Arrive at the garage location by following signs to the airport. Stay on the arrivals level, pass in front of the terminal, and look for the red "Garage C" signs on the right. Garage C is an on-airport self-park garage. 7 feet clearance. Present printed reservation to attendant at exit and pay the balance due; do not use the automated machine.

Great savings are available when you make a reservation with Garage C. Garage C is so close to PVD you can see the entrance from the airline check in area. The location is only a 2 minute walk to the terminal at Providence Airport through a covered walkway.

Arriving and parking was fine. Upon my return there was no clear indication of where the walkway to Garage C was located at all. Car was fine. As I exited, I showed my deposit receipt to the cashier who had no idea what it was or what to do. After a call and a back and forth discussion- she struggled with English,, I finally paid and it took 30 minutes from getting my suitcase to exiting! Very unpleasant experience- except that she, the cashier was very nice and wNtedto be helpful.

So convenient and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely do it again. I do think the two minute walk was a bit of an underestimate, though :)
The attendant at the cash out did not have a clue what to do with the paper work showing the deposit. He seemed overwhelmed. It took forever to get out of there.

There was broken glass in a few spots in the garage when we got there on the 6th and when we returned on the 13th it was still there. I think it should have been cleaned up within the week. Also I did not take the shuttle and your survey keeps asking me to rate it.
Parked in garage C in Providence and the garage was clean and well lit. The parking cashier was polite and explained the pre-pay system. I did not use the shuttles. Never saw one. I walked to the garage it was very close.
High praise!!! My husband had dropped his car off for me after a week with our family before his current Navy deployment. Well, I couldnt find the car. It was HORRIBLE! I had 4 huge bags and a stroller with a precious 10 month old baby in it! I finally gave up and asked an attendant for help. He made one call and Jean showed up with a smile. She not only helped me find my husbands car, she helped load our bags into her service car along with the attendant( who was fantastic). She drove until I spotted the lost suv! Thank you, JESUS! Have you ever wandered around a 7-8 floor parking deck with 5 huge bags and a baby in below freezing weather? NOT my finest moment. Jean was so patient and assured me I was not the idiot I continued to call myself. She even waited to make sure that me and my baby got out of the parking deck without an issue. I will park there again and will refer friends, family and acquaintances to as well. Short walk, too!
No shuttle service was involved, walking distance only, mostly covered. Stairs could be better marked.
The only problem I had was that the airport directions said pay here at the kiosk BEFORE going to your car. There was no one to ask, so I paid and then found out that I should not have paid at the kiosk, but rather at the gate when I was leaving. Otherwise great parking lot. And, no shuttle was needed.
Making the reservaton on-line is the easy part. Getting out of the lot is the problem. This is the third time that the attendant did not know what to do with the reservation receipt, requiring phone calls, etc. on what to do. This time there was a new employee who had no idea what to do and had to request a supervisor to come to the booth to show her how to do it. Seriously? After a 3 hour delay due to mechanical difficulties change of planes and a lot of stress, we get held up again at the parking booth. Why have this service if you don''t train your employees to deal with it. It is very simple, supervisors make the money, so TRAIN your employees. The booth person should not have to deal with frustrated customers unable to leave the lot because of the lack of training from management! Fix this!!!
I did not know about or see a shuttle service. We walked the walkway to and from the car which is not far at all.
