Shuttle buses run between Shelter Valet Parking and El Paso International 24 hours a day. You need to arrive 15 minutes prior to the time you need to be at the terminal. The shuttle bus will leave immediately after you have parked your car so there is no waiting around. For an extra charge the following services are available: Car wash, wax, detailing, oil change, filter, lube, windshield repair. This information will be printed on your fax receipt. Once you have retrieved your luggage on your return call #235 or 888-851-8875 to arrange to meet the shuttle bus on level 1. Level 1 is situated one level below the luggage area.

    Had to wait for shuttle to drop off passengers and bags before he came around to get us (2 people + 3 large bags). Almost didn't make the second trip and would have had to wait again. It was a Sunday night, obviously peak pick-up time, should have multiple shuttles working. Staff was courteous.

    The staff was superb! They all went above and beyond the call of duty when I arrived, somewhat frazzled, because I had to repack before I could leave to catch my flight. They did everything they could to make my vacation start on a good note!!

    The people were so nice and had excellent customer service skills. The only thing that detracted from the experience was the lobby. While I was waiting I counted 35 dead bugs on the floor. These were not small bugs, several were grasshoppers with a couple of them still being alive. It made the lobby look gross. Maybe a quick sweep each morning would be a good idea.

    Your office at the airport in El Paso needs a complete makeover. It is dirty, worn out carpets. Not a very appealing look to an otherwise great service. Do you employees and guests a favor and give the office a make over.

    The shuttle service was excellent as it has been many times. Would recommend it highly. Since we had our car detailed in the past and was very pleased with the service, we asked for a carwash (inside and out) this time. When we picked the car up, there was still mud and bug spots on it. They came off easily when I rubbed them so it was not tough road tar spots. We were in a hurry to get back home so didn't have time to bring it up then. When I called the next day to let the company know, in case they had someone new washing the cars, the young lady taking the information was very indifferent and unconcerned. Her tone was very flippant as she told me that there had been no changes and I should have said something when I picked up the car. I was just trying to let them know we had a problem since this is the service our company uses and all the employees have usually had good experiences. I explained again that I was just trying to find out if anything had changed before telling our co-workers about our dis-satisfaction. In a very professional but highly sarcastic tone, she told me I was free to say whatever I needed to say. This was a very strange way to handle my call where I just trying to inform them of one problem I had with their service. I understand I may have called at a 'bad' time for the young lady, but in that case she should not be on the phone representing the company.
