Arrive at the garage location by following signs to the airport. Stay on the arrivals level, pass in front of the terminal, and look for the red "Garage C" signs on the right. Garage C is an On-Airport self-park garage, with a 7 feet clearance. Present printed reservation to attendant at exit and pay the balance due; do not use the automated machine.
No Shuttle - just a short 2-minute walk to Terminal through an enclosed walkway.

Great savings are available when you make a reservation with Garage C. Garage C is so close to PVD you can see the entrance from the airline check in area. The location is only a 2 minute walk to the terminal at Providence Airport through a covered walkway.

Parking lot C is perfect for long term. Easy access in and out.
i had to get dropped off with the luggage then my husband went to park, i thought he left me there he was gone for so long. When i prepaid they said it was a 2 minute walk all in doors.....FALSE, never again for that money. There was no shuttle around and no parking attendants when we arrived and when we departed

Very helpful attendant! I parked at Lot C near the terminal, so didn't need a shuttle. I only put less than 5 minutes (above) because it was a required field, but there was no option for not needing the shuttle. My only suggestion is to make the option to reserve a spot in Garages A, B, or C more obvious on the TF Green website. I only found it by going to the FAQ's after following a link... But I'm very glad I chose that option... convenient and worth it.
It turned out that the lot was not full so I did not NEED a reservation, so everything was fine, but... It's not clear to me that I actually HAD a reservation. I used the same process anyone would use when arriving to the airport. If it was full I don't see how a spot would have been saved for me. I'm puzzled. Also, the attendants could not have been LESS friendly. It may have been a language barrier, but they came across as angry and rude.
Did not use shuttle service, nor was one available at the time I was there. Was a little leery of using this garage after reading some of the reviews, especially with the prepay deposit system. Had no problems whatsoever, was in and out in no time. Excellent experience, will use again.
Was glad to have been able to have a covered lot traveling during the winter and walking distance to terminal...about 2 minutes.

As a selection for shuttle you should have NA. Since I parked in lot C I didn't need a shuttle.
Parking was good and car was safe when we returned. No shuttle was necessary as it was an easy walk to the terminal. Would definitely use this service and park at this garage again.
I did not take the shuttle as the walk was only a couple of minutes. I could not get past this shuttle question. there should be a N/A answer.

I had reserved, and paid some of the parking fee when I purchased it online. The balance I would owe was 48.00. When I handed the girl the receipt I had from the computer she said I owed her 68.00 dollars. I said the receipt says I owe you 48.00 dollars she fixed it and said I owe 51.00 because the rates went up after I purchased it online and had a receipt stating my balance. I tried to explain I bought it before the rate went up so I felt I was locked in to the old rate. I said I wanted to speak to a manager. He was very rude and said I had to pay it then call the next day ask for Bruce to give me my 3 dollars back . I said no I would call the Warwick police he said they had no jurisdiction over the airport police I said okay have them come and I will talk to them about it. The( manager?) in charge called back and said just charge them the 48 dollars. The point of the story is my expectation of paying first is I thought would make the whole experience a lot more enjoyable and less time consuming. It was definitely the opposite. The manager is rude and seems lazy. We checked out of garage C at approximately 10-10:30 pm Wednesday May 6th. I will take a cab if need be next time, or leave at a later time to get dropped off by a friend or relative. Other than that rude manager the garage area and the ease of getting to the airport was nice. I know you won't ever go out of business because a lot of people need this service, but I hope you retrain your staff so a the very least it can be consistent and FRIENDLY. Thank you for your time.
