In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.
The shuttle picks up at the back entrance of the hotel every 15 minutes from 5:00AM am to 11PM. Outside of these times the shuttle runs on demand. If you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector.

Couldn't believe the arrangement with the Hilton airport hotel. Made my life easier than leaving the Hillton to find reasonable parking. Thx
We would certainly use this parking option again.
I have parked here before, as well as other facilities. This is a nice hotel with a large secure rear parking lot, and as close to I-85 as possible for convenience. The shuttle runs frequently, and the driver kindly waited a minute while I parked the car after dropping off our luggage. I would only suggest that the hotel put a sticker on their main exit kiosk telling 'park and fly' folks to pull forward to the machine that accepts the exit card that the hotel provides upon your return.
No attendants all done through the hotel front desk and they were very efficient.
The gentleman who drove the shuttle at 1:30 AM was very courteous and went above and beyond.

There was no parking lot attendant, and the hotel seemed confused when I talked to them about it. Also, the lot had a lot of broken glass in it!
Shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. I have used this shuttle service several times and I have never had a problem.

The card they provided me with to leave the parking lot didn't work. It was late evening and several other hotel guests were trying to leave as well, creating a lot of chaos and confusion as they weren't able to trigger the gate to lift. A parking lot attendant appeared to be attempting to fix the issue. I went inside and asked for help and they gave me a room key instead that I could use to trigger the gate to exit, which worked. This hotel was large and it was challenging to figure out where the airport shuttle picked people up (not the same place they dropped them off!), the elevators were very slow, and the parking lot was sprawled pretty far out there. Wouldn't fly this again unless it was the lowest price left (which it was at the time).

The people at the Hilton were terrible. There were no directions for how to exit. There was no parking lot attendant. They would not answer call box at gate. Had to go back in and get a room key but no one mentioned there was a different box to use that card at. No directions no instructions no one to help. Had to call them on the phone 3 times to get out. Shuttle was great.
The only issue is that you have to park around the back of the hotel instead of the front. This was confusing but after figured out the front desk was very nice and we were able to get our ticket to exit whe we returned.
Person we checked in with was very knowledgeable and helpful, since this was our first time parking using Park/Fly at Hilton. We were picked up promptly and when we returned the shuttle was waiting when we got out of the airport. The driver was very polite and thanked us for the tip.
Going to the airport-great no problem; getting back to the hotel, well the delay was longer than expected. I called the hotel and it took 4 attempts to get a live person to talk with. when I checked out there was a 30 minute line of people checking in. After traveling all day and a flight delay, it was a bit taxing. There was not enough staff at the front desk and lack of attention to providing service.
My vehicle was broken into and the Hilton hotel felt as though they were not lioable for the damages.
We parked at the Airport Hilton and then stayed there coming and going from the airport. Very good facilities and service and your prices were very good.
