Fast Airport Parking is located close to San Jose Airport and offers great, safe parking at a great rate. Fast Airport Parking ask that you arrive to park 20 minutes before needing to be at the SJC terminals. A shuttle bus will pick you and your luggage up and transport you to the airport for no extra charge. Pick up from San Jose Airport is at the courtesy shuttle sign. From terminal B: come out from the baggage claim, go across to the center island, walk to the left, wait by the 2 sign where it says Courtesy Vehicles please look for the van Fast Airport Parking. From Terminal C: come out from the baggage claim, go left all the way down to the end of the brown building. When you get to the end of the building wait by sign. Your travel plans will be made easy when you make a reservation with Fast Airport Parking

    This parking lot is not that big and parking spaces are OK. Covered parking is not bad either.

    Review is for Valet Service - Okay, so the price is right for the location and service, but how they handle valet parking keys on a rainy day is NOT ideal. It I had not returned to my car for a last minute item on a rainy day, I would not have discovered that the employees are instructed (confirmed with cashier at lot) to leave the keys under the valet parking top-of-car mounted numbered caps (used for car identification - don't know what they are called). These plastic tops are open and anything left under them are exposed to the elements. When I checked my car in, during a recent stormy weekend, my electronic key was left fully exposed to the rain. Again, would not have discovered it unless I had to return to my car for a last minute item. Price? Good. Location? Good. Shuttle service? Good. How keys are handled for valet parking? Lots of room for improvement.

    We loved the tented waiting area onsite, we were stressed b/c we thought we were late and sitting there waiting for the shuttle and enjoying the magazines calmed us down. What a wonderful idea.

    FastPark was cheaper than Doubletree but not a pleasant place to wait for a shuttle. Fortunately I did not need to wait long. Upon returning to SJC, only then did I notice that the shuttle was not labeled "fastPark"! This cost me a lot of waiting time.

    The name of the lot was different than provided on my ticket. I wouldn't have know what van to look for if I didn't ask the question. The van was small and difficult to get into with misc. carry-on luggage. I paid for valet parking and my car was not waiting for me when I arrived.

    I fly to LA weekly. I will continue to use P&J ( if their valet service stays under $6 a day. Will not self park at the lot since it is difficult to maneuver. The attendants are very courteous.

    Before booking at Fast Park I had read a negative comment on the internet about not being driven to their car when returning from the trip. In order to give the parking lot the benefit of the doubt, I called to check for myself and was told that all we needed to do was ask the driver and they would gladly take us to our car. My concern was because we would be arriving at 9 p.m. When we arrived back at Fast Park after our flight we asked several times to be taken to our vehicle that was in the far rear of the parking lot. We were told that they could only drop us at the gate and we would need to walk to get our vehicle. I told the attendants that we had called ahead and were told we would be taken to our vehicle and they just told us they do not do that, and we would need to walk to our vehicle. When I specifically called and was told we would be taken to our vehicle I feel we were defrauded. Additionally, the van that drove us from the lot to the airport was in extremely poor condition.

    I've parked at Fast Park 6 times and the service has consistently been reliable and friendly. The shuttle buses are not top-notch, but you can't beat the low price at this lot.
