A shuttle bus will pick you and your luggage up and transport you to the airport for no extra charge. Pick up from San Jose Airport is at the courtesy shuttle sign. From terminal B: come out from the baggage claim, go across to the center island, walk to the left, wait by the 2 sign where it says Courtesy Vehicles please look for the van EZ ParkFly. From Terminal C: come out from the baggage claim, go left all the way down to the end of the brown building. When you get to the end of the building wait by sign. I have used this parking lot before but self park only. This time the park was full so I was asked to leave my key for them to valet park. I understand that I should not leave anything valuable in the car but I have a tray full of coins and in a close compartment when I picked up the car last night, it was all gone. Such a petty theft from those that take care of my car when I left my key with them! I am sure they have gone thru my car to look for valuable stuffs to take when I am away! So annoying and disappointed with this parking lot!!

We will NEVER use this horrible parking lot again. We were told we had to leave our keys in the car for "valet" parking. Then, upon our return we discovered that a $10 Roll of quarters and and additional $3 of quarters were stolen from our car as a result of leaving our keys in the car and the lot attendants having access to our cars interior. We called the general manager and he has still not returned our call. Additionally, the shuttle van in both directions did not have seat belts that could buckle, which is against the law.. Our experience was the worst ever and you should be aware of the serious problems at the lots you recommend!!

The only reason I had to wait for the shuttle longer than 15 mins, is because I may have not recognized the shuttle earlier to flag them down. There were many different shuttles from other companies. Thus, it may help if the signs on the shuttles were more eye catching and more discernible from the other shuttles companies. But the drivers and attendants when dropping off and picking up were very friendly and accommodating. Upon dropping car off in morning, the lot was busy with other customers dropping off, so it was a bit confusing, especially for me for my first time. But everyone was still helpful. Condition of parking lot was fine. I don't have high expectations for parking lots, so it was fine and as I expected. No bells and whistles. When trying to find the driveway into the lot, it was blocked with other customer cars, so it was not easy at first. But once in the driveway was not blocked, it was fine. Because of this, I did pass it up a couple times. Overall rating is excellent because of the customer service and all the attendants were friendly and accommodating.
Maybe drive a little slower, not necessarily the speed limit, but a little slower
Somehow our back window got rolled down and was left open the whole time we were gone. Luckily it was safe there, but we were uncertain as to why it was down and why it was noticed. Other than that it was a good experience.
Everything was excellent..courteous staff, quick pick-up, car was ready to go. Only negative was it took several calls before someone answered the phone when calling from the airport upon our return. Thanks.
The driver drove the van in an unsafe manor. The driver was rude to another passenger. When we arrived the shuttle would not wait for us to park unless we valet parked, when I told him I did not want to valet because that was not what I paid for he said that the shuttle would not wait for us. But if I gave him my keys then the shuttle could wait.
Valet service was provided for no extra charge. Excellent service. Already a repear customer!!

Right priced and very convenient. The shuttle comes quickly when called after you arrive back to SJC.
They need to work on their customer service. They were cordial enough but they acted like we were all "putting them out" when everything they were doing was their job. Also, it' super sketchy when they tell you that they "need" to take your keys when you explicitly purchased self-park. I parked myself and it was easy to find a parking space. Otherwise, it was an uneventful transaction like it should be.
lot was totally full had to leave my keys. Van was packed where some people sat on top of suitcases. Van smelled awful (like body odor), however it was a good experience since we got to the airport right away & was picked up right away when I arrived.
I would not use this service again. There was no one at the lot on the morning of my departure and there was no instructions. Upon my return, there was almost a free for all to get into the shuttle bus as the wait between shuttles was long and no one formed a line. You get what you pay for...
Once it was found, it was in a convenient location for frwy access.
Very friendly people
We had to wait quite a long time to be picked up. There were still a lot of people still waiting after we left. A little of pre organization would have reduced the frustration at the time of the night we arrived.
We learned that even if someone has already called to be picked up at the airport that you need to call, too, so the driver will know how many passengers to expect. We were lucky that there were only two of us, so he could take us along with the family that had called. Everything went very smoothly.
I made a reservation well in advance of my flight for a covered parking space. On return I discovered the car was not parked in the covered area as I arranged through the online reservation process. I researched the parking facilities in the area and visited the specific selected location and toured the covered areas to assure the car would be well protected. I assumed after selecting the covered option that my parking needs would be taken care of, that turned out to be false.
