I think the overall service was very quick but the person who was at the counter was very rude. Even if the service and fees are reasonable i think this type of poor customer representative--he was actually yelling at me because i didn't know what to do, makes people not recommending your place. you need to find someone who're much more educated in customer satisfaction.
I used Fox Auto Parks and for the return leg of the trip, they tell you to text when your flight arrives so they will have your car ready when you get there. This was the second time that I've done that and both times they did not have my car ready for me when I got there.
I was again super happy with Fox Parking. I waited only about 2 minutes for the van to arrive, however three men who got on with me complained to the driver that they had been waiting for 45 minutes ! ! !
The manager is very rude, very hostile. It's like he is having a miserable job or life. When I asked him "what is the interval of pickup van cycling?". His answer "we do not know". "What is your planed interval?" "Just wait at purple area". "What is the number should I call when I come back to LAX?". Answer "just read your receipt". Other staff are very reasonable.
Called to say I was at Int'l terminal & give my #. Took 18 minutes to see the FOX Shuttle & was three lanes away from were I was standing Definitely he did not see me. So I decided to walk to terminal 3 to have a better view to see it coming & waited another 25 minutes and shuttle was all most full, I had to leave my luggage on the floor near the driver. It stop three more times and more luggage on the floor & more people standing up, very crowded. It stop where they rent cars which she was on the wrong lane to go there with the traffic on Centery Blvd she had problem to cross on the right lane. So people start it to exit the shuttle with all these luggage on the floor it was a mess. And finally I get off, realized after the shuttle left I realized that I was at the wrong place but no body told me I had to go back where I left the car. Anyway I walked to where I dropped my car. Very disappointed for my first time with Fox. I never had that problem with 405 Parking.
Staff was courteous, prompt in processing transaction and the facility was very secure. For these reasons, I have been and will continue to use Fox Auto Park.. Thank you!
I waited 40 minutes to be picked up at 6:00 AM at LAX. Attendant at counter didn't care; Mixed up payment amounts with related patron. I have been a loyal customer for over five years. Fox has lost my business.
My wife and I along with 6 other parties had to wait over 40 minutes to be picked up from the terminal - unsatisfactory
return shuttle driver was driving really fast and a bit concerning since we had more people in the shuttle than seats allowed

Wait time for shuttle service for Fox Parking was too long.
1. Price: Good. 2. Shuttle to LAX for outbound flight: Good. 3. Shuttle from LAX to Fox Auto Park upon return: BAD. Waited for an hour or more for a shuttle ride. One shuttle passed us from a lower numbered terminal full of riders after about 40 minutes of waiting. Bad enough for me and my teenage grandson, but outrageous for the family with small children waiting with us. Cashier said they've reported this Sunday night problem but nothing has been done to increase the number of shuttles running--which, I learned that night, are also being used to shuttle people to the Fox Rental Car facility. Once we got to Fox Auto Park, the line was very long with only one person handling it at first (the other person eventually began to help, but this wait was very long). Unless I see on the Fox web site that this problem has been addressed and won't happen again, I won't use Fox the next time I need a place to park my vehicle. I'll pay others the extra if that's what it takes to be picked up in a timely manner.
I had a great experience with Fox Auto Parks. It was quick and easy and they sent me an email and notifications regarding where to go to get the shuttle to return to my vehicle. I will use this company again!
I have used this lot several times, with good experiences the first couple of times. The past few were not good at all. Very slow shuttle service both to the airport and from the airport. The guys working at the counter were rude.

Quality of service is lacking. I was traveling with two children and a spouse in a wheelchair. Staff at the front desk was just indeferrent. Didn't offer any special assistance and didnt try to accomodate me when I didn't have a printed confirmation of my reservation. They seemed offended that I asked that they look up the information. Once it was finally located, they watched me struggle with my family and all of our luggage to the area where the shuttle would pick us up. No heavy lifting for these guys!!! The driver of the shuttle bus had a similar dimeanor. He eventually helped with the bags but was only because it was taking me too long with the small children and the wheelchair. I was frankly shocked that they lacked basic compassion for us. On our way back from our trip, we waited for the shuttle once more. This time the driver was even more rude that the first. He was obviously upset at the fact that I was looking to him for assistance with our bags. Other travelers using the same service offered us a hand as we all stood in disbelieve at the lack of compassion or offer to assist. Someone passed the driver my son's stroller (after he insisted we fold it) and as I walked up the steps of the shuttle with two bags in hand and my 19 month old son, he handed it right back to me as to say you carry it. Needless to say, I will never use this service again. A little courtesy goes a long way!!! You should reiterate that to the staff at FOX Parking.
Very satisfied with my 1st time with you
on return trip, shuttle driver dropped me off a block away from entrance! Inexcusable! Then, to "correct" my absolute anger at their service, I was charged Extra! due to them telling me I drive an SUV... It's a Honda CRV (hardly a SUV!). Will not be using Fox Parking again!
Driver needs to tell passengers that 1st stop for Fox/Payless is RENTAL, not PARKING, and that 2nd stop will be for PARKING.
