The airport shuttle runs from 5:30 AM to Midnight and runs on demand. The shuttle typically takes about 15 minutes between airport runs to return to the hotel, but in peak traffic may take up to 25 minutes. Between the hours of Midnight and 5:30 AM, the front desk will gladly assist by arranging a taxi to transport you to the airport (additional fee paid to cab driver); please allow ample time for the hotel to contact the cab company as these are off peak hours. Driver was extremely friendly and helpful.
I'd park there again and recommend it to others. Actually, I parked in that garage for years when I worked in Crystal City, so I knew where it was. the parking garage was quite full so others apparently also like it and it's proximity to Reagan National. I did forget to use my $5 off coupon however.
An excellent experience
Very easy to use
I found three scratches (like the kind made manually by a key) on my drivers door. The security guard replied rudely saying it's not his fault and started accusing me! Then the manager came over (who was comparatively polite) and took my information and told me their insurance company will contact me. Extremely bad experience.
The Hilton Crystal City airport shuttle runs only by request and not on a regular schedule. This led to a long wait to get to the airport and I had to call to request a shuttle pick up to return to the hotel parking lot. It all worked out, but these details are not clearly described on the airport parking website or in my parking confirmation. In addition, the parking confirmation doesn't tell parkers that they must go to the hotel registration desk to confirm their payment and pick up a key card that will allow you to exit the parking lot.
I will definitely use AirportParkingReservations.com again. The hotel I chose was so handy to the airport I flew out of. I loved the peace of mind knowing I had a parking space waiting for me. The price was just right, and the personnel who helped me couldn't have been more accommodating. On my flight home, I told my seat mate about my experience. He plans to use AirportParking Reservations.com the next time he flies.
the parking lot was good, but I use a mobility scooter and I was told by the hotel that their shuttle with a lift does not work most of the time. So my husband left me and and the scooter and our luggage at the airport, parked the car, and then came back to the airport. When we arrived back at DCA, we were late, and did not want to take the time to go through that whole process in reverse, so we just took a cab that could accommodate the scooter if we disassembled it. That rather reduced our savings by parking there. On a positive note, I was really impressed by how well the garage was lit.
Parking garage is difficult to navigate.
Shuttle service is a problem - we had long waits and no shuttle on one occasion.
We have used the Hilton twice and are very happy with their service.
Only gave four stars because parking places are really tight. We fortunately had our smaller vehicle with us.

I've parked at the Crystal City Hilton via Airport Parking multiple times, and my only complaint is that more often than not, I'm waiting for 20-30 minutes at the hotel for the shuttle to take me to the airport. Other than that - no complaints!
It was very smooth.
When issues occurred due to the air traffic glitch of 8.15.15, everyone was very helpful adjusting arrangements and accommodating the crush of passengers arriving at such a late hour.
Had to wait almost 30 mins for shuttle. Staff at Hilton made the experience bad.
