The Parking Spot (formerly FastTrack Economy) offers free transportation to & from Philadelphia Airport on board one of our modern shuttle buses. Please allow an additional 12 to 15 minutes versus daily parking at the airport. On your return please call 215-492-1161 for pick-up and wait at Zone 3 for the shuttle.
Please note that points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot.

The wait time for pickup after our flight was terrible. We waited for over 40 minutes for the bus because it kept picking people up at the other stops first and was full. We were passed by 5 buses!! Two different drivers called ahead and told them to send a bus and it did not come. My husband also called by phone twice. I understand it was Veterans day and more people were traveling, but then they need to rotate the pick-up spots so everyone can get on. The worst was keeping my children from having a meltdown. We have used this place many times and never experienced this delay!!
The pick up van was full but the driver stopped at every point and explained to waiting people that another bus was coming behind.Good thoughtful service
From the shuttle pickup where I parked to picking me up when I arrived thru to the exit/checkout, the staff and service was excellent.

Wanda on the shuttle (lot to airport) was GREAT. Please thank her. The return shuttle from the airport on Sunday was too crowded and some travelers had to be turned away - that's REALLY frustrating after a long day of flying, and delays to have to wait longer for a lot shuttle. Esp a problem for folks in terminal D.
Drive from parking lot was excellent, driver saw me park and pulled right up to my car. Great service. However on return, sunday afternoon at 5 the airport was crowded and first three vans that stopped by all were full. Suggestion, is once full perhaps having a sign on front of van or side saying full. When i checked out the printer was not working, did not receive a printed receipt and had to wait 20 mins at airport to be picked up. Have used Smart parking before, not sure I will return to use your services again.

The shuttle got out to the airport was OK. However, when we came back, it took a very long time to arrive to the terminal. At the same time, I have seen the AVIS shuttle 3 times!
