    As I walked out of the door I spotted the shuttle van and flagged the driver. He looked at me and kept driving. I immediately called (10:28 pm)the number they had given me and he said he couldn't talk to the driver while he was driving. I asked him when there would be another shuttle and was told 15-20 minutes. At 10:58 pm I called again he told me that the driver was on his way. At 11:18 pm I called again and she told me the driver should be there any minute. He (different driver) arrived at 11:20 pm. He told me the owners relatives shift was over. So they left their customer hanging for 50 minutes???? They are about 7 miles away by freeway. Very unacceptable.

    Departure was fine. Arrival was at 9:30 called shuttle at 9:45 was told 20 min. was finally picked up at 11:00. Massive confusion called several times left cell phone # and was told I would be called back never was. Was told where to wait for shuttle/ wrong place. Shuttle stopped 40 ft from where we were standing, had to drag bags to him?

    shuttle service was not timely. we waited too long after our flight landed. i specifically called to let them know when we were landing so that we would not have to wait. Was told to call after we got our bags for a shuttle to be dispatched. Very bad idea. All other shuttles were waiting for their customers. We were the last out of the baggage claim. Every other shuttle and their passenger had left over 15 minutes prior. Poor policy.

    Had great departure service, but it took the shuttle close to an hour to pick me up. Otherwise they are courteous. I would park there again because they are much cheaper than parking at the airport.
