EZ ParkFly is located close to San Jose Airport and offers great, safe parking at a great rate. EZ ParkFly asks that you arrive to park 20 minutes before needing to be at the SJC terminals. A shuttle bus will pick you and your luggage up and transport you to the airport for no extra charge. Pick up from San Jose Airport is at the courtesy shuttle sign. From terminal B: come out from the baggage claim, go across to the center island, walk to the left, wait by the 2 sign where it says Courtesy Vehicles please look for the van EZ ParkFly. From Terminal C: come out from the baggage claim, go left all the way down to the end of the brown building. When you get to the end of the building wait by sign. Your travel plans will be made easy when you make a reservation with EZ ParkFly.

    Parking lot attendants are becoming more friendly. I used the service in October/Nov and the attendant in the morning was quite rude and unfriendly. And the wait was about 15 minutes. But I decided to give you guys another chance. I had a much better experience on my most recent visit

    PLEASE change name on Shuttle Van to read "EZ Park and Fly. We called for shuttle but waited 20+ minutes outside in the cold. Evidently, shuttle had already arrived, but we missed it when we read "Park and Jet" on it.

    I drove extra 40 miles trying to locate lot on arrival. Waited over 40 minutes on return for shuttle, no answer at either number provided. Started to take a taxi, wondering if it was dinner break for the drivers.

    I have a large construction truck your parking spaces are a little small, also I need to park the truck myself and you don't have very many self park spots now I had my truck damaged at another lot by the person parking it. So need self parking spot.

    I wish you would be more up front with the total costs. Whatever the price was, you have to add taxes and transportation surcharges. The amount went from $7.99 a day to $11.34 a day when you add up all the taxes etc.

    When I arrived my car had been moved to a location that was locked. The attendant couldn't retrieve it and had to wait over 90 minutes for someone to arrive and unlock the location where it had been parked. Employees were nice about it. But I don't expect to have to wait that long.

    it took 1.5 hours to get our vehicle - we had 3 small children in 39 degree weather (no indoor waiting area). It took my husband to complain before an attendant got out a heater for the children. The attendants said they couldn't find our vehicle initially then said they found it but other cars were blocking it and they had to move cars but it still took 45 minutes after that statement. They need better organization - they put numbered cones on top of the vehicles but there is no organization as how the vehicles or cones are placed. It was a terrible experience that we will not repeat.

    There are two sides to the ticket for pick up. One side says, "Directions" and the other lists some steps. I read the Directions side and followed them for where to go to get picked up. The directions did not say to call, but after waiting for over half an hour, I looked for a number to call. The other side states you must call to get picked up, and gave the number. If only that was also stated on the Directions side!

    Attendents appeared to be pretty disorganized when I arrived from airport to pick up my car in spite of calling ahead with my ticket #. Took almost 30 mins to get my car and lots of others were waiting too. First time this has happened with your service. Normally excellent.

    Staff should prevent exit lane from being blocked by a car loading a family and baggage into the vehicle. This forces other cars exiting the lot to drive out using the "in" lane.

    I know it was Thanksgiving weekend, and was very busy- but I had to wait 30 min / 2 shuttles before I could get back to my car. Also - it took at least 15 min before they "found my car" in the lot. Everyone was very courteous. Perhaps they should consider adding another van if possible during these times to pick up holiday travelers.
