Fast Track pricing seems quite reasonable. Upon arrival, I was unsure of where exactly to enter the lot; it was not clearly marked. Once I found the correct entrance, everything was fine. The lot does need to be resurfaced, so I'm hoping you do this soon. Your employees are really exemplary and made using your lot a good experience.
Lot needs repaving
Anthony, the shuttle driver is awesome. I am handicapped and I had baggage and a rollator and he helped me get off the bus. All employees everywhere should be as dedicated and as friendly as he was.
Parking lot was nice.
I know they are working on the lot but it's in terrible shape. Pot holes like the Grand Canyon. Despite this (and hope it improves) I will continue to use this lot as I have for more than a decade. The personnel are courteous and friendly. One in particular stands out: his name is Rico (spelling?). We have ridden with him several times and he is absolutely tops! A real keeper. Understand this operation in Atlanta is planning (or trying) to open a lot to serve the international terminal. I hope this happens. It will do two things: provide much more convenient service when traveling internationally, and divert some of the traffic away from the present location. I've noticed it has become increasingly crowded, making it a bit difficult to find a parking space. I'm not surprised or complaining; this represents the great service this location provides.
It was a terrible experience. Upon arrival we were not picked up. We had to call and request to be picked up in the parking lot. The van driver was rude and did not provide a ticket for the parking space. Upon return we waited approximately 25 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Another shuttle company offered to call Fast Track. Office does not answer the telephone. In addition I realized after a long ride home that I was over charged for one day. Once again, at the risk of sounding dramatic it was a terrible experience with your company in Atlanta.
40 customers waited between 30 to an hour for pick-up. Parking Office Staff was called by multiple customers and told that 3 Vans were on the way and would be there in ten minutes. 30 Minutes and 3 calls stating the same comment about 3 vans on the way... 1 van showed up. The Vans have radios but apparently the operators don't know how to use them.
Shuttle was late and when I called the phone number listed on the card, no one answered.
The ride to the airport was ok, the ride back, the driver drove very fast the entire way and then didn't take in to consideration what so ever the fact that there are pot holes in the parking lot. Basically thrown around the shuttle once back in parking lot. Terrible in that aspect.
Fast service, courteous staff, easy. Parking lot not so well marked for entry/exit and surface potholes. Good, economical place.
The wait at the airport was to long. Need more buses going too and from the airport.
Finding the parking lot was easy. However, there was no attendant there to take our paperwork when we arrived. But the shuttle was there waiting once we parked. When we left the airport and were ready to be returned to our cars, it was a different story. Other companies had several shuttles going back and forth before FastTrack ever had one. Also the lot number to find the shuttle was not on the paperwork and I had to call the attendant booth several times before someone answered to tell me where to go. We waited between 10-15 minutes for our shuttle. Will probably use another company next time for this reason.
It was very early when we arrived and we actually missed the parking lot on the first pass because the signs didn't quite show up as clearly as I thought they might should. But all turned out OK in the end and the airport pickup was a short wait as well.
I used this parking facility on my recent trip. Contrary to the reviews here, I had a very good experience. I paid online for four days parking and took a print of the reservation with me while checking in. The lady at the entrance told me to keep the ticket and reservation print safe with me until check out day. The parking lot is nothing fancy, just a regular open parking lot. I parked my car and waited beside my car for the pick-up shuttle. The shuttle was there in less than 5 minutes but I got distracted in checking my stuff in the car and missed it. The next shuttle came within the next 5 minutes. The driver gave me a card with my parking lot number written on it . The instructions upon return were written on it. On my return, I went to the ground transportation area on the airport and the shuttle was already standing at the stall mentioned on the card that driver gave me the first day. The driver even helped me with my bags. The shuttle dropped us off at the parking facility in less than 15 mins. I gave my ticket and reservation print to a cheerful lady at the checkout place. Based on my good experience, I will use this facility again.

Unfortunately December 26 was a bad experience. I made an online reservation and had my paperwork at gate. Was told the lot was full. All spaces were taken. Went to two other lots and they were full. Went back to Fast track and pitched a fit. Was in panic mode by then. They wanted me to leave my car with the keys behind an employees car out front and they would move my car when a space become available. Very upsetting, I almost missed my flight. Merry Christmas.
Great place and people, we use them every time we fly. Huge potholes going up to the lot need to be filled but the service is very good.
Space was not provided when I arrived. I drove around the lot several times before parking in a spot not designated for parking. I was told to go to the base and park at that time. A little un nerving while trying to catch a flight
I had a hard time getting up into the white van. A step stool would help. I would have had to wait for the next shuttle if I could not make it.
I have to wait more than 40 minutes after my arrival.
