In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.
The shuttle picks up at the back entrance of the hotel every 15 minutes from 5:00AM am to 11PM. Outside of these times the shuttle runs on demand. If you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector.

Everything was nearly perfect - the only problem i had was on my return to Atlanta - i (along with a few other people) had to wait for over 40 minutes for the Hilton shuttle to pick us up at the airport. i finally called the hotel directly to inquire about the shuttle. check in and check out process was great and i felt safe leaving my car there for 9 days!!
worked out great. Flew out of Atlanta and used the Hilton. Only thing was it was not clear how to get out of the parking lot. Had to get a voucher from the Hotel desk. That was a bit confusing and frustrating

Great service, clean, comfortable shuttle service. Paid in advance but had to go to desk to understand process. A little awkward for first time user, but definitely will use going forward.

We loved using the parking at Hilton Atlanta Airport. The convenience was GREAT and the cost was fair. It made our trip a lot easier. ....Did not have to fight the huge parking lot at the airport. It was door-to-door from hotel to airport. and the nice people helped us with our luggage.
The Hilton was a great place to park. The shuttle was very quick and took us directly to our car. I would highly recommend parking at the Hilton.
The Hilton is my favorite. One problem-you have to stand in the hotel guest check-in line. Often it is long. I think some alternative should be available.
My family and I used airportparkingreservations.com to park at the Atlanta Airport Hilton for 7 days last week (09/13-09/20), while on a vacation trip. Everything went very smoothly, from parking our car to taking the shuttle to the airport and back. Parking off-site at a hotel parking lot makes so much sense, seeing as how hotel parking lots may not always be full. The price is right for this, and we'll definitely be doing this again! I've already referred a few people to this parking option.
Enjoyed the stress free parking you offered. Even with flight getting delayed due to weather I still made it in to Atlanta the same day just later. this service would be much better if the hotel shuttle was also available at the international terminal, so that we don't need to take another shuttle from the international terminal to the national one

We used the Airport Hilton in ATL. It was a very good experience! It was so easy. I would definitely recommend it!
Worst parking experience I have experienced in over 30 years of traveling. Outside door man / concierge was extremely rude and unprofessional - almost threatening in nature. I asked to speak with a manager - had to wait and see 2 different managers to explain the unprofessional and "no customer service" provided by the door man / concierge. I will never do business at a Hilton again - no resolution or contact from the company.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the shuttle drivers are great. This is a much better option than parking at the airport!
