I never write reviews but after this experience, I felt I owed it to anyone else who like me - compares and reads reviews. The parking lot is small and the shuttle van was dated and held together by duct tape. The pick up was late and I had to call twice before someone showed up. An hour after picking up my car, I received a call on my cell saying that the shuttle van and driver we waiting for me and where was I. Were they for real? Park here at your own risk....

they picked me up on time, i felt safe leaving my car there as there was a man guarding the gate and barbered wire around the fences.. this is the one time that looking like a prison is a good thing. lol

When I came back, called the # for pickup at airport. No one showed up for 25 mins. I called up the manager to get the truck.

Parking was not valet as was promised. Lot was unattended when we first arrived to park, and did not seem very secure. Shuttle vans were very beat up, not professional looking, and drivers were not overly professional either. Will not use again because we were not certain that our vehicle was secure (we were glad that we did not leave our keys in a valet situation with this lot).

When we arrived the attendant window was empty but open. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to arrive and then another 20 minutes to check in and be taken to the airport. We will never use them again and we are telling all of our friends, family and business associates.

Lot location is important, but for me a prompt shuttle service is more important. This lot has both, good location and prompt shuttle pick up.

Fast Airport Parking is located close to San Jose Airport and offers great, safe parking at a great rate. Fast Airport Parking ask that you arrive to park 20 minutes before needing to be at the SJC terminals. A shuttle bus will pick you and your luggage up and transport you to the airport for no extra charge. Pick up from San Jose Airport is at the courtesy shuttle sign. From terminal B: come out from the baggage claim, go across to the center island, walk to the left, wait by the 2 sign where it says Courtesy Vehicles please look for the van Fast Airport Parking. From Terminal C: come out from the baggage claim, go left all the way down to the end of the brown building. When you get to the end of the building wait by sign. Your travel plans will be made easy when you make a reservation with Fast Airport Parking
