Arrival Info:

In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.

Airport Transportation

The shuttle picks up at the back entrance of the hotel every 15 minutes from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Outside of these times the shuttle runs on demand. If you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector.

    Parking was a little unorganized. Attendant was busy and asked if we had prepaid parking I said Yes. Then just told us to park in the back of the lot. When we left, the exit gates were closed and it looked like they wanted you to pay with a credit card when you exit. Luckily I found that the entrance gate was open so I went out that gate.

    Staff at the hotel were very friendly and were familiar with this service. When my flight arrived after midnight, they let me out of the lot without charging me extra.

    As many times as I've used the service, I have yet to successfully get the ticket to work to exit the lot. I always get some error msg like "Bad Facility Code" when I put the ticket in and have to press the Call button for help.

    All was great except that the shuttle driver would not take me to the Southwest curb site check in as he said there was construction and he didn't have time. I recently had a knee replacement and required a wheelchair but had to walk from Delta to Southwest counter to check in.

    The ride to the airport was terrible. Driver made stop at back gate for personal matter and was driving erratically. The ride back to the hotel was wonderful as was the driver. I would have preferred a bar code to scan at the hotel gate, rather than having to wait for the front desk to give me a validation ticket.

    The only small glitch was that there was no attendant when I exited the parking lot, I had to park again and go to the hotel front desk to get a pass to open the exit gate.
