This was our first experience with the parking spot @ the columbus airport, and were VERY impressed. they were very courteous, prompt, and efficient! they even brushed the snow from our car after they loaded our luggage into our trunk. can't say enough about our very positive experience!!

Excellent service. Courteous drivers and attendants. I am giving four stars instead of five because: 1. First time, everything went well. 1. Second time, when I entered the premises, there was no one to issue a ticket, the gate was open and I didn't see the ticket machine. While returning, this became a slight problem. I had to give the flight information and all was well. 2. Third time, It was pouring and lightning, and a shuttle bus did not follow us to the parking space. We had to carry our luggage in to the entrance soaking wet. Of course, this means we didn't get a piece of paper from the driver saying where we parked. It cause a slight problem when returning, but we remembered the general location of our car and all was well. Just make sure you get the entrance ticket and the ticket from the driver.

When making reservations, I would suggest that you include a place to indicate that you have a discount card (i.e. AAA, etc.). My discount would have been greater if I was able to do this when making the reservation.

Your shuttles are right there when you want one. At the a/p I did not have to wait at all. Maybe that was just luck but I have never had to wait more than just a FEW minutes while with the competitors I have waited LONG times for their shuttle. I

When traveling with a group which includes senior citizens, it is wonderful to be dropped off and picked up at the terminal and not have to worry about getting everyone's luggage back to the car. It is also nice to know that your car is somewhat bein
