Everything seemed very professional except when I was checking out - the clerk seemed very confussed that I had registered on line and then I presented a coupon. She quoted me 3 different prices and finally charged me a lower price at the end! I hope she gets some better training.

The service was great. When we entered the lot we found a spot right away and the van was right there to pick us up. On our return we only had to wait maybe 5 minutes and we were taken directly to our truck no problems what so ever. Quick and easy. All the attendants we dealt with were great.

The shuttle to the airport was great. The return to pick up the car was a 35 minute wait at zone 3. It took 2 phone calls before a shuttle arrived. The ads and the signs clearly say every 10 minutes a shuttle comes by. Not on the the afternoon of May 20th!

I feel the parking area needs alot of work. Lighting could be better and the road needs desparete repairs. The attendant at the gate was very friendly and helpful; better than in the past when we have used your services.
