    Vehicle was damagaed while I was gone. Back of vehicle recieved approx 20 deep (completely through paint) vertical scratches/ gouges that cannot be explained. $1,500 to repair. I'll not return.

    the driver who picked us up wrote down that we were in row K, and when we went back to our car, the driver had a little trouble finding our car since we were actually in row L. I suppose we should have double checked the row, but we were more concerned about getting to our flight. The driver who took us back to our car was patient and helpful and drove up and down a couple of rows till he found our vehicle. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage.

    The attendants at the place where you pay had a difficult time dealing with my reservaton form. We were there for 15 minutes or longer while they figured things out. Not acceptable at 12:30 am or any time.
