    We have lived in 12 different states in 25 years and travel quite frequently. This was the first trip from Nashville and the Fly Away shuttle service was by far the BEST shuttle service we have ever used!!! This is the only way we will park and fly again! Thanks everyone.     The service was great, with one exception. When we returned from our trip, I decided to step inside the office and make sure everything was paid. The lady behind the counter was unable to look up my account and I had to go back out into the cold unpack a suitcase from my vehicle and find my reservation paper. When I returned to the office and handed her the paper, I was told I owed $40 or so. I am not disappointed with the cost, but rather the lack of organization. It wasn't like I was asking her to look up an account from a year ago, I had just returned and picked up my vehicle! When I asked the lady, what would of happened if I had gotten in my car and left, she just chuckled and said you wouldn't have been able to get through the gate without a token. Laughing at what would have been my inconvenience isn't very funny from my perspective, especially after I had already been inconvenienced by having to unload and unpack my reservation form! This was definitely handled very poorly.
