Standing in line at the front desk to simply get my car out of the lot was a bit irritating. Seems like there could be a better system when parking is prepaid.
If it were not for Airportparkingreservations.com, we would not fly out of LAX. While the Four Points Sheraton shuttle does not come around any sooner than a 30 minute rotation, it still beats driving on to the LAX property hands down. Just plan on plenty of time, and it's all good.
was traveling with my 3 years old daughter and had 3 big suit cases plus stroller, driver was very helpful loading them and unloading, shuttle was clean very close to the airport I would use them again in my next trips

Once we parked our car, we were told to wait for the "blue bus." I don't know how anyone would classify these shuttles as "blue." The top and hood are pale, baby blue and the rest of the bus is pale yellow and green. On our return to LAX, we waited under the courtesy shuttle sign for 15 minutes when the shuttle arrived. I have no doubt that some people had arrived after us (as there were not that many there when we went out) but due to where the bus stopped, everyone piled into the bus ahead of us and we were left to wait for the next one. After an entire day of traveling, we were not happy. (I rated the parking lot attendants as GOOD however, we never saw anyone in the lot-I can't complete this survey without choosing an answer)

Waited over an hour for the shuttle, finally called and was told they wold be there within 20 minutes, turned into 30 minutes. Driver looked at me and said I was'nt looking hard enough for the shuttle. The delay put me into traffic, which I was trying to avoid.
Two shuttles passed us by because they had the words Renaissance and Express on them and that was not included in my paperwork . There was no parking lot attendant and I did not feel safe going to my car late at night . The parking was in the back of the hotel with no security and open to anyone off the street . We waited about 40 minutes I will never use the Sheraton parking again I will use another company
Easy, protected and affordable
I like the security of this parking lot. The front desk people, shuttle dispatcher, and shuttle driver all very friendly and courteous. This is the second time I've used this lot, the only downside is the return shuttle wait time - both times my wait was longer than 30 min.

Shuttle wait time was terribly long - 45 minutes at 8:00 POM on Mon evening. Phone operators not helpful. Obviously 4 Points needs more shuttles. In the time we waited for our shuttle we saw 6 Wallys, 5 Parking Spot and numerous other shuttles 2 and 3 times. There are no parking lot attendants. Awful performance for 4 Points.

I waited 1 hour for the shuttle. At the LAX curb side red sign at 5:15pm, got on the shuttle at 6:15pm. False advertising: their shuttle is NOT 5-10 min wait!! If you don't have enough shuttles to service, please don't run the airport shuttle business. During the hour wait I saw other parking shuttles running by like Joe's Parking, Parking Spot, for up to 10 buses each, finally saw one, the driver even contended: an hour is impossible. Rude. If they inspect their call log to both the hotel and LAX Shuttle Services, they will know it is possible. Will never use this parking lot again. If there is 0 star, I will give them a 0.
Seemed to have been grossly overcharged.
I waited for an HOUR to be picked up at LAX to get back to the hotel to retrieve my car. An airport employee called on behalf and I called the hotel twice and still it took an hour to get picked up. When the shuttle finally arrived he pulled far forward, did not look for anyone waiting and almost left before I could run over there and hit the door to alert him. I got a small discount for my trouble but waiting from 4-5am was worth more than the $12 the attendant at the hotel took off my bill.
