Most importantly, Globe Airport Parking offers affordable services and 24 hours surveillance. They provide services no other parking lot offers, such as car washing, detailing, mechanical repairs, oil changes (by Ryan Automotive), engine cleaning, window tinting, dent removal and upholstery repair. Rates for their services are always comparable to or less than what you would pay elsewhere, without the inconvenience of making an appointment and losing the use of your car. Globe Airport Parking is more than just a parking lot and has been for more than 30 years.

You guys do a great job; you are efficient and courteous.
Nice, helpful people with pleasant attitudes. This was a much better experience than the previous parking service I used, whose employees were rude and indifferent. I switched to Globe Parking and will never go back to the previous service.
This was my second trip using Globe parking, and I doubt I will ever use another in Pittsburgh. The drivers have been efficient and courteous, and extremely helpful. The desk clerks also, friendly and efficient, I've never been made to wait to check in or out, and no waiting for my vehicle to be brought to me. Two reservations, one loyal repeat customer!
Waited over 20 minutes to get picked up
I have used this company for over 15 years now but I was extremely disappointed that it took 20 minutes to pick me up. That left a very negative impression with me. The driver was not courteous and at one point he was doing 75 mph in a 40 mph zone!!! That's what I get for sitting up front! Too much info!!!

I have always used Globe when I travel. They are fast, friendly & it is great in hot or cold weather. Your car is awaiting your arrival. Snow removed, heat or air on. They will wash it for you also if you request. I love the extra discount I get on your site. It is expensive to travel & this saves some extra spending money.

Everything from dropping off the car, shuttle to airport, return shuttle from airport, and picking up our car went smoothly.

We first used Globe last year. We will never use the airport lot. Shuttles are very quick with little wait time. Staff is always polite and my care is ALWAYS ready to go when I return.

Normally Globe is wonderful, but this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. My flight was delayed a bit so we arrived at 1:30 am. I called Globe immediately after walking off the plane since I didn't have any luggage. The shuttle arrived within 5 minutes and picked up another woman and me. Then, we waited for a while and the driver said there were a couple more people. We waited 5-10 min for them. Then, we drove around and waited another 5-10 min. for 5 or 6 other people, which filled up the bus. Then we waited another 5-10 min for a couple who ended up standing in the bus. I checked the timestamp of my call and yes, I waited 30 minutes AFTER getting on the bus for it to actually start driving me to the lot. There were no apologies or explanations. I had not checked any baggage precisely so I wouldn't have to wait for luggage, but I ended up having to wait for a dozen other people's luggage instead. I know we were one of the last arrivals that night, but there's still no excuse for not making it into 2 trips when there are that many people. Then, I had a question about my charges since I thought it would be less and the cashier was not particularly nice or helpful–just saying "all I know is what it says here, that the guy before me wrote that you owe $20" and unhelpful about that. It turns out that I had not realized that there was about $10 is fees and tax, so the amount was correct, but it would have been a much better experience had he had a better attitude. I may use them again, because I have had good experiences and they seem to be the cheapest, but waiting >30 minutes on the shuttle is inexcusable.
