Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.
The shuttle picks up at the back entrance of the hotel every 15 minutes from 5:00AM am to 11PM. Outside of these times the shuttle runs on demand. always excellent service and so close to the airport. I was late by one day because Delta cancelled all flights leaving from White Plains for the entire day and Hilton did not charge me an extra fee as a courtesy.
Someone at Hilton Atlanta Parking Lot has stolen my BMW Emblem last night. I left my car for the past 5 days and found the emblem was gone.
This is the UBER of parking. It was the cheapest and quickest method of long term available for the ATL airport. Total cost for 2 weeks of parking was $82.00, as compared with other off airport parking.
wrong exit given from 85 stressed me out, but concierge was great
Parking easy to find at Hilton Airport Hotel, but it was difficult to know what to do. No one there to instruct. Had to stand in line at the main desk with people checking into hotel. Parking attendants need to help direct and signage needs to be provided. We usually park at another hotel and it is much easier to find information.
The Hilton on Virginia Ave. offers among the best parking services I have seen anywhere at a good value.. It gives people a very safe feeling to leave their vehicle for a week or more. The shuttles are efficient with minimal waiting. Drivers are polite & helpful. The only thing that caught us off-guard is when leaving the parking lot, we expected an attendant to talk to give our receipt. However, we ended up paging the front desk from the intercom and they let us out with no issues. I would definitely use them again if they maintain a good price value.
It was great going especially since it was 4:00 a.m. however, coming back we had to wait more than 20 minutes. In fact the 8:45 did not show and the 9:00p.m. one was the one we eventually got on.

Upon my arrival on Monday, November 16th, the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. The driver was quite courteous and immediately placed my bags in the back of the van. I was the only passenger and he immediately left the Hilton parking lot for the airport. When I returned to the airport on Friday, November 20th, the driver, again, immediately placed my bags in the back of the van. I inquired as to the procedure of obtaining the proper card to exit the Hilton when I desired to leave the parking lot. He was extremely helpful and informed me that he would stop at the entrance to the Hilton and wait while I went to the front desk to obtain the proper credentials. He did just that. And, when he drove into the parking lot he stopped at my vehicle and loaded all 3 of my bags in my car. Both drivers were very friendly and courteous. I will use the Hilton's parking again and have recommended it to my friends.
As I arrived and was getting out of my car, the shuttle drove off; however, the driver pulled back around to come pick me up and thus saved me the hassling of waiting for the next shuttle. When I arrived back at the airport from my return flight, I only waited about five minutes. Everyone was courteous and efficient. I will happily use this service again.
I use this location for every trip and have recommended it to others. Under normal conditions, they are excellent all the way across; however, at this time they are re-paving and re-painting the parking lot. For the time being travelers should enter the parking lot from the rear (where the drivers normally exit), as opposed to using the front entrance. The are providing complimentary valet service, and you will need to turn in your keys and pick up a valet ticket in lieu of the normal parking ticket. Call ahead to find out the status of construction, as it may be completed by the time you read this

Drove in, parked and was on the shuttle to the airport in less than 5 minutes. Lot is well lit. Pickup at the airport was also less than a 5 minute wait. Back at the hotel - walked in, showed the clerk my prepaid form, he issued a validated exit coupon. I was on the road in record time. Will park here for all future flights.

Great place to park. Has always been secure. Shuttle picks you up at the parking lot and leaves you at the front door close to the Front Desk for your return.
Kudos to Hampton Inn for giving me a return ride when Airport Hilton was not available! Wow! One Airport Hilton driver gave my carryon to another passenger and then left me to work it out after calling the Hotel and getting a phone number exchange... Fortunately, the other passenger recognized he had the wrong bag when he arrived at Security and called the Hotel AND Security was close by where I was and we were able to make the exchange!!!
Had absolutely no problems with parking here. I will say that even with lights in the parking lot, when I came back it felt rather dark to me, but as I noted there was security patrolling the parking lot, I felt perfectly safe, even being by myself.
