EZ ParkFly is located close to San Jose Airport and offers great, safe parking at a great rate. EZ ParkFly asks that you arrive to park 20 minutes before needing to be at the SJC terminals. A shuttle bus will pick you and your luggage up and transport you to the airport for no extra charge. Pick up from San Jose Airport is at the courtesy shuttle sign. From terminal B: come out from the baggage claim, go across to the center island, walk to the left, wait by the 2 sign where it says Courtesy Vehicles please look for the van EZ ParkFly. From Terminal C: come out from the baggage claim, go left all the way down to the end of the brown building. When you get to the end of the building wait by sign. Your travel plans will be made easy when you make a reservation with EZ ParkFly.

When we arrived they asked for our keys which on other lots you don't leave your keys. They didn't explain. When they dropped us off we just waited while they talked until I walked up and asked for the keys. Wanted to tip the shuttle driver as usual but every time I talked to him he just looked at me and said nothing. Very strange. Would not park there again.
I used the valet service. The car was not available upon arrival and I had to wait for it. The attendant pulled it up for me to load in a position that blocked others from exiting. There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion at the lot.
The only thing I had trouble with is finding the lot. The map on sight did not show streets names.
Finding this lot in the dark was a little scary. We couldn't really see the condition of the lot. We were suppose to self-park but were told to park our car in the first parking slot. The van was there to go to the airport so we just left our key with the attendant and off we went trusting our car would be OK for the week. It was and really I would recommend your site. Some of your attendants are a little hard to understand.

Language barrier, the attendant was very difficult to understand over the phone, but he tried hard & after several attempts did give me the directions I needed.
I thought this was the other parking lot which has closed down. Have read bad reviews of this lot, but the service was good. Drive drive fast. Confusion over name. Bit of a wait.

Late night return so had to wait for several minutes to get an answer by phone. May need to add one staff just to answer phones.
We flew into San Jose at 11:00 pm last night, and had to wait almost 30 minutes in the cold for the 3rd shuttle, which was really a beat-up van. Driver should not wear a hood, and should converse at least a little with passengers. Radio was blaring too loud.
It was great to just drop off the truck when we left on vacay, and have it right at the front when we got back! No hunting for a space, and trying to remember where we left it.
Met a couple of other riders and told them I had been parking there for the past 7 yrs. This was their first time. Suggested next time they should make reservations online prior to their trip to be sure they have a spot.
The van driver has a great memory. He remembered me. At pick up time (in the dark), he saw me walking to the designated waiting area at the airport as he was driving past the terminal. He safely pulled over and took me and my luggage saving me most of the walk. What great service!

We were travelling with an infant and toddler, with all the fixings! Van was crowded but we all got in and got there. Coming back was the same thing...very busy but efficient.

I had a hard time communicating via phone because English was a challenge for the EZ ParkFly employee. I'm not sure why you use customer-facing people who can barely speak English.
Only problem we ran into was that at drop off lot attendant forgot to give me the claim ticket, but everything worked out ok anyway upon our return. Will most likely use your services again.
First time I used this service. There were directions to the pickup point on the receipt but I didn't realize I was supposed to call when I arrived. So I waited 30+ minutes before spotting the van driving by and waving him down. He backed up and picked me up and said I should have called. I figured the vans just come by periodically as it seemed many others did. Other than that, it was a good service and expect that I will have no problem next time by calling when I arrive. It would be a good idea to include that information on the receipt.
