    Shuttle service very poor. We had to take a cab when we arrived in the morning. When we returned, it took 3 phone calls and a 45 minute wait to get the shuttle back to our car.

    There are two Hilton Garden Inns. No one told us that there were two identical shuttles going to two different properties. We wasted over an hour being taken to the wrong Hilton Garden Inn. The van should have checked our destination and the confirm email should have clarified and the attendant should have handed us a slip explaining the possible confusion. We are very disappointed.

    I parked at the Hilton Garden Inn. I called the hotel for the shuttle and waited for over an HOUR for the shuttle. I called several times and was assured it was on its way. The last time I called I was told the delay was due to traffic. There was NO traffic at all. I finally got a cab to the Hotel. It took 2 minutes to drive to the Hotel. I suggest you tell fellow "airport parkers" to BEWARE and not rely on the Hotel shuttle at all. This was horrible Holiday experience.

    Actual parking was easy and the attendants were very courteous. The wait time for shuttle pick up was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced... we could have walked to the hotel faster... we called for the shuttle as required.. at 9:40 PM and again at 10:pm and again at 10:29pm ... finally we were picked up at 10:36 pm.. absolutely unacceptable !!! If my wife or daughter would have had to wait that long on a winter night, I most certainly would be taking my dissatisfaction much further. I think if shuttle service is part of the purchase package of a parking program then there is a reasonable expectation for service in less that 15 minutes when the hotel is only 5 minutes (2 miles) from the airport... as good as the rest of the service was this is what I am remembering from this experience...

    Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes, but on our return, we were lucky enough to wait less than 3 minutes. It's a standard hotel parking, so you can pick the spot you like to park and no need to wait for the attendants to get your cars for you, which is very speedy.

    Use this place only if the bigger lots are booked. The shuttle wait can be very long. We were told to wait 35 minutes at the airport.

    Waited >45 minutes for shuttle at the airport despite shuttles supposedly running "every 30 minutes." Called hotel 3 times during that wait, never got an explanation or apology. Would not recommend.

    I will not be parking at this lot again. The shuttle from the lot to the airport leaves only every 30 mins, precisely on the half hour. This schedule is not identified on the website. The website says something like, "shuttle from 4am to midnight", and to me that means it is on-demand. I missed the shuttle by about 3 mins--if I had known the schedule, I would have planned my trip so that I did not miss it. I ended up taking a cab to the airport instead of the shuttle. On the return trip, I had to call to have a shuttle come pick me up. After I called, I waited 25 minutes (at the tail end of a cancelled/rescheduled flight and an additional 17 hours added to my return home, this 25 minutes was almost unbearable). If this parking lot were really inexpensive, I would not have minded the inconvenience of the shuttle so much, but this parking lot is $4-5 more per day than my preferred lots (which were full when I scheduled this relatively last-minute trip and which, BTW, are closer to the airport than this one), so I was expecting an experience that was worth $4-5 more per day . . . and this experience was not.
