    The shuttle driver was very nice, but the wait time to and from the airport was about 40 min just make sure you give yourself ample time pre departure.

    No parking attendant. We were instructed to park in spots that were yellow. Easy to locate and get to. Our driver from the hotel was wonderful. Upon our return we didn't have to wait long (about 15-20 min). The hotel staff was helpful in explaining where to find the shuttle pickup at the airport, and gave us a call to let us know when the driver was on his way. The driver let us off in front of the hotel, which was okay...a better service would have been to drive us behind the hotel where our car was parked-we were tired and had luggage to pull from front of hotel to back of lot. Can't beat the value-we were happy with our choice.

    TELEPHONE ATTENDANT NAMED CASEY WAS DIFFICULT TO REACH. WHEN CONNECTION WENT THRU, I WAS PUT ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES. WHEN I FINALLY GOT THRU, I WAS DISCONNECTED AGAIN AND AGAIN. FINALLY WHEN I DID SPEAK TO HER, I WAS GIVEN INCORRECT PICK UP DIRECTIONS. THE DRIVER SAID HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING BUT OFTEN MISTAKES ARE MADE AND APPOLOGIZED. BUT HE WAS , HIMSELF DIRECTED TO PICK US UP IN AN AREA UNFAMILIAR TO WHERE HE NORMALLY PICKS CUSTOMERS UP AT GROUND ZERO, SOME WHERE OUT IN THE LOT INSTEAD OF BY THE CURB. FOR WHAT REASON NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW THE ANSWERS BUT IT IS DIFFICULT ENOUGHT FOR TWO SENIORS TO BE WAITING ALONE AT 11 pm, BUT THEN DIRECTED AROUND THE BAGGAGE CLAIM WITH 4 FOUR SUITCASES AND THEN FINALLY TO GROUND ZERO TO FIND THE DRIVER.. . HE DID KNOW WHERE TO LOCATE US AND HE HAD MANY MORE PICKUPS WHICH WAS NOT CONVIENIENT FOR US AT THAT TIME OF NIGHT. WE LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE PARKING AREA ON PARADISE SO WE WILL GIVE IT ONE MORE TRY BUT IF IT BECOMES ALL SCREWED UP AGAIN, WE WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER LOCATION AND VENDOR. PLEASE GIVE THIS GAL SOME TRAINING ON DIRECTIONS FOR SENDING THE DRIVERS. PERHAPS SENDING HER TO THE PICK UP AREA WOULD HELP HER GET A SENSE OF WHAT THE AREA LOOKS LIKE AND HOW TO DIRECT CUSTOMERS TO WHERE THE VAN WILL BE MEETING CUSTOMERS. BUT THEN AGAIN, IT COULD BE THE DRIVER WHO IS ALL SCREWED UP AND BLAMING CASEY FOR HIS FAILURES, IT IS DIFFICULT FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO REALLY KNOW!!!!!

    This time the shuttle happened to be there when we arrived, so we were able to hop right on it. (last time, we had to wait for an hour and almost missed our flight). Driver after our trip was at the airport within 15 minutes; he was very courteous and even put our luggage into the trunk of our car for us!! That is service! I would definitely use this facility again...makes it so easy to fly. The only "complaint" I have in general is that the email coupons for less expensive parking are never for when I need them. It would be good to offer them for the next time. Thank you for an awesome service overall!!

    Shuttle driver was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Lot was advertised as inside parking, which meant surrounded by three walls around the property. Probably much safer than typical open lots, but still open to others and the elements. However, was very clean and well-maintained.

    Whomever answer the call for pickup from airport had me on hold for over 5 minutes then disconnected me so I had to call back. then she asked a question then put me on hold and did this three times. not a pleasant customer service way to help me get back to my car. This is my third time with not very good customer service.
