Very cheap rate, prompt shuttles, and extremely friendly staff. The only thing that made this service anything less than perfect was the shuttle's rough suspension. But I never had to wait for a shuttle, and all of the staff were extremely friendly. They even offered me a water bottle on exit. Highly recommend.

We used The Parking Spot for the first time for our New Years vacation. The service both on arrival and departure was nothing short of excellent. The drivers were extremely courteous as well as the cashiers. We were greeted by our cashier on arrival and given a cold bottle of water as well as a bag of delicious cookies when we left. There is no doubt that we will use The Parking Spot whenever we travel!

I have used this service for a few years now and have always enjoyed and experienced professionalism from your employees. However, upon my return trip I was on the proper island heading toward the proper pick up location one of your vans drove by and kept going, never stopping. I could see only 1 passenger. It was another 15 mins or so until another before another came along.

The driver to the airport did his job well but did not speak English well. The return trip with a different driver was fine. The lady attendant at the check-out booth was very courteous and helpful.

The airport parking lot for Denver Airport was really easy to find. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot and parked the car, a shuttle followed us to the parking spot and was right there to help us with our bags and get us loaded on to the bus.
