I just used this service yesterday for the first time. The service was excellent. When I couldn't even remember what lot I had parked in or where in the lot, the shuttle driver was very helpful in getting me to my car. I was impressed.
I waited 1 hour in the freezing cold for the shuttle service to drop me off from the airport terminal to the parking lot. Numerous people waiting the entire time, and no explanation given to why there was such a delay. The driver kept stating another van would come but it never did. So much for 24/7 shuttle parking. You might save money but you lose time!
The parking and shuttle service to and from the airport was actually really good. This low rating is due to the person who was manning the booth in Lot A where you pay the charges. We have had the same man at least twice now. He is rude and nasty and should not be working in any job that requires interaction with other people. The last time we parked there was due to having to attend my Mother's funeral in Florida. We returned on 6/16/2014. The shuttle from the airport to the lot was very good but the man in the payment booth was just belligerent, ornery, curt and just plain unpleasant. The name plate under the "service" window was Joseph. He should be fired.
Just parked here this morning. The shuttle driver couldn't have been nicer. He helped finding a parking space, helped with the luggage, didn,t waste any time. He was very friendly, and pointed out what to look for on the return trip, where to catch the shuttle, what to do if car trouble. It took about 10 min to get to the terminal. Excellant service
Complete garbage for parking service. Shuttle took over 30 minutes to show up, and by the time I got dropped off at my car from my 11 pm landing it was past midnight so I had an additional full day charged.
I've used this lot for the last time. On May 8, 2014, 6:15 PM, on the steps to the shuttle, the driver leaned over me to take my bag. I told him I needed to keep it with me, which clearly made him angry. He put his hands on me as I boarded. I told him not to manhandle me, and he started screaming in front of everyone how I needed to respect the driver. I told him he needed to start respecting his passengers. He then went on a rant about how I had "pushed him." It was clear he was not above throwing out any accusation at that point. Are these drivers screened or trained at all? Keep your hands off your passengers, and don't bring your anger to work!
Avoid B lot! If you have any problems. ....you will get stuck for at least 25 mins. Machine would not read credit card....and have been at the mercy of whomever will come and help. Which takes them forever.
