This was the second time within 2 months that we used Fast Track and once again we were impressed. There is almost no waiting around for a shuttle to or back from the airport. We are dropped off right at our car and the shuttle drivers are so helpful with the luggage and any questions we had. We don't travel that frequently like we just happened to do these past 2 months, but I have already saved Fast Track in my computer so I won't have trouble finding them when I need to the next time. It is so refreshing to have a company that truly is customer satisfaction driven in this day because most are just out to take your money and could care less about the service they provide.

Don't forget to present your printed receipt if you book ahead of time online. The attendant didn't ask for it so I almost assumed that my card would just be credited for the deposit when I paid in full at the lot. But luckily I asked at the last second and he was able to credit me before the charge went through. Great experience all around though. I will definitely park at FASTPARK on Washington again and will recommend it to others as well!

My husband forgot his license in the vehicle and didn't discover it until we were already in the Security line in the airport. He was able to call your shuttle, get back to your lot to retrieve his license, and get back to the airport within 40 minutes. The whole experience with your company was excellent. Augusto who drove the shuttle was the nicest and most professional. We will be using your service again in February because we were so happy with our first experience.

We returned yesterday and are flying out again tomorrow. I wish I could have had the "Service Fee Waived" email notice earlier to get that savings. As it is, we are paying a service fee that could have been avoided. Bummer!

On arriving back at the lot we were the last ones to be dropped at our car even though we had a 10 month old baby and we paid the extra for the covered parking. I think we should have been first to be dropped off. Also the wait to get out and pay see

We live in Tucson and used Phoenix airport to save some on the price of the tickets but we found the the amount saved was not enough to warrent driving to and from Phx. In the event we do fly out of Phx, we would use this reservation service again.

The only problem we encountered was the confusion over the shuttle. We got on the one with the white stripe instead of the yellow stripe. The driver was very understanding though and took us to the correct lot.

Our flight from Calgary landed in Phoenix at 6:30pm.... we called once our bags were picked up. Shuttle came by within 2 minutes and we were at our car and leaving the parking lot at 7:00 !!! Fast and courteous service. Thank you!

When returning from our trip, the shuttle did not come as advertised (every 5 to 7 minutes). We had to call for the shuttle after waiting 20 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes for it to come.

The shuttles should be better marked indicating which lot they go to. We inadvertently got on the Van Buren St shuttle but they then took us over to the Washington St lot. Also our car was blocked in by valet parked cars and the driver didn't move
