    broken glass all over the parking lot upon our return, no apology from the driver that he did not have Four Points anywhere on the van, we have two kids with us so was not a very nice wait

    I would not use this service again. Had to wait on both ends of the shuttle. on Pick up the wait was over 1 hour followed by a 30 min + shuttle run drop off to 3 hotels. Totally unacceptable. Note. I wanted to rate "FAIR" on all 3 categories but the survey did not allow me to do so.

    I waited an hour for the shuttle. I am unfamiliar with the hotel and the shuttle did not have the four points name or logo on it, therefor I did not get on it. It apparently was labelled Weston or something similar. I called and was told I was going to have to wait another 35 mins. In total I waited 1 hour.

    On my return flight my time through the airport was very good so I was in a pretty good mood but the signage in the air port was not clear (not your fault) but if you had let me know that I should look for "S5" at Terminal 1 that would have helped a lot! The other confusion was that there is more than one "Four Points" shuttle service but they don't go to but their own hotel (found out the hard way by going to the wrong hotel then back to the airport. the other confusion was that when the Dixie location was unable to send their vehicle they did send the one from the nearby "Best Western" but I stood at the S5 for another 5 minutes (this is now almost 1 1/2 hours since picking up my baggage) till I call the Dixie Rd. hotel to find out it was the Best Western shuttle that was waiting patiently for me. It was kind of a funny comedy of errors but at that point I wasn't laughing.

    Upon arrival to drop my car off, no information was taken from me about my vehicle. The receptionist advised me to simply "park in the back". The shuttle van was not in a clean state. Grease smudges all over the windows. Upon arrival back into the country from my trip, I called to have to shuttle pick me and my guest up. I was informed the shuttle van was at S5 pick-up location at Terminal 1. Upon arrival at S5, no shuttle was there. I allies back and was advised that the driver was at Termianl 3 "waiting on a crew" and would be at S5 shortly. As advised, the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes of my second call. The driven then took me and my guest to Terminal 3 where he got out of the van with no explanation and my guest and I were left to sit for approximately 10-15min. Upon re-entry to the van, I asked the driver when we would be expecting to leave and what we were at Terminal 3 for! The driver advised that we were waiting on a crew who were going to the hotel. Very shortly after that conversation, the crew arrived and we were on our way. I can say this has been a pretty disappointing experience.

    took over 1 hour to pick us up, not fun after flying from Europe. Called about 4 times, every time I was told he was 10 minute away?? There are closer parking lots, to fare away!! I do not recommend this location

    would n t use them again made us wait more than 1 hour to be picked up .called them at 7:45 they said the shuttel would be there at 8 we were in the correct spot even asked other drivers if they were picking us up .we were told it was a 4 points bus .called back after 15 minutes then they said we missed it and it was a best western bus waited 15 minutes called back it finally came . they made us all wait till a crew came at 8:50 then left .no one waited for us at 8:00 though and there was 5 of us .don t use this service

    Very easy to find and easy to use. Friendly staff and timely shuttle. The shuttle runs according to the flight schedule of the airline workers staying in the hotel, so you may have to wait, but the wait was at most 45 min and we had plenty of time. Coming back after our flight was very easy. The shuttle was right there waiting.

    Parking is at a Four Points hotel. In order to schedule the shuttle to the airport, they require you to call prior to arrival. Problems: the personnel answering the phone/supporting those answering the phone were unaware that the hotel offers this parking service, and English was not their first language. Call far enough ahead to sit on hold for awhile. State clearly upfront that you do not have a hotel reservation and paid for parking only.

    I waited an hour for the shuttle and they finally use their own van to take us to the airport from the hotel. When we returned, we waited 35 minutes for the shuttle to show up. The hotel did call me back after my 30 minutes wait and told me the shuttle is coming. The wait is a bit longer than I like.
