Located close to Philadelphia Airport, The Parking Spot offers a covered check-in area with valet attendants to check you in and assist with your luggage. An efficient and comfortable, climate controlled shuttle coach service continually runs to take you to and from the terminal in minutes. No waiting and definitely no walking. Please allow an additional 12 to 15 minutes versus daily parking at the airport. When you return your car will be waiting in the covered 'ready zone', free of ice and snow with the heat on in the winter (and a/c in the summer). We provide complimentary baggage handling and coffee. Car care services are available for an additional fee. Please call 215-492-1161 for pick-up and wait at Zone 3 for the shuttle. Please note that points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot. This will be the last time we use your service. The pick up time exceeded 45 minutes requiring multiple calls to get more vans. Many vans did pass us but were so full that they could not pick us up. Your company obviously does not have adequate vehicles to accommodate timely pick ups at all stops. In addition leaving the lot in our car took an extraordinary amount of time most of which was related to being required to wait in one line at the gates while three other gates remained empty. We will be using WallPark from now on, at least they had sufficient vehicles to pick us up in a reasonable amount of time. Good bye forever.
After returning from my trip I was very disappointed in the service. The driver when returning to lot was speeding while talking on his cell phone. When arriving to the lot my group had to wait in the rain the attended stated the lot was under construction and there was no place to stand inside and there was only one person retrieving cars. Overall I would not use or reccomend this lot to anyone
This was our first time with Fast Track. Check in was smooth quick and easy. We expected the same on our return home. Instead we waited over 30 min for the first shuttle to come. Then they took a very roundabout way back to the lot adding 15 more min. All in all it took 1 hr to get into our car only to find out we parked in their main valet lot not realizing the difference. So if you are looking for the Internet price follow the signs to self park.

The set up at the lot was confusing. It took over 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport and then another 20 to pay the bill at the lot. I do not intend to use this lot agian.
In the past we've used the Fastrac SOUTH lot but we are disappointed to find it closed. Hope to see it open in the future.
When I arrived, a recent snow made using the valet lot impossible, and the self-park lot had no cleared spaces. I pulled into a snowcovered space and worried the entire time whether I would be able to get out or not. I should not have worried. My shuttle driver shoveled out the snow and ice behind my car, and offered to back it out for me. I would never worry again!
Picked up my vehicle late last night (6/18/10) thought uneventful arrived home and found damage to the rubber around drivers window and tool marks. Obviously some one had tried to pry open the window. While the damage is not severe it is still damage

When I called for a pickup the woman was very courteous and told me to wait by the #3 pickup. I did and was passed by by *2* shuttles that were both empty and for the North lot(my lot) I waited way longer than nessasary.

Return to parking lot from Philadelphia Airport was slow to arrive. Several other parking lt shuttles arrived before ours.
When calling for pick up it took several tries over 10 mins to get someone to answer the phone.
I have been a regular customer for now several years. One specific comment - always thought the folks outside the office were excellent and folks inside the office were not customer friendly or enthusiastic. Hope this feed back helps. Hariharan
We had reservations at Fastrack and when we arrived on Dec. 25, the lot was full and the attendants turned us away even though we had a reservation. They were very rude and left us in a stressful situation in having to find parking elsewhere at the
when picking up our car the lot was so full we couldn't get our car out without several being moved and had to be dropped off @ the street in the pouring rain.
Whatever changed within the past year, made the storage of our car very stressfree. There was no waiting at parking garage or airport. Not only were the staff competent and informative, but very pleasant. We wouldn't go anywhere else now!

everything was great with the exception of having to speak to your customer service... customer service in America should have english speaking employees... calling from the plane/airport for pick-up and having to speak to someone that does not speak
