Had unfortunate experience. After leaving lot and driving 1/2 mile found my windshield was cracked. I called lot and spoke to manager and was told that as soon as I was out of lot they were not responsible. I guess you have to take pic,s when you drop off car to prove something happened there. Was told that manager would contact me no later than Monday eve. That never happened. Too Bad

Everything was perfect, we arrived at the airport within minutes of dropping our vehicle off and were picked up promptly after arrival back into the airport from our vacation. Will definately use your services in the future.

The only complaint that I have is that when I called the lot to inform them that I had returned they told me to stand by marker number 3. I did that and when a fastrack shuttle pulled up we got on. It was the wrong fastrack lot. I did not know there
