  On the return pick up. The drivers lie about picking us up. They said they would show up in 2 minutes at the designated location at the airport. We waited over half an hour. There was another couples that was waiting before us. The other couples called and was told they were there and waited for us. Which was not true. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

  I parked at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. This place was great so convenient. Will definitely park here next time I take a trip

  The shuttle was falling apart. The driver was in a very bad mood. I waited at the airport 37 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. I will not use this service again.

  I arrived at the shuttle location at 4:30am, my flight was at 6:00am. The ride to the airport is 10 minutes or less. There were people waiting in the lobby when I arrived, maybe 5-6 people. The person at the front desk seemed a little "flustered". I gave him my information, and he told me I couldn't take the next shuttle that I would have to wait. The driver told him there was room for me so he gave me a form to fill out which took less than 30 seconds. He then noticed that my printer had left off how much I had paid. It had all the other information, reservation #, dates, my name, and when I made the reservation. He told that he couldn't look it up that I would have to use the house computer and try and find it. I gave up hope of catching the 4:30 shuttle and tried to find my information on their computer. I had trouble so I asked if he could try, and he told me that the next shuttle wouldn't leave until 5:30am. I used this location twice before and loved it. I am confused about how reliable they are now.

  had to cancel reservation since the operator could not guarantee a reasonable shuttle schedule. Seemed like the operator had 2 shuttles and at rush times, you could wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. Not worth the added stress to miss your flight because you had to wait for the shuttle. Either get more shuttles or try another airport

Review Guidelines

Directions:

Direction 1

From South of Downtown Sacrmento: Take I5 North through Downtown Sacramento. Take West El Camino exit and go left back over I5. Stay on West El Camino for 1 mile. Hotel is on left just after crossing I80.

Direction 2

From North of Downtown: Take I5 or 99/70 South towards Sacramento, exit at I80 West towards San Francisco. Take first exit (West El Camino) and go right to stop sign. Make two left turns around the Chevron Gas station to the hotel.

Direction 3

From areas east of Sacramento along I80. Take I80 West. One mile after passing I5, take the West El Camino Exit and go right to stop sign. Make two left turns around the Chevron Gas station to the hotel.

Direction 4

From areas west of Sacramento: Take I80 East. In West Sacramento, take turnoff to I80 East to Reno. Continue on I80 for three miles. Exit at West El Camino and go left over I80. After crossing I80, make two left turns around Chevron Gas station to the hotel.
