courteous and professional, and the price was good. Recommended.
Got on the wrong shuttle. and it took a long time to get to car on return. The driver should check which Hilton Garden Inn you're going to.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly about the parking. The lot was large and had plenty of parking. The shuttle came on the half hour and got us to the airport promptly. Had to wait 20minutes to get the return shuttle, but was expected. Driver was courteous.
We had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to the airport to arrive. On the return leg, it was raining and cold and the shuttle never did show up. We ended up taking a shuttle to an adjacent hotel on its second pass by the shuttle stop.
Bad service at night when it was pouring, windy, and cold. Waited over an hour calling 3 times. 4 groups of 2 were waiting the same time. This is not good if one were going outbound and planned plenty of time for shuttle time and then TSA screening. The problem is exacerbated if one has to check in luggage and the time is consumed within for the shuttle
