Safe and Secure. Arrive just 30 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. Upon entering simply pull in straight to the stop signs and a shuttle bus will pick you up at our lot and immediately take you to your terminal. Our shuttle vans run 24 hours a day for your return to Fox Auto Parks. Directions and other information will be on your receipt. Our facility can accommodate most passenger cars, trucks and SUV's. Add $1.00/day for compact and medium Trucks, SUV's, and Minivans. For full and oversize SUV's, Trucks and Vans please add $2.00/day. We do not accept trailers, campers or RV's at Fox Auto Parks

Fox LAX Parking is located less than 2 miles from LAX, and offers free shuttle service 24 hours a day, every day.

    On Sunday night the shuttle wait time was far too long and clearly annoyed all the customers both at the airport and at the Fox lots. There were so many people waiting to be picked up from the car rental the they couldn't all be fitted in and were told to wait for the next one. One other customer commented, "and that will be another half hour". Clearly there was only one shuttle operating oink busy Sunday evening.

    My experience at Fox Parking was so bad, I kept waiting for the producers of the TV show "Punk'd" to jump out and tell me I was part of an elaborate prank. They'll tell you they have up to 5 vans working; the reality is closer to 1. They'll tell you the wait is between 15-18 minutes; the reality is closer to 45+ minutes. That's bad service, right? But, where it gets surreal is when you try to interact with the staff. Once you're past the 20-minute mark waiting for a shuttle van, you'll start asking simple questions like "How much longer?" and "Where are the van's right now?". What you get in response is answers like "I don't know, I'm not in charge of them" and my personal favorite "I called them, what else do you want me to do?" Their level of apathy is so great, it seems like they are actually working hard at not caring if you make your flight. Then, when you finally get to the airport, it dawns on you to whom you've entrusted your car (and the keys to it)! My advice: avoid at all costs!

    Not the same Mark W as the 11/23 review, but basically the same experience. I've now used these guys twice and both times the shuttle took WAY longer than the quoted 15-18 minutes. We ended up paying for a cab after waiting 40 minutes. We did pass 2 Fox shuttles while in the cab - and both were going away from LAX yet neither passed in front of the United terminal - and LAX is a loop, so don't know where they'd been the whole time.

    The only negative thing is location/directions. Fox owns a couple of businesses in the immediate area (car sales, parking, rentals) and directions via google maps places you in the center of it all. My other experiences were great.

    I don't know if it was because of the holiday but they seem to need a LOT more shuttles. Standing room only both ways with not even room for luggage.

    Fox the worst nightmare that I got in to the waiting time for your shuttle was an hour some of the customers had to took the taxi back to the parking. I'm not going to recommend fox parking to any of my families or friends with my experienced with fox that night I never ever going back trust me

    The help was nice "Anthony" and an older Hispanic man were very friendly and helpful. But the time for pick was ridiculously long. No excuse to wait at the curb for over 1 hour. We landed before 2100 called when luggage arrived 2130 picked up at 2345. We were watching every other company Park N Fly, Hertz, parking lot c, yellow spotted van come by the pick up area 20-30 times and we were left standing at the curbed for Fox. Then when they finally came that man wouldn't take us because the luggage was on the floor. So we were left standing for another 20 minutes. This is the third time we were left standing for a ride home. Going has not been a problem but coming home more than 30 - 60 minutes after placing the text. Sorry won't use them again. Already tired usually after traveling and all that takes from you. So to be standing at the curb over an hour is poor.

    From the time I texted Fox to tell them I was waiting at the purple sign with my bags it took 35 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and another 25 minutes to get to the parking lot, pay and then wait for my car. I should not take one hour after collecting my luggage to get in my car. I will not be using Fox ever again.

    Knowing that I would have a lengthy wait when I returned I Chose to take a taxi to the lot to pick up my car. The wait to be taken to the airport was 30 minutes for me but others had been waiting almost an hr. Only after many complaints did a van finally show up

    When I arrived at the lot and checked my car, the system did not have me registered. Then, the shuttle still had not come after 30 minutes, and I was going to miss my flight so I flagged down a random stranger and asked him to drive me to the terminal! I never even SAW the shuttle. When I returned, I waited for 45 MINUTES!!! for the shuttle to come pick me up! NEVER AGAIN will I use FOX PARKING!!!

    17 people got off the shuttle to pick up their car and only 1 person at the checkout counter. Didn't get my car until an hour late after the long wait. I will never use Fox parking again.

    Used to be customer service meant that one services potential customers in such a way as to try to retain them right ; Your employee behind the counter , Ricardo, never greets anyone. He stands there looking like he's reading your mind until you present something. Never may I help you , and defenitely not a thank you is uttered. My wait for a shuttle from the airport was over 30 minutes , finally when one showed up , it was over crowded and could not pick up anymore passengers. When at the counter to pick up my vehicle, I paid the parking and consequently , your staff could not find my keys . after searching , one staffer went outside and found my keys in the car. Verify if you will . I need names..
