In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.
The shuttle picks up at the back entrance of the hotel every 15 minutes from 5:00AM am to 11PM. Outside of these times the shuttle runs on demand. If you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you.

Worst parking experience I have experienced in over 30 years of traveling. Outside door man / concierge was extremely rude and unprofessional - almost threatening in nature. I asked to speak with a manager - had to wait and see 2 different managers to explain the unprofessional and "no customer service" provided by the door man / concierge. I will never do business at a Hilton again - no resolution or contact from the company.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the shuttle drivers are great. This is a much better option than parking at the airport!
I arrived at the parking lot and had the following problems 1- No one was helpful to tell me where to park 2- After I managed to park, ofcourse the shuttle was EMPTY. I looked for the driver, but could not find him/her. I went up to the hotel registration and they told me I have to wait downstairs. While I was going downstairs the shuttle was about to leave. I had a women on the escalator who would not move. While I got down, the shuttle has already left and guess what? The next one will be there in 30-45 minutes!!! 3- The next shuttle was to arrive in 30-45 minutes because of the construction. I know that has not to do with the airport, but at LEAST letting us know beforehand to plan 4- If you are reading this comment, save your money , and do not come to this hotel unless you have 4 hours of extra time before your flight.
When we arrived back from our trip, I find my car with a dead battery. Spoke with the front desk and they sent out a person to help me within 20 minutes. Awesome service!! I will definitely use you again.
Liked this deal - works well. Here's how: (1) Take a printout of your receipt with you. When you get in, just go in the lot, get and (2) save your parking ticket as usual, park around the building in the back. Shuttle came in 5 min. From the Terminal, (3) go to the side aisle between the north and south terminals where all the hotel shuttles pick up, and not just out the baggage claim doors. (4) Upon return, go up to the reception desk and they will take your receipt and give you a Hilton room key type of card. Here's the key to a successful exit: (5) even though it goes into the ticket slot, you need to swipe it in the swipe slot instead! Great deal overall - no problems.
On our return, Our wait time was 55 minutes. It was 28 degrees outside and my five year old son (and myself) was freezing as we waited outside for the shuttle. I called the office 3 times for a status update. At which time he finally gave me the drivers direct cell phone number. And then it took another 10 minutes for him to get back to the airport.
We've used several different lots when we travel, and this was by far the best. It felt much more safe and secure than others in the area. The drivers were pleasant and courteous. On our return, the shuttle for the Hilton was not there, so the driver from one of the other nearby Hilton-owned hotels offered to take us to the lot. Could not have asked for better service.

It was not clear where to park I had to stop and ask the Hotel's front desk. Additionally, upon leaving I asked a security guard where I could exit due to my having already paid in full. He directed me to exit like everyone else was. Unfortunately, I would have had to pay $140 to exit and there was no attendant manning the booth. I went the to the front desk and they gave me a validated voucher. A lot of trouble that was not explained up front.
First time using long term parking other than official airport parking so I have not had experience elsewhere but the parking at the Hilton was excellent. It was so effortless to reach the parking lot and the shuttle was ready to go as soon as I parked and took us directly to our gate. Upon arrival to airport after trip the shuttle was again there waiting and took no time getting me to Hilton so I could retrieve my car. Car parking area is very safe and gated. Leaving the parking area was effortless as well. Highly recommend.
Good alternative for Vallet Parking
I work in the hospitality industry and was very impressed with the service I received going to the airport and returning. Thumbs up!
Overall the experience was very good and I would definitely use them again. My only suggestion would be to off load at both terminals. All guests were unloaded at the Delta terminal and I needed to be at the Air Tran terminal. In other words we needed to be at the North Terminal and everyone was offloaded at the South Terminal. The driver said it was only a 100 ft walk, we all know that isn't exactly true and the holidays are very busy so it was my only complaint.
Parking at the Hilton Atlanta Airport is very convenient. The shuttles are fast to and from the airport. One thing you need to do is to validate your parking ticket at the front desk. Will use again!
