    It's frustrating when the lot says they're full and you gave me a reservation. Thank you! But it makes me nervous that there won't actually be a spot at 5:00 AM. But there was, so no problem this time.

    Booked on line with a total price of $77.71 quoted which was to include tax and access fee. After prepaid deposit we expected to pay at lot $64.66 but instead bill was $73.+/- which meant we paid in excess of $86. for 8 days. Notwithstanding service was great airport park was consideraly cheaper for the same time period.

    I was first concerned with the winter storm and the open parking..but was surprised that the shuttle driver guided us to an open parking slot..going home the driver even shoveled a path.. I'm very satisfied with the service! Will definitely use it again!! Thanks!

    Both times that I have used The Parking Spot your facilities and employees really added to my travel enjoyment. They took all the worry out of parking for travel and were eager and friendly. Not just a service but an enjoyable part of the trip.

    I have to say that I thoroughly my On The Spot park and ride experience! And, I must send a special "thank you" out to the cashier on staff (8/9/12 @ 11:00pm) and the staff member Hau Mai, who assisted me with my car when my battery died and the car wouldn't start. He was prompt, patient and quite helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Thanks again, to/for a professional establishment and your fine staff.

    Very happy with the service. On an earlier trip though, our return flight was delayed, we didn't return until 2 AM and had to wait a long time for the shuttle at BUF. I didn't have the phone # to call you guys at the time. Very isolated incident though. We'll happily use you guys again. ML

    Much imporoved since being taken over by Parking Spot, specifically in terms of quick pickup in the lot, and at the airport. Also, they finally marked the spots so they know where you actualy parked. And, nice new busses with leather seats are great.

    Especially would like to thank Rick, driver of the bus at Buffalo The Parking Spot location. My car battery was dead after 10 days on the parking and he immediately got the starter assist to help me out. Very good, friendly service.

    fabulous service upon arrival - complimentary newspaper is a great idea! Appreciated receiving a card from the shuttle driver with our parking space number on the card. Upon arrival the shuttle was readily available - just tickedy boo service! And we were delivered directly to our car - easy! and thanks for the comp water at check out. Cheers!

    On our return to Buffalo, we gave the driver our exact location several times, but he didn't seem to know where that was. It was quite dark and it took a while to get to our car.

    You need to get a phone at the Buffalo airport or give beter directions about not needing to call just walk out of doors and shuttle will be there.

    Overall we were quite happy with the service ... however, when being dropped off at the airport, our minds were occupied with keeping track of our kids etc., and we forgot to give the driver a tip. As he closed the door he said something like "generosity is always appreciated" or something like that ... which started our trip off on a bit of a sour note. Other than that everything was good ... drivers were helpful in loading / unloading baggage etc..

    Vehicle was damagaed while I was gone. Back of vehicle recieved approx 20 deep (completely through paint) vertical scratches/ gouges that cannot be explained. $1,500 to repair. I'll not return.

    the driver who picked us up wrote down that we were in row K, and when we went back to our car, the driver had a little trouble finding our car since we were actually in row L. I suppose we should have double checked the row, but we were more concerned about getting to our flight. The driver who took us back to our car was patient and helpful and drove up and down a couple of rows till he found our vehicle. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage.

    The attendants at the place where you pay had a difficult time dealing with my reservaton form. We were there for 15 minutes or longer while they figured things out. Not acceptable at 12:30 am or any time.

    On returning home, with baggage, found it inconvenient not to have a number to call to notify you I had returned and needed to be picked up. I know the Buffalo airport frowns on competition, but surely there must be a better way to get to your parki
