    We did not overnight for we are close to Airport, used the Hampton Belleville airport area. Hotel was easy to find, shuttle was smooth there and back, overall experience was excellent, car was secure, parking lot well lit, will use again for sure

    I called when I got off the plane and was told to call back after I have my luggage. Which I have no problem with, my intent was to let driver know he had 2 people coming up so if he was already dispatched, he could plan his trips, ie if dropping off he may want to hang, or any other combination. This was to assist your company's efficiency. I did call back when I had my luggage, but I was not treated friendly either call, and first one certainly like " I did it wrong" instead of saying I will pass it on, but I need you to call back when you have your luggage so we can let the driver know you ready. I was told to park in back of lot which I did but 2 other cars parked near the front and 1 parked in the front lot. Seems like there should be more consistency. Overall I was satisfied

    We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes before the hour as suggested on our reservation then still waited 40 minutes after the hour for the shuttle. Then when we came back I called from the plane and they stated they would be there in 20 minutes and it took an hour for the shuttle. It was not worth the little savings for all the waiting.
