Flight Line Parking also runs a Cruise Terminal Shuttle. Car wash and detail available for an additional fee. Please inquire upon check-in at the lot. Upon arrival at Flight Line Parking, please pull under canopy and see attendant. Please arrive at the lot 20 minutes before you wish to arrive at your departure terminal. You will receive specific instructions from the lot regarding how to contact them upon your return. Pickup location is outside Baggage Claim.

    Of my entire weekend trip, this "parking and shuttle" experience was the best. I'd never used a park and ride service and the check-in was professionally done and very friendly. I felt my car was safe and so was I. Upon my return, the driver was there in record time and really a super nice man. My car was waiting and my check out was timely and pleasant. My vintage VW's gas pedal became stuck to the floor rendering it unsafe to drive. Both the young man behind the desk and the shuttle driver came to my rescue immediately. The young man fixed my pedal while the shuttle driver held the desk down. I offered a tip but it was refused. He had me drive it in the parking lot to make sure I would be okay. I called them when I arrived home safely. The young man was so nice. Your employees went the mile and made me feel safe. My husband and I will spread the word that this is the place to use. Your employees care. You have wonderful employees.

    You gave the address. You gave me a map, but sometimes people don't look at all those things especially if they are in a rush to get to the airport. That's human nature. I barely made my plane after driving around for 15-20 minutes looking for your lot. I expected it to have a sign with your name on it. You use the VIP lot at JAX. VIP has a huge, un-missable sign with 3 ft. high letters. Your name is also on the front of their building but the letters are only 4" high, and when you are driving a car, looking for a sign, 4" letters are very miss-able. Thank god I made my plane. They closed the door right behind me. If I had missed it I would have been extremely angry at you because I think I would have forfeited my $450 fare. As it was I did just make it. Everything else about your service was first-class, but you really should do two things to make it easier for your customers to find the lot. 1) At the very beginning of your reservation confirmation email tell us that we are to go to the VIP lot. And 2) Make your name a lot bigger and more noticeable on the VIP building. Thank you very much.

    Branding under different names (per paperwork issued via internet booking vs actual name on property) creates confusion and delay in finding your JAX location. Both not needed when facing airport and travel schedules. You need to Improve signage at location, and also on approach to lot, to improve in locating premises. Also improving your company logo / livery and having a consistent and uniform company signage / color will improve your business potential. Airports are places where travelers do not want to have to spend time finding where you are, often in an unfamiliar city / airport.

    Your employees were very courteous and professional. My most disappointing service issue is that I had to wait a very long time for airport return pickup. I called the office 3 times while waiting. The driver was delivering passengers at the departure level while I waited at arrivals. You only had one shuttle in use at the time so I had to sit and wait while shuttles of your competitors came by two or three times. It was very frustrating. I was the last person off of my flight to be picked up curbside. It makes me want to chose another parking service next time.
