FASTTRACK Airport Parking offers great parking value at ATL. Make a reservation today to be guaranteed a parking space in a safe and secure lot. FASTTRACK Airport Parking is open 24 hours a day and offers free transportation to and from the airport terminals on demand. A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station. FASTTRACK Airport Parking ask that you arrive to park 15 minutes before you want to be at the Atlanta Airport terminals. They have car care services on offer for an extra charge, please inquire on check in. After collecting your luggage once back at ATL call 404-559-4475 to arrange pick up. This number will be printed on your parking ticket. Please wait at the Ground Transportation Center. The GTC is located near baggage claim, which can be accessed by exiting through the corridors of the North or South West End (W1 or W2) of the airport. FASTTRACK Airport Parking is Row E Space 2. Please note that points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot.

    All was good with one exception. I gave the lady at the check out my printed email with my original quote & she tried to charge me $5 more than what I owed. When I confirmed with her that the email showed a lower amount, she gave my this price, but that's not good business.

    The shuttle driver insisted on rolling my bag to my car which was very impressive. I have to give special kudos to Shurine (my spelling may be slightly off). I had read reviews that indicated some difficulty in checking out with the online reservation pricing. Shurine took one look, made certain I was aware of the benefits of the parking club membership, totaled me up and did it all with a bright, cheerful manner. These are the types of employees I look for in my own business - she's a definite asset to yours! I used this lot years ago when I worked at the airport and I still use it for all my travel needs. I traveled to Miami in July/August and used it then too. The lot could use some improvement, otherwise it's my favorite place to park.

    When Checking out to pay the attendant was going to charge me more than what the rate stated on my confirmation. I had to wait 15 min. and she finally just rang in the amount that was on the sheet I had printed from my reservation. She said she did not know what to do or how that amount was to be put in...

    the cashier did not know how to handle online prepaid reservation. wanted to charge much more than my online offer was. it took over 10 minutes at the check-out booth to clarify the situation. she had to bring in another employee to finally understand and honor the online reservation. poorly trained staff, i mean cashiers. the shuttle driver was very good. Atlanta Fastrack lot is not marked well, it's easy to miss the entrance gate even if you have parked there before. needs better and clearer signage. most likely will not park there again.

    The driver did not take me to my car on my return. About 30 cars away from where I was parked, she stopped the shuttle, took my bag and put it in the parking lot, and pointed to where my car was parked and said "you're that way", and I was told to walk. Very odd.

    Pickup at my car was very prompt. Returning I had to wait around 10 minutes at the airport. That driver was very courteous and helped me with my heavy bag. It is inconvenient to take an airport shuttle to the international terminal and back. Would like to see pickup available at that terminal. I have used your lot for many years and will continue to do so. Thanks

    Find another lot! We waited 30 minutes for a shuttle, all the while watching multiple shuttles for other lots pass by. Once we were finally picked up, the overweight, middle-aged driver made no effort to help with our bags. When we arrived at the lot, she made several stops dropping off airport employees, who apparently are using the lot for daily parking. When we tried to exit the lot, the cashier tried to overcharge us and seemed to have no idea how to process our payment (made on this site.) It was only when we refused to move our car from the exit lane that she agreed to call a supervisor and straighten the matter out. Terrible customer service. Find somewhere else to park. We certainly will.

    I left my cell in the car, and noticed it when the shuttle had started 2 head out of the lot, Driver turned around so i go get my cell from the car saving me the time of not having to walk back cross the lot, and wating for the next shuttle.

    service was very good. only 1 problem. we got on the shuttle at 4 am. we were told to leave 1 piece of paper in the car which we did. when we got back in at 12 am, we had no idea where to meet the shuttle. i finally called and asked where we were suppose to meet the shuttle. the girl was very nice and told me where to go and what to do. the shuttle was waiting on us and was very nice. he told us that we should have been given a piece of paper that told us where to go and what to do. we were never given this info and it was very confusing!!! someone didn't do their job.

    The shuttle service was amazing. They were waiting for us even as we parked our car! We were given a business card when we got off the shuttle at the airport, but nothing was said about what to do with it. We did not know that this was our "ticket" to get on the shuttle when we returned...evidently it showed the parking space number for our car. Thankfully , the shuttle driver let us on anyway.
