When I arrived at the lot and checked my car, the system did not have me registered. Then, the shuttle still had not come after 30 minutes, and I was going to miss my flight so I flagged down a random stranger and asked him to drive me to the terminal! I never even SAW the shuttle. When I returned, I waited for 45 MINUTES!!! for the shuttle to come pick me up! NEVER AGAIN will I use FOX PARKING!!!
17 people got off the shuttle to pick up their car and only 1 person at the checkout counter. Didn't get my car until an hour late after the long wait. I will never use Fox parking again.

Used to be customer service meant that one services potential customers in such a way as to try to retain them right ; Your employee behind the counter , Ricardo, never greets anyone. He stands there looking like he's reading your mind until you present something. Never may I help you , and defenitely not a thank you is uttered. My wait for a shuttle from the airport was over 30 minutes , finally when one showed up , it was over crowded and could not pick up anymore passengers. When at the counter to pick up my vehicle, I paid the parking and consequently , your staff could not find my keys . after searching , one staffer went outside and found my keys in the car. Verify if you will . I need names..

The clerk was asked how much longer the driver would be since he had already been waiting 40min The clerk said "I don't know I'll call him but I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEM" that was terrible. I called a cab to my flight. When I left 15 later everyone was still waiting for the van. In my return I text my information waited then called in the clerk confirmed my pick up 15 min later the van drives by empty and does not stop. I call in again and am told "oh, he might be on his break or out of gas" 20min later the same driver picks us up (45min wait).
We had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle. The entire bus was livid! The people at checkout could honestly care less.
I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up to take me back to my car. I called their office and they did not pick up the phone until my fifth call. They do not care what happens and this is the worst experience i've had and will never use FOX again. As far as your vetting process, i question you sites process too. Hope you provide this feedback to FOX because I was not the only one that felt this way.
You lost my car keys. I texted as I was told when I arrived at airport. I received what appeared to be a standard text. My car was not ready as you advertise. Only when I arrived at your office did you attempt to locate my keys. You could not find them, for over an hour. Then instead of looking for my keys the attendant started to count his money because it was time for hime to go home. This information will be Yelped and passed on to all my travel friends. Your service and customer service was poor at best!! I wish I could be this complacent and uncaring at my job.
Arrived at 12 midnite and the attendant was working alone with several customers waiting. He could have used some help.
Shuttle wait time was horrible ~ 50 minutes.
I texted when I arrived at the airport, but received no response and when the shuttle arrived, he called in my reservation, but still had to wait quite awhile upon arrival for my car. They had not left the office to retrieve the car when I arrived.
used you twice. first time in july went smooth. this time had to wait 30 min to get my car.
The shuttle did not come every 15min, as I was told. I waited over 30 min for one to and from airport.
Shuttle service is very bad. There are only 2 shuttle vehicles. The day I departed from LAX....there was one operating. No A/C very hot day. It was a good thing that I planned with 4-hours advance. Traffic congestion at LAX & Century Blvd. and inefficiency of the shuttle service( one hour wait time). One lady did not make her flight. She was very upset and did not realize how slow the service. She was from out-of- town. On my return trip, again 1-hour wait time for shuttle service. Because of the LAX traffic and the commitment of 15-20 mins. pick up, this parking and car rental company needs at least a fleet of 4 working vehicles with A/C plus a back-up. Outside of the lobby door (pick up area) very filthy and needs a major clean up. This was my first experience and my last. I am going back to 105 parking.

Shuttle did not show up for 45 min. We took taxi and they did not even bother to offer apology.
Lot was hard to find due to the road being closed where you needed to turn. no dectour info given. This was a valet parking lot and when we returned the battery was dead. attendant tried to tell me that we must have left something on in the car. They parked it and i believe did not they did turn the car off properly. Also was told this would be covered parking but car was very dusty. Would not reccomend or use this lot again.
When I arrived at the lot there were two dissatisfied customers interacting with the attendants. When I returned after my trip, they told me I would have to wait because an attendant had taken my key to the wrong lot. Overall, the attendants were kind of surly. But the van driver on the way back, Sandra, was very good.
Arrival shuttle was horrible , waited 1 hour plus for a ride .
