    Everyone waa very nice, friendly & personable including person @gate. However I did NOT appreciate being dropped off at street level & finding escalators not working. In the past we have been dropped off on upper level in front of individual airline areas. This caused unnecessary stress which could have easily been avoided & will influence where I choose to park in future.

    We were never told to go to the FAR left of the shuttle pickup area, past the Taxi stand. a shuttle van past us, I waved, he saw me and kept going, total time wasted in the freezing wind, 30min. PRINT THE PICK-UP AREA ON YOUR TICKET!

    When we arrived we gave the attendant our reservation but he was distracted by speaking with someone else. We cleared the gate but didn't know where to park so went just pulled into the first empty space. We then walked up to the gate house to see where the shuttle pick-up was. The attendant argued with my daughter saying we were to stay with the car, which we were not told, and then asked where we were parked. We estimated the location and he actually threw his hands in the air........ not a good start to our vacation. Considering I need a cane to walk we definitely wouldn't have dragged our luggage any further than needed, to be picked up at our car would have been appreciated. On the other hand both drivers were great as was the check-out person we dealt with when leaving. The only suggestion I have is to be informed as to the actual location of the shuttle pick-up for our return. Perhaps buddy was to tell us but we had to call the facility for directions, after that, all was good.

    We had excellent service all around on arrival back to buffalo after 2weeks in Florida our car would not start The employees from shuttle and lady in booth were wonderful.My sister and I were kept warm in booth while the guys delta with issue After less than half hour we were on our way. Thanks to employees from shuttle bus and booth We used your parking spot service on Genesee in. Buffalo Whenever we travel The parking spot will be our first and only choice

    Between 2/11/15 and 2/20/15 we were parked at the The Parking Spot. It was during a very, very cold and snowy period. When we were dropped off at our car, it had very little snow on it and the back had been shoveled. The Shuttle driver got out at each stop to help scrape snow and shovel if necessary. Very happy with our the service which goes above and beyond. Thank you

    Let customers know at the very beginning that they will need to print out a copy of their coupon. Many people will use a mobile device like a phone or tablet to make a reservation and then not have access to a printer. Telling them that they need to print out the coupon after they have filled everything out and paid for it creates problems.

    Amazing customer service. We were running late and would miss our flight. They made sure that a bus was waiting to take us right away and we made our flight. When we were leaving we were asked if we would like a bottle of water for the ride home. I would park here again in a second!

    we waited 2 hours for our shuttle, despite 3 phone calls to them and them assuring us the 'driver was on his way.' Turned out he was picking up people, then driving them to their cars, then digging them all out of the snow, one by one, then going back for MORE passengers. This was after midnight in January! I'd pay double before I'd use these people again.

    I couldn't be happier with this company, I was traveling by myself and they did everything possible to make this trip easy. the driver was friendly and spoke clearly with directions, he answered all questions without me even having to ask them. I was so worried something would go wrong but from start to finish everything was perfect. I won't even consider another parking garage. I traveled in the winter and when they dropped me off by my car I was told they will do another drive around to make sure our cars started, that was unexpected, so was the bottle of water they gave me at no cost at the end of the trip. it is these small details that pushes this company over the edge
