I was very dissapointed with the inadequate amount of shuttles. My husband, myself and two small children were in the cold wetness of seattle for almosr 45 minutes before a shuttle with at least 2 seats came by. Plus we were not even given an apology for such a large inconveince!!

Everything was perfect, except..the windows were foggy, the person moving the vehicle either used a oily rag, or their hands were dirty/oily, so as to leave a very hard to clean window behind. At night, really annoying especially when service stations aren't able/willing to help. Not complaining, just mentioning for future reference for your company, and myself, to make sure I have adequate supplies to take care of these things as they arise. I will use Extra car again!

I parked with ExtraCar Seattle and really do enjoy using them time after time. At one time they even offered a car wash feature and I wish they would add that back...then I would give them the 5-star rating. Right now they are about 4.75 stars in my book!!!!!

Two things: The shuttle was clean and serviceable. Your customer service area at the SEATAC facility where we drop off and pickup our vehicles does not measure up to your competition. This is probably less important to me than seeing our driver on 8/15 at about 9:30 not wearing his seat belt in compliance with Washington law. He had buckled it up and placed the shoulder part of the belt across the back of the vehicle seat. Then he sat on top of the lap portion of the belt. In a crash or sudden stop he is going to be seriously injured. I did mention it to the customer service person when I picked up my vehicle.

Just checked my phone records and found it was 25 minutes from first call to pick up because I called a second time to make sure we had not been forgotten. This is not "a couple of minutes" which is how long the first dispatcher said it would take shuttle to arrive.

Upon return, the shuttle service said something about 5 minutes and it took 15-20 (or longer - it always *feels* longer) to come and pick us up. I'd rather here 20 minutes and have it be 5-10 than hear 5 minutes and have it be 20.
