    Let customers know at the very beginning that they will need to print out a copy of their coupon. Many people will use a mobile device like a phone or tablet to make a reservation and then not have access to a printer. Telling them that they need to print out the coupon after they have filled everything out and paid for it creates problems.

    Amazing customer service. We were running late and would miss our flight. They made sure that a bus was waiting to take us right away and we made our flight. When we were leaving we were asked if we would like a bottle of water for the ride home. I would park here again in a second!

    we waited 2 hours for our shuttle, despite 3 phone calls to them and them assuring us the 'driver was on his way.' Turned out he was picking up people, then driving them to their cars, then digging them all out of the snow, one by one, then going back for MORE passengers. This was after midnight in January! I'd pay double before I'd use these people again.

    I couldn't be happier with this company, I was traveling by myself and they did everything possible to make this trip easy. the driver was friendly and spoke clearly with directions, he answered all questions without me even having to ask them. I was so worried something would go wrong but from start to finish everything was perfect. I won't even consider another parking garage. I traveled in the winter and when they dropped me off by my car I was told they will do another drive around to make sure our cars started, that was unexpected, so was the bottle of water they gave me at no cost at the end of the trip. it is these small details that pushes this company over the edge

    We had 6 bags on our trip and were dropped off at the baggage claim instead outside the Southwest check-in. It was extremely inconvenient to have to take all of our luggage up the elevator. We have always been taken directly to the departure area. It was not a good start to our trip.

    This was the first time a driver wrote down a parking space (e.g. B -35), it turned out we weren't actually in that spot, but on the other side of the aisle. It is not a big deal since it's hard to be precise when it's dark and or snowy. I was just curious about using this as a system for identifying the location of the cars. I marked the overall experience as good because, even with the coupon, I think you are pricey.

    The check out and parking payment was very slow. Dec 1 at about 2:30 PM. Three cars in front of us took about 15 to 20 minutes. A car ahead had a transaction problem at the cashier and I was asked to backup to let the car out but had to wait for the car behind me and others to back up also. It was frustrating to get such good pickup service and then be delayed getting out of the parking lot. Otherwise all the parking services were very good.

    This was the first time we use the facility. My husband and I were very impressed. We had trouble starting our car's engine when we arrive, the shuttle bus driver (Mr. Hau) helped us with our car's battery and we left in no time. We considered this a very excellent service!
