Last time We parked our car at this parking lot, someone stole registration sticker from our car. We like this parking lot but this experience made us think it is not very safe place to park.
It was a good experience. Everything went smooth and fast. One of the attendens went out of his way to get me to my car while I was so tired from the trip. I greatly appreicated that.
Parked at 4 points Sheraton at lax - discounted price was honored. No issues.
There was only one parking space available (and it was very small) at the location we selected - LAX Four Point Sheraton. Had another car been before us, we would have had a hard time findiong a space and may have missed our flight. We felt like the lot with the hotel guests and airport parking was oversold.
Extremely disappointed that it took the Sheraton Four Points Van over 45 minutes to pick me up from the airport. I could have walked back to the hotel in less time! The description states that the shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Your competitors vans made at least 3 round trips while I was waiting for my pick up. I will not be using this service from this hotel again again

All personnel was very kind and courteous. Might consider shuttles with more frequency?... maybe 15 min and not 25 min? Very good service anyways.
All was convenient, price very reasonable, short distance to the airport, etc. So, other than the long wait for the shuttle to/from airport to Sheraton 4Points (where our vehicle was parked). The wait was 30+ mins. each time. I'll consider the yellow van with dots next time. Thanks!
I chose this parking lot because it was closer to the airport, and that it was a hotel, so there would be people to meet with regarding the parking.
I would never use Four Points Sheraton again. Have to park at hotel, search out parking info desk, pay in advance for entire trip, move the car to the outdoor, uncovered parking, and no help with luggage. lAX Hilton is the best although shuttles are less frequent.
I have used this service at the 5959 W Century Blvd location for two years with no issue. That location was booked for the holiday and I had to use Sheraton Four Points. This is the worst experience ever. It took forever to confirm a parking spot when I arrived and the shuttle took ONE HOUR when I returned from my trip. Will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION EVER.

Nervous at first. Wasnt sure if it would be safe, I was wrong! great place to park. I will always park here in the future. Great customer service. all staff is very friendly.
Smooth sailing on the front end. Arrived grabbed ticket, front desk was fast. Shuttle to LAX at 5 am was fast...returned 7 days later (12/18/12 7PM), shuttle to Four Points was non-existent for over 30 mins. Waited in cold for as other shuttles passed multiple times from each park service. Shuttle finally arrived. Vehicle was fine upon arrival which was what I really cared about. But a faster shuttle would have made this a higher rating. Another plus was the price, which was $11 a day, pretty much best rate for a safe lot.
I was not impressed with Sheraton Four Points and don't plan to ever park there again. It was confusing to figure out where to park. The directions said go to the front desk. They said when I return. No one could tell me when the shuttle had been there last. When I returned, they were confused on how to have me pay.
I was disappointed by the experience. It took me 30 mins to get from the airport to Four Points which was less than a mile away. The shuttle went all the way to Westin and then came back. I spent another 10 minutes in queue waiting for the registration desk to issue my parking pass to get out. I am NOT coming back to this lot again!
I parked at the Sheraton Fourpoints. When I checked in at the front desk on my departure day, the staff person gave me a ticket she said would open the gate on my return date, but that ticket did not work, I had to push button for assistance at unattended exit gate and fortunately security person just believed me that I was legit and remotely opened the gate since there were other cars waiting behind me.
Return shuttle picking me up from the airport to go back to the hotel took longer than 15 minutes.
It took a long time to be picked up at the terminal. Many of the same hotel buses past buy but few were for the Westin and Four Points at LAX. The problem is when you get a ticket you have to wait in line at the hotel desk until all the people are given their room before they will wait on you. The same when you pick up your car. We are all on a time schedule and cannot wait to be handled by a front desk check in. I will not use four points again as the other parking lots have someone to wait on you. Otherwise I will go back to using lot C.
