    Shuttle wait time was terribly long - 45 minutes at 8:00 POM on Mon evening. Phone operators not helpful. Obviously 4 Points needs more shuttles. In the time we waited for our shuttle we saw 6 Wallys, 5 Parking Spot and numerous other shuttles 2 and 3 times. There are no parking lot attendants. Awful performance for 4 Points.

    I waited 1 hour for the shuttle. At the LAX curb side red sign at 5:15pm, got on the shuttle at 6:15pm. False advertising: their shuttle is NOT 5-10 min wait!! If you don't have enough shuttles to service, please don't run the airport shuttle business. During the hour wait I saw other parking shuttles running by like Joe's Parking, Parking Spot, for up to 10 buses each, finally saw one, the driver even contended: an hour is impossible. Rude. If they inspect their call log to both the hotel and LAX Shuttle Services, they will know it is possible. Will never use this parking lot again. If there is 0 star, I will give them a 0.

    I waited for an HOUR to be picked up at LAX to get back to the hotel to retrieve my car. An airport employee called on behalf and I called the hotel twice and still it took an hour to get picked up. When the shuttle finally arrived he pulled far forward, did not look for anyone waiting and almost left before I could run over there and hit the door to alert him. I got a small discount for my trouble but waiting from 4-5am was worth more than the $12 the attendant at the hotel took off my bill.

    Once I got to parking lot, it was difficult to find a parking spot. There was a meeting going on at the hotel and most spots were already filled even though I had a reservation.

    It wasn't really clear where you were supposed to park but I did pick the right place. Spaces were a little tight even for a regular sedan. It isn't necessary to go into reception once parked as the instructions indicated, just take your reservation and parking ticket to pay once you return. Overall the service was good and I would use again.

    You require me to mark each section, when the parking lot I used did not have an attendant, so I marked "poor". I will to continue to use this site for my parking needs in the future.

    I was fine with the parking lot and the ease of getting in. The spaces were very narrow, and it was filled up and took a few minutes to find a spot, but not awful. My issue was with the Shuttle Service, which is not affiliated with the parking lot or hotel itself. The shuttle that was to pick me up at 4am on friday monring, took so long, I waiting for more than 30 min, and the waiting line of people was approximately more than 50ppl, I would have had to wait for at least two different shuttles to get to the airport! I ended up calling an Uber to get to the terminal. Then when I arrived at 12am on Monday morning... I waited over 45min for a shuttle to come by the courtesy shuttle pick up location. It never came around. I called the shuttle service, they weren't very apologetic, and still when they said that the shuttle was close... it never came. I was eventually picked up by a different shuttle company who was willing to drop me off at the Four Points. To give props to the hotel, I asked who I ought to complain to, they directed me to the shuttle company phone number... but then they also didn't make me pay the balance. Thank you for the reciprocity. I would very much suggest you use a different shuttle company, the parking lot was adequate.

    I tried calling at the gate to ensure that I was at the right place but after pushing the button, a recording replayed for at least 15 minutes to please wait. There was no one in the parking lot so I called the 800 number to confirm. Yes I was, however when I returned and attempted to exit the facility, the cost was $102.00 more than expected, asking those behind me to back up and going inside, the matter was resolved. The process was not as user friendly as I expected.

    I was so happy to find parking at a larger hotel chain (Four Points by Sheraton at LAX) because I feel their shuttle services can be more reliable than some of the other cheaper parking around LAX. The price was about as cheap as I could find it at any of the other self-parking lots so I went for it. There is covered parking available, if it isn't full, for no extra cost. The lot isn't the fanciest in the world and you could be walking a little ways with luggage, but you could always send someone in your party for the car if you needed to. Couldn't be happier! I even got a cookie from the front desk when I paid our dues. Will definitely use Airport Parking Reservations again!

    When we dropped off car we waited 30 minutes for the shuttle but finally took a taxi to airport because we were concerned we would be late for flight. Also our instructions said to check in at desk when we arrived. It was very crowded and when we finally got to the desk, clerk said no need just go ahead..... So between waiting unnecessarily at desk and then for a shuttle we never saw, the process took almost an hour and we had to pay for a taxi. On our return however, the shuttle was fairly prompt and the desk clerk was very friendly.

    Upon leaving hotel, I asked two people where to pay the $11 balance. One had no idea..the other one said she thinks the front desk. There were ten people checking in at the front desk.... I walked to the valet...he said just pull out of the lot and pay when you exit. The line took 20 minutes...when I went to pay, the attendant said he had no way of accepting payment, that I had to park, and go back inside...We're at 30 minutes at this point after a six hour flight. I left. I emailed their manager and settled everything this morning.
