    The process of checking-in and paying upon leaving was efficient. Upon arrival, the employee could have been more friendly. He got somewhat snippy when I let him know I had a reservation, simply repeating his question to me rather than acknowledging my comment. But the employee at the check-out was very congenial. The transport to the airport was very quick. On the return we had to wait about 15 minutes, but that is a reasonable wait in my view.

    Arriving to lot at night is difficult to see the entrance. Need lighting at street sign/entry. Advertising under dual names made it confusing. After entering only one of the names is prominently displayed but the other is not. I turned around left and returned to ask if was at the right place.

    The customer service when we arrived was terrible- really slow and they gave us no help. They did not , for example, let us know where there was available parking. We had to drive around the lot and end up at the far end of the parking lot and walk back with all our luggage. Then we had to wait a long time for the shuttle to arrive and take off.

    Nice attendant at the end of our parking - he had the info that I had paid a deposit; our paperwork was in a suitcase in the trunk!

    Directions to the new lot were a bit confusing, what with two business names and signs that aren't the easiest to see, especially at night. Wait time from the lot to the airport was about 10 minutes. On the way back from the airport, however, the shuttle was actually waiting for me! Overall, a good experience. I will definitely be parking here the next time I head out of town.

    With all the details we have to provide online for payments it was annoying when the attendant required that we have a print out of our reservation form or requires me to pull out my card again when leaving the lot. All the information of my reservation is in the system and you should be able to continue processing the payment from information already provided. It feels like i'm getting scammed to charge me a higher rate than what I reserved for online. Not only does it not say anywhere on your reservation instructions that I need a hard copy but all this information is emailed to me directly and I can just show on my phone. Really should work on updating this process for more fluid experience.

    Parking lot felt safe. Need to be more prompt when passengers arrive. By the time the shuttle had arrived after our 10:45 PM landing, so many people were waiting to board the shuttle that not only was the shuttle standing room only, but the shuttle bottomed out turning from Coleman to the parking area because of the heavy load.

    Worry free parking. We parked there for 4 days and it cost us close to $45. Much cheaper than taking a cab to and from the airport.

    At first I drove right past the location on Coleman Ave, because the largest feature of the sign said "$ 9.95" rather than the name of the business. It was after dark, and the address was not prominent enough for me to make out. I had to do a U-Turn and come back to it.

    Two different parking lots on opposite sides of San Jose Airport merged. The new location is slightly more convenient than the old location to the east of the Airport.

    Number your spaces and provide reference points for you customers and drivers. We had to search a bit for some other patrons cars.

    They seem to operate only one shuttle car. Expect to wait long. I would have rather pay extra at airport and not pay this much for this less service.

    The lot moved so I called to find it trying to upon arrival. Upon departure, the phone number listed on the confirmation email did not work so it was stressful looking for a shuttle to ensure it was the right one. The shuttle was caked, we had to stand but we're grateful to get on it and not have to wait as the shuttle driver was not certain when the next shuttle would be.
