Conviently located a short distance from FLL, the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Airport Hotel parking service is a great alternative to on-airport parking at FLL.
I could not reach the Hotel by cell phone from the airport. I tried two different cell phones, both inside and outside of the terminal. The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel did not have a courtesy phone at the airport. When I called another Hilton on the courtesy phone, the transfer to my Hilton did not go through.
Absoultely the worst! I used the service 3 times. Each and every time the service was horrible. The last straw was the last time took 2 1/2 hours to get my car. DO NOT park with these people. Very shady. Cars are parked together like sardines, your car stereo and A/C are always on full blast when they return it to you. The lots are a few blocks away from the main site and not fenced in or well lit. I cannot express how horrible the service is and expect to wait at least an hour and a half to get your car when you return.
Very impressed will certainly use again.
Shuttle on the way back took 45 minutes! Unacceptable. I had to take a taxi on the way back. Very disappointed
I waited for an hour for the shuttle so I called and they told me I was to call them once I arrived. No one mentioned that when dropping me off at the airport. Also, the parking lot needs additional light. It was very dark on the second floor and I was a little afraid walking to my car.
On my return the driver(a woman) was very abrupt when I moved the step ladder to get into he van.She told me "Don't do that, don't move the step ladder it is to help people get in and out of the van". My husband and I were the only passengers. I tried to explain to her that I did not need the ladder and placed it on the back seat to prevent me from tripping over it. She continued grumbling under her breath and never apologized.I have used your facility previously and all the drivers were helpful and courteous.
I'll keep coming back.
