The Fairfield Inn in Las Vegas was conveniently located and customer service oriented. We arrived for an early flight, and were invited to enjoy their complimentary breakfast buffet while we waited for the shuttle.
I always use this hotel to park at very good service. I quest now the parking went up to $9 from $7. I hope they consider the economy and having to pay another $2 is a lot. Also I was charged for a full day the last time when my pick up time was I believe 11:30 in the morning. When I asked about it I was referred to the Manager had to wait, tired from flight I just left. I will continue to use this location over all it has always been a great experience. I guess this hotel has new owners and things have changed.

My flight arrived at 930 pm and I called to have them pick me up as soon as I landed. The shuttle did not come until 1030pm. I called the hotel and they did not give a reason and the attendant did not give a reason for the delay once they picked me up. No apology was given for the delay...

parking lot was overbooked. construction equipment took up necessary space. had to park illegally between two handicap parking spaces. The desk clerk was helpful.
With the construction going on, it was difficult for me to find you and the office. I am sure it will be better next time when the construction is finished.
Fairfield Suites on Paradise Rd in Las Vegas not as good a location asI thought; parking lot full due to some construction, had to wait too long for he shuttle service so ended up taking a taxi to airport. Hotel rep not particularly helpful. And I am a Marriott loyalist!

FYI: The shuttle to the airport was fine. Had to wait about 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive, but got me there without any problems. When I returned, though, was another story. After calling the Fairfield as directed to do, I waited for over 25 min for the shuttle. I called again and they told me to take a cab, and they would pay for it. I then had to find the ground transportation area and get a cab. The hotel paid the fare when I arrived, but would not give any tip. I had to scrounge for money in my purse as I had not prepared to need to have cash. I had another 2 hrs of driving (it was now 10:30 at night, I got in at 9:30) and was not happy to have the extra time delay.
I almost did not have a place to park when I arrived at my appointed time. I lucked out getting the last available spot. The hotel desk clerk was professional, courteous and informative.

Due to a large number of conventions, the shuttle did not take me to the airport. A cab was called for me (by the front desk attendant) which arrived in 10 minutes. I got out of the cab at the airport and the cab driver expected me to pay him. The hotel did not have a contract with the cab service. I had to call the Fairfield hotel and speak with the front desk clerk. She in turn spoke with the cab driver. The cab driver told me I was supposed to get the fare from the the Fairfield Inn. No one at the hotel told me anything about that. It made it seem as if I failed to do something, which I did not. Extremely poor customer service by the Fairfield Inn staff. It took 15 minutes to resolve this at the airport.
