I travel frequently, and often alone, and I wouldn't park anywhere else! The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Even if my husband and I are traveling together we use Flight Park instead of long term parking at the airport, it's just more convenient and a better bargain overall.

I wasn't informed that I needed to call once I landed and was ready for pick-up, I just happened to call because I was unsure of the pick-up location. Other than that, the service was great and I will use it again in the future.

To Clarify, Shuttles were very clean, easy to identify, and in very good shape. The parking lot was somewhat questionable, it had cameras, but lacked any type of fense or enclosure for safety of vehicle. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and prompt. The driver would not accept a tip and the employee working the desk informed me of quicker ways to check in and future discounts. In all my experience of using airport parking services, this was the best. Please reward the employees at this location!

I was amazed at how quickly I was served. From my reservation, I had a hard time figuring out which company I had a reservation with. I saw the address, but not the company name.

Although I had reserved parking at another location, I was given the same discount that the other parking facility was going to give me. Very pleased with the location of the facility and the close proximity to both the airport and the highway.

Fantastic service, everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and prompt The prices were extremely reasonable too. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely always use Flight Park for any future visit I may take! This was easier than it would have been if I parked right at the airport!!!!

I liked the valet service. I was pretty stressed about flying so having someone take your car and park it and shuttling you to the airport was wonderful. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Please arrive at Flight Park 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. fully covered pick-up and drop-off.
Airport Transportation:
FREE transportation to & from the airport is provided on Luxury Vans on demand, 24 hours per day.

Located 1/3 of a mile off the I-40 Flight Park is easy to find and just four minutes to airport check in. Included in the rental price is transportation to and from Nashville Airport in luxury Vans any time of the day or night and complimentary luggage assistant. The parking lots at Flight Park are fully covered and availability is guaranteed. For an extra fee a wash and detail service or car care service can be provided, please enquire upon check-in. It is advised that you arrive at Flight Park 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminals at BNA prior to departure. On arrival back into BNA press #235 on the courtesy phone or call 888-851-8875 for instructions where to meet the Shuttle on level 1. Level 1 is located one level below the luggage area. Flight Park is safe and reliable and provides a quick and courteous service.
