We decided to park at the Hilton Garden Inn near SFO for 8 days during our trip and it was the best parking experience we've ever had. It was a lot cheaper and felt safer than places like park n fly. The shuttle service was quick, getting to the airport we only waited 5 minutes, getting picked up from the airport we waited 10 minutes. They are also very close to SFO. Will definitely use them from now on!
The shuttle did not come in time, so we had to take a taxi. One of the staff was really helpful, calling the taxi for us, etc. The other one did not care. We've parked at this location multiple times. My experience with the shuttle at this place is not great in average. Sometimes the shuttle is not reliable. The staff usually are very friendly and helpful, only this time we ran into an odd ball.
the shuttle provided time is only to 11:30PM, after we got our baggage, there has no shuttle service. it's really not a good choice for the late fry.
The wait time going was about 30 minutes. Which wasn't bad at all. Returning the wait time was perfect. As soon as I got to the shuttle area, my shuttle arrived. The driver wasn't friendly at all. He stopped at the other locations and barely said anything. If you turned your head you would have missed the shuttle because he wasn't patient at all. I only tipped him $2 because he told me (female) to carry my bags to the back. Overall the service was great, but the driver sucked.
Shuttle pick-up at the airport almost drove past the stop because two larger hotel vans were occupying the space. They blocked the view of we who were waiting at the curb and we didn't see the smaller white shuttle until it was past us. Luckily, other passengers further along on the curb heard us calling to the van and got it to stop. Since the van comes once/half-hour, drivers have to do a better job of looking for potential passengers.
The wait time to the airport was about 15-20 minutes so not too bad, but our return from the airport we had to wait about 40 minutes and I called twice to check on it. We saw so many other shuttles coming more than once, but the Hilton shuttle took a long time.
I find it to be insulting to offer a discount on future parking with a ONE DAY ONLY expiration while one is out of the country. If one knows that a person is parked for a week, then the offer should be offered a couple of days after the return date. That is the way it use to be in the "Good Old Days"... LOL

No shuttle ever arrived to take me to the hotel despite waiting for over 45 minutes. I found another ride that took me close to the hotel where I parked. I probably won't use your service again. I will say, though, that the drivers were courteous and helpful.
I enjoyed waiting in the comfort of the hilton lobby. however, i waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport on my way home. Many other hotel airport shuttles passed by multiple times, before i saw one of your shuttles.
Very convenient parking lot with reliable shuttle to SFO. No complaints at all.
The pickup service by the hotel(parking provider) was very poor. They pick every 30 minutes, and even then it was delayed when I had to return from airport to pick my car.

Booking was easy. Shuttle service from hotel was difficult. Long time to wait. While at the airport, shuttle passed by and decided not to stop.
My experience was not pleasant. I arrived before the shuttle departed at 10:30 on 8/3/14. The shuttle did not arrive until 10:55. I was afraid I would miss my plane. A half hour late departure is not acceptable when traveling. Upon my arrival to SFO on 8/6/14, I arrived again at 10:30PM. I called the Hilton several times and they assured me the shuttle was on its way. At 11PM it still had not arrived. The hotel offered to reimburse me for my taxi expense. I departed from my destination after waiting in line at the hotel behind folks checking in as well as the delayed time waiting for the shuttle at 11:40PM at night. An hour and twenty minutes after my plane disembarked. I prepaid until Thursday. I am very unhappy with my service. I will not use this lot again.

The parking reservation system was easy and the parking lot was well lit but not covered. My complaint is for the driver of the shuttle. We were waiting outside of the airport at the hotel shuttle pickup area for over 45 minutes for the shuttle. I called three times to ask what the status was and was told that the driver was saying "5 minutes". Ridiculous. When he finally arrived he was very rude. We had a 6 hour flight and the last thing we wanted to do was wait 45 minutes just to get our car. We could have taken a cab home in less time. I will not use this parking lot ever again.
The reservation system was easy and the parking lot was easy to find and well lit but uncovered. My complaint is with the shuttle. After arriving back at SFO after a 6 hour flight, we had to wait for over 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the hotel shuttle area at SFO. I called the hotel three times to check on the status of the driver and was told "5 minutes away" each time. When he finally arrived, he was rude and laughed when I said we had been waiting for 45 minutes. I stood at the shuttle pick up area so long that I saw every other shuttle come and go at least twice if not three or four times in that time period. Ridiculous!
