I waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up at McCarren Airport and only got picked up after 3 phone calls. When I did finally get picked up, the driver not only never said a word to me but was obviously perturbed when I offered no tip for his service. I was the only passenger and not even an apology ! Worse service I can ever remember! I will never use your service again and will share my story with as many people as possible

They were late picking me up because of miscommunication, but the driver was sincerely sorry. He wouldn't even take my tip.

The shuttle was boarding passengers just as I arrived, but the shuttle driver kindly acknowledged me and said he would wait for me. He even went to get someone to the front desk since there was no one there. The receptionist was very friendly as well. I left my suitcase at the front desk to put the parking pass in my car, and when I came back, the shuttle driver had already loaded my bags and given me my reciept that I forgot. Super awesome service!

I usually have no problem parking my car and taking the shuttle. The attendants are always very polite and helpful. This time, though, my flight was 1/2 hour delayed and the shuttle wasn't able to come and get me, despite my calling earlier to give them prior notice. Frustrating, to say the least.

Upon my return the shuttle never did make a trip to the pickup area. I had to take a taxi back to the hotel to get to my truck. I called the hotel numerous times. I was told after arriving back to the hotel that a car had hit a telephone pole and their phone service was out of service. I was also told that it is not standard practice for the shuttle driver to drive through the pickup area after dropping off those departing las vegas. I think that should be changed. The taxi ride cost me $15. Not sure if I'll use this service again. I like the price but the inconvenience shouldn't have occurred.

The young lady at the front desk on my return (2/20/11 approx 6:30PM) was very up beat and helpful. I really appreciated her assistance in getting me to the shuttle at the airport.

Please come to the front desk to obtain parking pass needed for entry. All fees are due upon entry. Shuttle runs on demand.
Airport Transportation:
Shuttle service is provided on demand to and from the your terminal of departure. Shuttle hours are 4AM to 12AM daily.
Operation Hours:
Although the hotel is open 24 hours, the shuttle runs from 4AM to 12AM daily.

The Fairfield Inn By Marriott offers an excellent alternative to the on-airport parking lots at Las Vegas Airport. Expect a professional and courteous parking service every time at extremely low parking rates.
Free shuttle transportation to and from your terminal at Las Vegas Airport is provided for your convenience. The shuttle departs upon demand and is avilabel through the hours of 4am to 12am.
Upon arriving at the Fairfield Inn please report to the hotel front to obtain a parking pass.
