Add $1.00/day for compact and medium Trucks, SUV's, and Minivans. For full and oversize SUV's, Trucks and Vans please add $2.00/day. We do not accept trailers, campers or RV's at Fox Auto Parks

when I checking out attendant was so confuse and don't know what to do throw away my receipt and keep me waiting while he's looking for the receipt
due to road closures it was difficult to get onto the entrances on 104 off La cieniga and Glasgow off of century. I had to cut through a parking lot. Your lot phone number should be on the reservations paperwork on line. Shuttle gal on the way back was outstanding (raider fan).
Good value, easy to use and very convenient. Will definitely use again soon.
Ricardo was so rude when we went to pick up the car it was ridiculous. It's 2am and it says that we can text him for our car and when we landed and finally got to the lot, my car wasn't even pulled up. Then, I thought I got overcharged so I asked him to clarify, and he said that I paid through a third party so there's a 5 dollar service charge, you can pay more if you want. What?! I just wanted to make sure and clarify what is going on...never again. I rather pay LAX parking $30 per night and wouldn't have this hassle dealing with cheap Parking lots ugh...
Drop off attendant was very rude, but when I picked up the car, a different person was very helpful and pleasant. (that is the reason I did not give it a poor rating) The car was ready, when I got there. Good service. Will use again next time.
I waited 55 MINUTES.. DO you get it 55 MINUTES for the shuttle to take me to the airport and it DIDNT ARRIVE and since I was about to miss my flight After 55 Minutes I GOT A TAXI TO AIR PORT.... this was the third time I used your services but NEVER AGAIN
Shuttle took over an hour to pick us up, then car took over 20 minute to deliver from lot. Attendants did not seem to care . Would not recommend to anyone.
I was overcharged when I returned, but Fox gave me a credit when I requested it. Kudos to them!
Beside the bad traffic at the airport, The shuttle took 30 min to arrive, Only one in service. The driver was as bad as a twelve year old, driver, Gas and Break, Gas and Break. its a wonder I didn't get a whip Lash. Will Not use ever again
The driver of the shuttle van thought 31 minute wait time was excellent. I did not think so. The lot attendant and cashier needs customer service skills. He mumbles on the phone, and did not know where the van drivers were. The phone system did not allow messages to be left. I attempted 6 calls to Fox's Auto Park and could not leave a single message. My experience was poor.
The parking manager's attitude was very mean. We will not use Fox parking anymore in the future.
The wait for the shuttle to the airport on June 30th was over 1 hour long. I had to call a cab to take me to the airport as I almost missed my flight. The employees onsite at the time were unhelpful and rude.

The shuttle staff was excellent, very courteous and helpful. All in all, a positive and painless experience. I'll definitely keep your business in mind for my next trip out of LAX.
Horrible. Would not recommend. My wife and I did exactly what we were directed for arrival. We texted the number. We waited under the purple sign as directed. When no shuttle arrived we called the number twice and nobody would answer. After an hour we had to take a taxi to pick up our car. In addition, the location did not feel safe as you have to take an alley in LA. Use caution for early morning and late night flights. No security.
Simple things like creating two lines for incoming and outgoing would be so helpful. Granted I was the one that was late but there should have been two cs reps helping or two lines to take care of both type of customers. Shuttle seating was pretty bad. $100 to clean the upholstery. Drivers were very cool. Is only one that runs at night. Must have waited over 35 minutes.
We waited over an hour for a shuttle to pick us up when we returned to LAX to pick up our car. We called the number repeatedly but no one answered except 1 time. And, at that time, he explained that there was a shuttle on its way, but we watched 2 shuttles go past us after that and they were full. Since we were at Terminal 6, by the time that the shuttle got to us, there was no room. So, we took a taxi to get to our car. I will not be using Fox Parking again!
it took a very long time to get picked up and was standing room only. the driver did not tell us if we were at the rental car place or parking lot place so there was a lot of confusion and people getting back on the shuttle.
One driver was a concern for us; he mumbled, making a few weird noises; and seemed to twitch or shake as he drove but the safety of his driving itself was OK. He was not friendly and seemed a little grumpy. He was a heavy set African American man; large and strong but just a little weird. (sorry; don't want to complain but we were concerned.) The other driver, possibly part Asian and smaller build, was very helpful and nice.
I waited almost an hour to be picked up at the airport after my flight arrived. I ended up taking a taxi back to the garage to get my car. This place was awful!! They wouldn't reimbursement for the taxi.
