Arrival Info:

Safe and Secure. Arrive just 30 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. Upon entering simply pull in straight to the stop signs and a shuttle bus will pick you up at our lot and immediately take you to your terminal. Our shuttle vans run 24 hours a day for your return to Fox Auto Parks. Directions and other information will be on your receipt. Our facility can accommodate most passenger cars, trucks and SUV's. Add $1.00/day for compact and medium Trucks, SUV's, and Minivans. For full and oversize SUV's, Trucks and Vans please add $2.00/day. We do not accept trailers, campers or RV's at Fox Auto Parks

Fox LAX Parking is located less than 2 miles from LAX, and offers free shuttle service 24 hours a day, every day.

    I used OnStar from airport after dropping off my husband and luggage. I easily located parking lot. Down payment tranaction was quickly taken care of. Boarding took place within 15 -20 minutes. Upon return trip, I followed directions provided. As we exited baggage claim, we just missed van, but another came within 10-15 minutes. Operator was very courteous & helpful. Back at lot, final transaction was taken of quickly & professionally. Car was ready and attendants helped with our luggage. My first try, and would definitely use again.

    I have used Fox before but was very disappointed this time. The attendant charged me more than I had reserved for. He said my Subaru Forester was an SUV (it is not!). When I told him no one told me they would charge my car as an SUV he insisted that the employee was suppose to tell me that when we checked in. I told him he was that employee. That caused him to pause but then he insisted he told me (he did not). I will not use FOX again. I don't like bait and switch as far as rates are concerned.

    Should have a way to pay quickly when we pick up the car. Ideally I would like to go to my car and leave. Payment will have already been made. Maybe through a text authorization.

    The good: easy to find lot, good price, very friendly people, car was ready to go when I returned. The bad: Even though I arrived at 4:40 AM, there was a line of people waiting to get in. Waiting to get checked in caused me to miss the shuttle, and it was about 20 minutes until the next. The shuttle makes numerous stops at other locations first and finally arrived at the lot full, with room for only 3 more people to get on. Fortunately, I was one of the three able to get on, otherwise my 20 minute wait would have turned to 40 (unless the next one was also full). Return trip was easier as I was able to almost immediately flag down the shuttle coincidentally passing by the terminal. Shuttle has a lot of stops and filled to capacity quickly, and driver had to tell people to wait for the next shuttle. Lot is located in crummy alley, exits onto busy street about 300 feet from a major intersection. Extremely difficult to exit at rush hour.

    Waited 45 for the shuttle on the way to the airport. On return, I watched 2 shuttles pass and finally took a lyft to get to the garage. Be warned, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

    Upon return, we waited over 35 minutes for shuttle to arrive. There was another couple on the curb that waited over an hour. Pick-up driver was not helpful with anyone's bag including the over-sized surfboard of another passenger. Couple that waited in front of us said that this the second time that their return pick-up was so late and that they would not try a Fox 3rd time. Made me very hesitant to consider off-site parking again.

    Getting to the airport was quick, but on the return it took almost 1/2 hour!!!!! Almost as long as my flight!! They need more vans! Also, the staff is a bit curt & not very friendly!

    Front desk staff, Richard never gave me a check-in receipt and when I was checking out he made a copy of my ID without giving me a reason. When I asked, he was very rude. I have had several unpleasant encounters with him in the past. I have used the lot several times, but would be hesitant in the future. Staff should be trained to be courteous!

    On Sunday night the shuttle wait time was far too long and clearly annoyed all the customers both at the airport and at the Fox lots. There were so many people waiting to be picked up from the car rental the they couldn't all be fitted in and were told to wait for the next one. One other customer commented, "and that will be another half hour". Clearly there was only one shuttle operating oink busy Sunday evening.
