Please arrive to park 20 minutes before you want to be at your terminal. Once you have retrieved your luggage, call (510) 569-9777 to schedule a pick up. Please note that points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot.

    I remember seeing two lots, so drove by the 1st one only to find the 2nd one closed. Then I realized the name on the 1st lot was the one I needed. You may have put that on the instructions. Now I know! Wonderful experience though! The drivers were very efficient, courteous, and positive! :)

    Directions, access to OAK were easy. On outbound, van pulled up to my car before I even turned it off. Driver was friendly, loaded my bags for me. On return, van was at curb at OAK, driver was again friendly and helpful. Dropped me at my car, unloaded my bags. Cashier also pleasant. Good experience!

    Condition of the parking lot can be improved. Even the covered lots weren't completely covered and mandated a car wash as soon we took it out.

    The attendant did not help lifting bag onto and out of the shuttle. He barely waited for me to step off before he drove away. I was the only passenger.

    In your directions, I suggest that you indicate that the parking lot is immediately after the first stoplight after customer has merged onto 98th.

    The parking lot (FastTrack Premier) was easy to find but the signs inside the lot might be a bit confusing for the first time user. The Shuttle service (both drop off and pick up) was prompt and efficient. Will use the facilities again.

    negatives; - shuttle driver on return trip made an illegal (and unsafe) turn over the painted island in front of the lot in order to avoid going down the block to make a U-turn to get back, also without making sure there was a clear path to proceed; we ended up sitting with the shuttle stuck sideways blocking the 2 lanes in front of the driveway while waiting for a vehicle that was backing up in the driveway. - checkout was awful; in spite of the fact that i had pre-paid, i spent almost 15 minutes sitting in line behind someone who may have lost his ticket and refused to pay, while the cashier (who was friendly enough) tried to reason with him, made a phone call to someone, and eventually had to have the entire line of waiting cars reverse to make room for this person to back out of the checkout lane. another employee was sitting in the other checkout lane apparently not doing anything; since all i had to do was hand my ticket and proof of payment to someone, i should have been allowed to hand this in and leave, and he cashier could have processed that paperwork later.

    I found it confusing to have two different lots, "executive" & "premier". I wasn't sure which shuttle to take when returning to the lot from the airport.
