When I called Fox from the airport for a pickup, the guy that answered the phone could only speak Ebonics...After I asked him to repeat twice he hung up on me...I called again and got the same guy and I asked him to speak English... he hung up again. Eventually the van came by.

When we dropped off our car the service was good but when we returned the service was terrible. The driver of the shuttle was driving in a unsafe manner and when we arrived at the parking lot to retrieve our vehicle he actually threw the bags at my husband. Terrble service.

We waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at terminal one and then another 45 minutes to get back to our car. The driver did not help either my wife nor I with our bags. We will NOT return to this parking lot!!

Your pick up service is absolutely terrible at Fox. On this trip the driver made no attempt to assist although I had a large golf bag on drop off to the airport. On my return I had to make 4 calls wait over 30 minutes although I was told the driver

I use Fox Auto Park every time I travel out of LAX - the price is unbeatable! HOWEVER - the shuttle service is ALWAYS very very late - it takes almost 30 minutes to pick me up from the terminal - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE run more shuttles so people don't

Upon entering you will be directed to a parking space and a shuttle bus will pick you up at your car and immediately take you to your terminal.
