EZ ParkFly is located close to San Jose Airport and offers great, safe parking at a great rate. EZ ParkFly asks that you arrive to park 20 minutes before needing to be at the SJC terminals. A shuttle bus will pick you and your luggage up and transport you to the airport for no extra charge. Pick up from San Jose Airport is at the courtesy shuttle sign. From terminal B: come out from the baggage claim, go across to the center island, walk to the left, wait by the 2 sign where it says Courtesy Vehicles please look for the van EZ ParkFly. From Terminal C: come out from the baggage claim, go left all the way down to the end of the brown building. When you get to the end of the building wait by sign. The shuttle driver wasnt helpful with luggage and the shuttle took forever to arrive.
20 minute wait to get to the airport, missed the baggage deadline for my flight. On the return trip, they didn't have enough room on the first van, had to send another (also filled up, and that was Terminal A, so they left people waiting at Terminal B.) I don't mind having to wait on the way back to my car, but getting from the lot to the airplane has to be a priority, and it wasn't theirs. They clearly don't have enough vans and drivers for busy times, like Thanksgiving week and in general when there are large airplanes.
I never write reviews, but this was absolutely the worst parking experience we've ever had. 1) Showed up at 9pm on a Tuesday and there were cars blocking the in and out so we couldn't get in to self-park. They said they'd valet park it...fine. However, as we waited for the van, one couple told us that the lot literally lost their car. Wonderful, but we didn't have time to change lots. 2) On Sunday we got our bags and called the shuttle at 7:15. Shuttle arrived 25 mins later. 3) Got back to the lot to get my car and waited 20 mins without any sign of my car. Finally someone helped me and said that the car wouldn't start (mind you this is a new battery). I was thinking great...they left the lights on all weekend. However, in his hand was my key, which now didn't have any of the electronics in it. The automatic remote buttons were completely missing. ???? 4) When it wouldn't start, they repeatedly tried to jump start it to no avail. 5) Finally my wife had a friend pick her up to go home and get our extra key to see if that was the problem. By this point it was 8:45!!! My wife returned at 9:30 and the car instantly started with the other key. 6) The worker that was "helping me" said that they'd pay for a replacement key, but we will see if that actually happens. 7) My car wasn't the only problem. None of the workers had any clue what they were doing. Other customers were waiting for 20-30 mins for the workers to get/find their car. Every 10 mins or so, someone would bring a car up and only about half of the time was the car the correct car. They brought 3 cars up that were completely wrong. And of course they just left those cars blocking the exit so people couldn't get out. Honestly, 1st graders would run this place better than these morons. DO NOT EVER PARK HERE
Bad experience. Waited over 25 minutes for van to pick us up after calling. We were first ones to the waiting area. Van came and we tried to get on but it was full because everyone rushed on. We were told that next van was right behind - about 5 minutes. It was not. Same man came again over 25 minutes later. Almost didn't get on that van. It was overcrowded and unsafe. One woman had to sit up against the door. Finally got our car and and on our way out found that the exit was blocked by cars that they parked there. Tried to find someone to help but could not. Finally called on my cell phone, someone did answer and cars were removed from exit. We started process at 10:15 pm and ended at about 11:45 pm.
Service was awful. I waited forever for a shuttle and when i finally arrived at the spot to get my car they charged me an additional day because I was an hour over the time that i dropped off my car. keep in mind that i called as soon as I got off the plane. No luggage to wait for and I sat as I watched other shuttles come and go. Every time I called, they were on the way. Never again. I would rather pay more!
I traveled twice this year so far and uses this parking service to park my car. They are the best. I'm so thankful that i found their service. Very safe parking and most of all Samuel and Daniel were very nice all the time. Their shuttle was always on time to drop off and pick up as well. I went very early morning and came back pretty late night,but they were always there with their shuttle service.I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10 for sure.

You are very hard to find, even using our GPS. You need a bigger sign since you are behind another business and cannot be seen.
Your pick-up/drop-off van service is aweful -- very tardy (everyone was kept waiting for more than half hour, despite individual call to the driver as soon as the plane landed). I've used many of other long term parking options, and your van service is the worst. For this reason I'll think thrice before using your service again :(
I arrived at the airport about 10:45 PM and called for pickup. I was told the driver would be right there. After 25 minutes I called again and was told they were on their way. Finally after 45 minutes the shuttle arrived . By then there were 9 of us waiting and room for only 2 people. The driver stated that they had only one driver but that another was coming in. Ended up taking almost an hour total for pickup. Will not use again!

Parking was a total disaster. Pick up wait was 45 minutes, the wait to pay was 30. I left and will never use them again.
The ride to the airport was great. We came back Tuesday near 11pm. I called from the terminal. The driver said he would be right there. We stood at the curb another 15 min and he did not show. I called again and it seemed that he could not hear or understand me but again he said he would be right there. Again I called about 10 min later. When he arrived, I said how we had been waiting. He replied "I was here 20 min ago" which he clearly was not. When I said"no because I was" here then, he disagreed again in an argumentative way. He said you were very busy that night. There was also some confusion as I think he was picking up for 2 different lots?? A couple that was there almost did not get on the van. He was also driving 11 of us and talking on the phone. If he has to take calls, he should have a headset. I wonder if the reason he couldn't hear me one time was that he was driving and answering the phone. Likely the guy at the lot should be the one answering the calls and forwarding the info to the driver. I was very unhappy about his service and my friends were upset that he and I were argumentative as they worried about his safety in driving after that.
Your reservation service was fine, it was the parking lot that was horrible. Fast Parking in San Jose. I called when I arrived and it took 30 minutes to come get me. They even passed me while I was standing there and I had to call again. Secondly, the drivers drive way too fast. It's dangerous. I'll never park there again.

We found the service to be slow and inefficient. We arrived at the waiting area at 11 PM, called and were told we would be picked up right away. Other shuttles came and went and we were still standing there. A shuttle arrived but did not say Fast Airport Parking. Fortunately, my husband inquired when the Fast Airport Parking van would arrive and the driver said that this was it. How were we to know that? The sign on the van was for Park and Jet and the driver did not say anything about taking Fast Airport Parking riders on his van. We were very annoyed and will not use this service again.

First time using this parking lot. Some confusion about the name: bus had a different name the lot I sign on to on your web page. Had to ask the driver. Other customers were confused as well and had to ask the driver.
