The shuttle came immediately after we parked. On our return, we called for the shuttle when we got our baggage, and the shuttle was waiting for us when we got to the shuttle bus stop. Speedy service!

It took close to 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Even though I called once when getting off the plane and again once getting our luggage. Then it took 15 minutes to pay the bill. The attendant could not locate my reservation. He had to leave the booth and go and get the manager for helpl

This has been my best experience. The lot is clean, safe and secure. Shuttle driver was very friendly and picked me up very quickly. I called when I got my bag and by the time I walked to the shuttle stop he was already there! Parking spaces are wide so no worries about door dings and you get to keep your keys!.

I came at 5AM, in a terrific storm. I first parked in some other lot, not the right one. I quickly found Park and Save lot and there was a front slot available and a driver ready to help and get me to the airport. Very good service on a difficult day, weatherwise, to be travelling.

One improvement they should make is to mark the parking spaces, and note the parking space number on the ticket. They the driver knows exactly which spot to take you to on your return. This is common practice at many parking lots.

Phone was busy when we called for pickup, but the van showed up within a few minutes dropping people off, so it was no problem. Great help loading bags, very nice drivers.

Phone personal were great! Our shuttle driver (to and from airport) was great and very courteous. I left my brand new iPhone on the shuttle after our return and he immediately found us in the parking lot as we were leaving and returned it to us! He was very honest. Considering i'm a short guy with a lot of bagged, the service was really friendly. Within minutes of getting off my flight I called the number that was highlighted on my ticket stub to be picked up, the shuttle driver Eric, professionally introduced himself as he picked up my luggage. The ride over to the parking lot was a comfortable and pleasant with his great sense of humor and kindness, made my experience enjoyable. I will defiantly use this service and tell my coworkers about it!! Keep up the good work. Nesta park & save

When I arrived at the parking lot, there was a delay with the shuttle. (It appeared that the person the shuttle driver was waiting for at the airport took his time getting to the shuttle, so this delay was probably not due to your employees' fault.) However, when I landed back at the airport and called the shuttle, it arrived within minutes. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience to use your services. Had it not been for that initial delay, I would have rated the overall experience "Excellent." Thank you!
