In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver. Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector. Please allow additional time.
The shuttle picks up at the back entrance of the hotel every 15 minutes from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Outside of these times the shuttle runs on demand. If you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you. Shuttle to the international terminal is not provided, but the airport has an international shuttle connector.

The ride to the airport was terrible. Driver made stop at back gate for personal matter and was driving erratically. The ride back to the hotel was wonderful as was the driver. I would have preferred a bar code to scan at the hotel gate, rather than having to wait for the front desk to give me a validation ticket.
The only small glitch was that there was no attendant when I exited the parking lot, I had to park again and go to the hotel front desk to get a pass to open the exit gate.
Shuttle driver was great! Friendly and. Emry helpful will use this device again for sure!
Very easy and convenient option when it comes to airport parking. I will use the Hilton Airport parking again.

The front desk was had no sense of urgency whatsoever. It would be convenient and much more efficient if one could be in the parking lot in order to stamp individuals' printed passes instead of having to go into the front desk and wait with those who are checking into the actual hotel. Then the front receptionist didn't even guide me to where the shuttle was so I was waiting in the incorrect spot until a bellhop informed me. Poor customer service.

We had no problems finding the parking lot (it was daytime). There were no attendants in the parking lot, just the driver of the shuttle van, who waited for us to park our car and quickly loaded our luggage. When we returned, the shuttle had just left the airport, but another Hilton shuttle driver took us to the Airport Hilton - a very nice gesture since it was out of his way. There were no parking lot attendants again, but I knew to go inside and get the card to open the gate. Overall we had no problems and will most likely park here again.
The lighting in the parking lot is terrible and people should be able to expect more from Hilton.
Carry two copies of the parking reservation - One to leave on the car dashboard, and one to carry on your trip. I left my only copy on the dashboard and 15 days later when I returned from Europe, I could not remember which hotel I had parked at.
