Having read previous reviews in regards to extra miles on the vehicle upon return, I decided to verify miles on my car when the car was dropped off and picked up on my return. There were 6 extra miles when I picked up my car. Upon questioning the front counter I was told that if a car is left for more than 3 days, the car would be taken to a different car lot. I would think that this should be made public. Price was right and service was very good but I do not like the fact that my car is taken off the lot....This is why I gave it a low review.

I was extremely pleased with the fast and courteous service. I was expecting to wait in one line after another, but that was not the case. I was in and out and on my way. The van driver was chatty and interested in my travel plans which put me at ease, draining the discomfort that traveling can bring on. It was a joy to use your services. Thank you all very much. ive used extra car b4 and i think it is a great value for the service they offer...it is 1.4 miles from the airport which makes it very fast to shuttle to and from. this time when i returned on my trip at 10ish pm the shuttle was so full we were squished against each other in the shuttle lol but when we arrived at the lot everyone was taken care of within minutes we were all on the road...nice!

The shuttle driver that picked me up was very courteous, hard worker and he even got my car when it wasn't ready when I got to the parking lot. The lady in the counter told me my car was still in "staging" when I got to the lot and she asked me if I called. Se was the one that answered the phone, so I was kinda surprise that she was asking me that and that my car was not ready when I got to the lot. Overall though, service was fast and the price is more reasonable than the lot we formerly have used, so I will likely use it again.

The main reason I use Extra Car is because in the past, it has been VERY prompt in coming to pick me up after I make the call that i am at the Island. This time, it took at least 20 or more minutes. I almost froze!!!! I may try another service next time.

The shuttle service was prompt for the departure but the wait was over 30 minutes for the arrival. I called as soon as my plane landed because I had no checked baggage and I was told that I had to go to the pickup area before I could call for a pickup. It's my first time using a shuttle and I would have to think twice before I would do it again or I would lie and say I was at the pickup area when my plane landed. The last thing you want to do is wait for over 30 minutes outside in 38 degree cold weather waiting for a shuttle. It was made even worse when I kept seeing multiple shuttles come and go for several other parking lots. I wished I had parked at one of those lots instead. The only reason I give an overall OK rating is that the shuttle for my departure was very smooth and timely but the arrival shuttle was not. I would have rated the departure as Excellent and the arrival shuttle as Poor for an overall rating of OK.

Was incredibly pleased with the service. On arrival I was greeted quickly and a shuttle was there within five minutes, getting me to the airport within another 5. Cheerful, friendly drivers. When I called the phone from the SeaTac kiosk it gave me a weird busy signal but actually calling the company on the 800 number got immediate answer. And the shuttle was already picking me up. With the AirportParkingReservations discount it was an incredible bargain and I will definitely be using them again!

Pick up at airport was about 20 minutes after calling in, also the information on the ticket stub is incorrect. It says to call #77. When you dial the #77 all you get is a busy signal. It should be corrected to avoid the confusion, The other phone number gets you the Federal Way courthouse

The directions confused me a little because it said to take the exit for Hwy 99 South (international blvd.) I saw a sign for international right at the end of the exit but that was not where I needed to go and it really messed me up. I should have just stayed on the Hwy 99 south and ignored the "international" part. I think you should take off the "International Blvd" part on the instructions because its kind of confusing.

Great service, I will use again. Only thing I noticed was the wood door that everyone used was a knob handled wood door. Not ADA and for everyone using the door it is not user friendly. Metal swing tempered glass door that would swing both ways would increase productivity and ease of access. You don't have to touch the knob to open the door everyone uses.

My arrival for parking was barely one hour before my flight. When I pulled into the lot, the shuttle had just left and it would take about 10-15 minutes for it to return for me. A kind employee offered to quickly drive me to my departure location right away so I would not have to wait, since my timing was so tight. If he had not been so helpful, I would have surely missed my flight. Personal customer service gets an extremely high rating!!!!! (Note: he said he could do this only because they were not busy at the moment. I was fortunate, but really appreciated this exception in my stressed situation.)

Was very please with overall service. Was running late and had missed my shuttle and they drove me there in my own car so I wouldn't miss my flight. I would have if they hadn't done that. Only complaint was that when I got back i couldn't remember if I was supposed to cross the skybridge or not and the person didn't listen well to me on the phone when I was saying where I was. I had to call back after waiting 20 min to find out I was in wrong spot and missed them again by the time I got there b/c I had a very upset & tired child slowing me down so they had to send a different shuttle.

