I was not informed that there was no covered parking. I also did not know that you moved. I googled the address on Mapquest and it still shows the old address. I had to call from the cell phone and find out where the new location is. The signs at the new location are not clear.

We had a great experience before with this lot but they have recently changed location to a lower class site. We Don't think we will be using this lot again. The price was the same and the old lot and was much nicer and more secure than the new one. Was a disappointment and a surprise when we got there after booking.

Couldn't find our car when we got there. We had left it to be detailed, which no one did, then they didn't know where they had parked it. According to the records it was supposed to be parked in one spot, but another car was there. Had to go out and find it ourselves. Very disappointed in the fact that it wasn't detailed and that it took so long to leave after a long day of flying.

Everyone was friendly and courteous.The only issue I had when I got back I had to call twice to get them to pick me up.Your competition came by 3 times before the driver showed up.I waited about 15 to 20 minutes which seemed a little long to me.

The airport pick up was alittle confusing and it took 30 minutes for my p/u. The van was not marked very good so it was hard to know which van was theirs. The driver was friendly and helpful. I will use them again.

Five stars to the parking lot. Great service. They valet parked my car (though I had selected self park). Shuttle was available right away (though I parked at 5AM). Staff at desk and shuttle were very courteous. On the way back, shuttle was waiting for us (I called from bag claim area). My car was washed (I added that service when I parked the car) and ready to be picked up at the front. Charged me exactly what they were supposed to. Kudos.

It was difficult to locate my car in the parking lot because there were no numbered spaces and there was little light (it was late at night on arrival). Also, we did have to wait approximately 25 minutes to be picked up.

The Customer Service was absolutely excellent. Especially, the gentleman driving the bus on my pick up of 6/15 @ between 7-8pm. It was raining hard and he dropped my family and luggage off at the door. Then he drove me to my car and I had forgotten my backpack when I got off. He promptly noticed and returned it to me before I departed. The only negative was that conditions of both the parking lot and shuttles buses was very poor. The shuttle bus should not be on the road as not all the seat belts work as they should. Thank you.

I CAME HOME AFTER A LONG FLIGHT AND HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES FOR A SHUTTLE. I CALLED 3 TIMES AND WAS TOLD EACH TIME HE WILL BE THERE ANY SECOND. 40 MINUTES LATER. I COMPLAINED TO OFFICE AND WAS JUST TOLD THEY ONLY HAD 1 PERSON WORKING. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WAS JUST GOING TO TAKE A CAB AND HE SHOWED UP WITH NO APPOLIGIZE.FROM THE TIME MY FLIGHT GOT IN TIL I WAS ON THE ROAD TO GO HOME WAS 2 HRS AND 20 MINUTES...

Sign on highway says "EZ Park and Fly", claim check said "EZ Park and Bark", my reservation said "EZ Park and Pets", very confusing to out of towners. No signs to guide one out of the parking lot, especially when parked beyond the paved area. Talked to the attendant about it, he couldn't have cared less.

my only concern with my experience was that i didn't feel that i was given the appropriate information. the shuttle and the claim ticket for my car had slightly varied information. when the shuttle arrived at the airport, i didn't know if it was mine or not. it needs to be listed more clearly due to the increasing amount of shuttle serves available in Orlando.

the shuttle bus started smoking ffrom the front on the way back from the airport and I had to wait for them to send another bus but the staff were very nice and courteous and the dealy was only a short time. They arrived very quickly to get me from the airport even though it was 2am, so I was pleased about that and would still use them again.

There was little organization to priority for room on the shuttle. I was traveling with a group of 9 people, we indicated that yet we had to wait both times for a 2nd shuttle because small traveling groups were given priority. We waited over a half hour to be picked up at the airport because they larger shuttles were not being utilized.

No one to greet as stated. Finally parked and went inside. Went back to move car. Parked 5 slots behind shuttle but couldn't jump out fast enough. Shuttle bus left me and did not return for 35 minutes! I barely made my flight but lost my first class rsvp and was stuck in the center coach seat. On return, driver did not help with luggage and his 5 yr old son squashed my bag playing on the bus.

The only thing we didn't like is that we had to check in the office when we returned. We were VERY tired (it was 1:00am) and we just wanted to leave!! This particular parking place makes you check in at desk!! I don't see any reason for it..........they already took our credit card information on the first day & did not need it again. Continental, which is right next door just shuttles you to your car and you get to leave. That is what Park n Pets needs to do!! No-one wants to have to go BACK into the office when they return.....we're EXHAUSTED from traveling all day!!!

I've parked at this lot several times. Can't beat the price, but the tradeoff is that shuttle service is spotty. This trip, we waited nearly 40 minutes before being picked up. Most of the time, it is 10-15 minutes.

The fellow that checked us in after returning from our trip was very helpful when the computer tried to charge us $13.00 extra when we picked up our car 4 hours later than we said we would (airline delays). We will use your service again because of him.

I was parked at EZ Park and Bark (EZ Park N Pets) and when picking up my car after my trip, I noticed my car had been broken into and a radar detector was missing. When checking out I spoke to the attendant about this, who didn't seem to be concerned, and told me to call the next day and speak to the owner and he would leave a note on my account. The next day I called and spoke to the owner, who knew nothing about the incident and only kept insisting there was not a chance my car could have been broken into. Without an apology I was then told a refund would not be provided. Although it is a "secure" parking lot, I was told they were not responsible for my car being broken into or for stolen items. I would NEVER recommend this parking lot to anyone.

The shuttle driver, although instructed to do so, did not come to my vehicle to help with 2 heavy bags and he wanted to continue a conversation with the desk clerk rather than get mobile. The vehicle was old and uncleanly, The parking lots was full of potholes and the BMW ensignia was removed from the trunk of my car. I will NOT leave one of our cars here again.

The service was adequate. I did not have a problem, but they were not answering the phone for the number they gave for pick up. I had to call the 407 number on the ticket. Many other patrons had to take taxi's to get to the lot.

Dust control in the parking lot needs a solution or an automatic drive through high pressure water to knock the dust/dirt off is urgently needed (NOT a drive CAR wash - just high pressure water system to knock the dust/dirt off) . My car had an very high if not extreme amount of dirt/dust on it, for about a nine day stay, it looked like it had been in storage or years. I been using this service, for at least 20 years parking off airport Orlando Airport MCO, at least three times per year, and never have experience this problem previously. I doubt I would even consider using my car cover, since the the car cover would probably require several washes to remove the dirt/fine dust for the material. Perhaps spray the drive down with a solution that is used on rural limestone roads.

I would not use this parking service again. I took 56 minutes and 7 telephone calls to pick us up.
