Check in to drop off was a breeze - guy was so nice. Did have to wait awhile for the shuttle, though, and driver didn't help me with my bag at all. Picking up was a different story. Texted my claim check number, got my bag, and the shuttle was RIGHT THERE. Only one guy at the counter, with a line of ten people, and it still took nearly an HOUR (from the time of my text) to get my car. Their explanation? "We had a lot of cars." Probably the last time I use them.
No issues with the parking itself. The man behind the desk, whose badge was flipped around so I couldn't get his name, was ornery and unfriendly. Seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. I didn't have a paper copy of my receipt because my printer wasn't working. This made him very frustrated. He said they needed a paper copy. So I told him, why don't I email it to you and you print it here. He refused and made it seem anyway that I had caused a major inconvenience. So why not accept my solution? He was also unsmiling upon pickup. Shuttle drivers were great although I waited a good 30 minutes for my pickup.
I will try another company next time . The wait for my car was very long. There was only 1 other person before me. I texted ahead when we got on the bus . I missed my appointment. And have to go back today. I was worried that somethings happened to my car! The people were very nice . I do not know what the problem was. Thank you
Driver was nice. Got taken to the airport right away. Pick up at 1am took about 25-35 minutes.
Last week August 10, 2016, I had to wait for an hour for pick up and end up with taking taxi to Fox Auto Park from LAX. I ask them why and it seems like they don't care about customer. I am so disappointed with the service.
The process it self was great, fast, reliable, easy to check in and check out. Only down fall is the staff is not friendly at all, they don't even really thank you and seem annoyed by you. They came off very grumpy!
counter staff could be more helpful and friendlier. The drivers on the other hand were very nice
I was pleased with all the staff in the office and the parking attendants too, the only problem is the shuttle at pick up time I had to wait for 1 hr to get picked up. I guess they only have 3-4 shuttles that's my guess reason for being late, not happy at all with the pick up service "1 hr"" unbelievable.....
The only comment we have is to make it clear that the shuttle goes to both car rental and car parking, but we need to tell the driver. Luckily he took us to the car parking, when we got back on after realizing this.
Using a system that might have been appropriate in the 1800's to get a horse from the stable, it took forever for them to find my key and then retrieve my car....in the baking heat. Never again!
When we returned to pick up our car, the staff was great. Our vehicle would not start because the battery had gone dead. However, they charged it for us and were very patient and helpful.
The reservation process was good. However when we came back 11 days later to pickup our car. The wait for the shuttle was longer than 15 min. the driver left us at "Fox / Payless Car Rental " Not" Fox Parking" and we had to walk about 1/2-3//4 mile to the right location, And after a traveling 6 hours on a crowed plane we are not happy about having to walk since we paid for valet parking. I do not think we will be using Fox Auto Parking in the future.
The attendee was totally unhelpful and complained about being understaffed. It was extremely unprofessional!
We were disappointed that our vehicle had been left outside during our time away when the attendant had indicated it could be inside when I specifically asked him whether it would be inside or outside. I don't know how you determine which vehicles are inside or outside. Is it based on the daily price paid?
The shuttle drivers and the attendant on my return were phenomenal the attendant when I dropped off my car the man was rude and unfriendly
when we got to airport could not hear phone message about texting to soft a voice and no one would answer phone at office . It was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for
Lot is in a poor location, added fees when you get to the lot, they share a shuttle with not only their car rental company but with another car rental company. Not enough shuttles going at high passenger times. Staff has that "whatever" attitude . If my only choice was them and Lot C, I'd take lot C.
It is the second time that I get charges more than what it says in my book email.
We did exactly as the receipt told us to do we were picked up took well over 30 minutes we were dropped off at the wrong location the fox people told us to either walk or wait for another shuttle they were rude about it and will never use Fox again