I was very disappointed when we arrived and called for pick up. We called at 7:45 to be picked up and the shuttle didnt arrive till after 8:20. We were wating outside in the cold for over 25 mins and we followed the instructions to call when at the baggage claim. We even called before we left dallas because we still have a 3 hour drive to vancouver after we arrived.

Nothing to complain about. The price was very cheap in comparison to many other places. Service time could have been quicker but for the amount we saved it doesn't really bother us. If you want super prompt service go with a place that charges $10 - $12/day instead of this one which charges about $6.

There was a huge back up of customers waiting for a shuttle back to their car on Sat night (12/29). I can not imagine that you were unaware how many people would be arriving at one time so the scheduling of shuttles seemed poorly done since a lot of people had to wait over 20 - 30 minutes for an available shuttle. I was very satisfied with my service the first time I used your organization but this last experience has made me doubt whether I would use your services again. I would be willing to pay more for a different car lot that had multiple shuttles passing us as we waited for a shuttle in the cold outdoors.

Things to Improve: clear directions driving from the airport - cleaner office - keep the (one scary) man who parks cars away from customers - clear directions to the airport courtesy phone - pay attention to booking fees, csr overcharged from my printed receipt online, why?! Things to compliment: Please commend the gentleman driving the shuttle on Nov 12/12 at approx. 2:30-3pm above and beyond service, well done! My only complaint is that the parking lot is right next to a bunch of blackberry bushes, so when I picked up my car it was covered in blackberries that had fallen off the bushes. I would love it if the parking lot could get something to block that. Or the parking attendant who grabbed my car could have brushed the berries off before I arrived so that my car didn't look so messy. Aside from that, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider using your services again!

We parked our vehicle at Extra Car in July. I was very impressed with the valet service. On this particular trip, I was traveling by myself with two children and everyone was very helpful. On our way back, we didn't have to wait long before someone picked us up from the airport. We were very pleased with Extra Car and plan to use them again.

Everyone at the site was courteous and fast. Service was prompt. On my return the shuttle was at the pick when I arrived, so I didn't have call. The driver called in my ticket # and my car was ready when we arrived. They handled my luggage for me both times. I will continue to use them unless the price goes up.

We have parked here for several years now when traveling and haven't found a better deal. The rate is the cheapest and the service outstanding. The only downside is they don't have shuttles constantly circling at the airport so when you call to let them know you're ready to be picked up expect a 15-20 minute wait. However, getting to the airport is quick and convenient. I would definitely recommend Extra Car Parking to anyone looking for good service and value.

The only, slight problem we had, was following the directions once we left I-405 on the way to the Extra Car. We actually we delayed on our return flight by about 2 hours and Extra Car did not charge us any additional amount. We will certainly use both services again and will recommend them to others.

It took a whopping 20 minutes after I called from the courtesy phone for the shuttle to arrive. I had actually called from my cell phone immediately after landing so that the delay does not hit me - but I was turned down saying that I should call only after reaching the pick up island. And then they take 20 min to pick me up - not acceptable. Will not use Extracar again. There were atleast 15 shuttle vans from Mastercar that passed around within that timeframe.

Getting from the parking lot and getting shuttled to the airport was awesome. The driver was helpful and nice and did a fantastic job. However, coming back we had to wait over 20 mins after we called it in at the airport, then he didn't really help us in or out of the shuttle, he didn't drive like he was driving a shuttle and had poor customer skills.

When we got back to town, we called in our car, but it seems they pulled the wrong ticket so our car was not there when we got there. Took about 10 minutes to find the correct car and bring it up. Everything was perfect, except..the windows were foggy, the person moving the vehicle either used a oily rag, or their hands were dirty/oily, so as to leave a very hard to clean window behind. At night, really annoying especially when service stations aren't able/willing to help. Not complaining, just mentioning for future reference for your company, and myself, to make sure I have adequate supplies to take care of these things as they arise. I will use Extra car again!

Two things: The shuttle was clean and serviceable. Your customer service area at the SEATAC facility where we drop off and pickup our vehicles does not measure up to your competition. This is probably less important to me than seeing our driver on 8/15 at about 9:30 not wearing his seat belt in compliance with Washington law. He had buckled it up and placed the shoulder part of the belt across the back of the vehicle seat. Then he sat on top of the lap portion of the belt. In a crash or sudden stop he is going to be seriously injured. I did mention it to the customer service person when I picked up my vehicle.

Upon return, the shuttle service said something about 5 minutes and it took 15-20 (or longer - it always *feels* longer) to come and pick us up. I'd rather here 20 minutes and have it be 5-10 than hear 5 minutes and have it be 20.
