Finding the parking lot was easy. However, there was no attendant there to take our paperwork when we arrived. But the shuttle was there waiting once we parked. When we left the airport and were ready to be returned to our cars, it was a different story. Other companies had several shuttles going back and forth before FastTrack ever had one. Also the lot number to find the shuttle was not on the paperwork and I had to call the attendant booth several times before someone answered to tell me where to go. We waited between 10-15 minutes for our shuttle. Will probably use another company next time for this reason.
It was very early when we arrived and we actually missed the parking lot on the first pass because the signs didn't quite show up as clearly as I thought they might should. But all turned out OK in the end and the airport pickup was a short wait as well.
I used this parking facility on my recent trip. Contrary to the reviews here, I had a very good experience. I paid online for four days parking and took a print of the reservation with me while checking in. The lady at the entrance told me to keep the ticket and reservation print safe with me until check out day. The parking lot is nothing fancy, just a regular open parking lot. I parked my car and waited beside my car for the pick-up shuttle. The shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes but I got distracted in checking my stuff in the car and missed it. The next shuttle came within the next 5 minutes. The driver gave me a card with my parking lot number written on it . The instructions upon return were written on it. On my return, I went to the ground transportation area on the airport and the shuttle was already standing at the stall mentioned on the card that driver gave me the first day. The driver even helped me with my bags. The shuttle dropped us off at the parking facility in less than 15 mins. I gave my ticket and reservation print to a cheerful lady at the checkout place. Based on my good experience, I will use this facility again.

Unfortunately December 26 was a bad experience. I made an online reservation and had my paperwork at gate. Was told the lot was full. All spaces were taken. Went to two other lots and they were full. Went back to Fast track and pitched a fit. Was in panic mode by then. They wanted me to leave my car with the keys behind an employees car out front and they would move my car when a space become available. Very upsetting, I almost missed my flight. Merry Christmas.
Great place and people, we use them every time we fly. Huge potholes going up to the lot need to be filled but the service is very good.
Space was not provided when I arrived. I drove around the lot several times before parking in a spot not designated for parking. I was told to go to the base and park at that time. A little un nerving while trying to catch a flight
I had a hard time getting up into the white van. A step stool would help. I would have had to wait for the next shuttle if I could not make it.
I have to wait more than 40 minutes after my arrival.
As usual, we received very good service.

Really enjoyed the service online discount for parking. Customer service was excellent, friendly and courteous. This was a secure parking lot to. I will continue to use this service when I fly from now on.
Time waited for shuttle going to airport was only a minute or so. Coming back, the weather had turned colder, it was a long flight for us and we had to walk to the next to last parking spot for bus - which we waited for over 15 minutes and then one arrived immediately after we left airport parking....
When I returned to Atlanta yesterday, the shuttle ride was stuffy and uncomfortably warm.
We waited for about 10 minutes at the airport and I missed the free drinks formerly offered when we exited. I enjoyed the water or Coke products. Would also like a better discount than $.50.
Worst service ever!!!!! Drivers are slow....have no consideration for monthly patrons!!!!!! No matter what time I arrive at the lot it is still almost ten minutes before the shuttle realizes I am here.....almost fifteen before they leave!!!!! Should change the name to Slowtrack!!!!
Five minutes to/from the airport is convenient. The wait area at the airport was sheltered.
I parked here a while back but the parking was great and the people there were very nice but a little expensive.
We prepaid online for parking and scanned our bar code when we arrived. The gate popped up and off we went. When we returned we pulled up to the gate and the attendant looked at us with a question mark in her eyes. I asked what she needed from us and she said the ticket that popped out when we arrived. We told her we got nothing. She re-scans our bar code and says she couldn't pull it up in her system. We had to back up and wait until the Supervisor called his Manager. We told him they had already collected the money from us and should let us leave and figure out the computer system on their own time. He said he did not have the authority to let us leave. FINALLY....about 45 minutes later, he manually opened a gate and let us thru. We were extremely tired and aggravated that we were delayed for that long. I will NEVER park there again!
I usually have a good experience at your lot in Atlanta. However, on April 13, due to an early morning arrival (12:45 am), we actually had to call for the shuttle. Every other space was filled and some even made 2 runs before our shuttle appeared - and that was after we called to inquire. Not sure what is going on but it was late and cold and we were not happy. It is for this reason that I might just try one of your competitors the next time.
