My only complaint was that my receipt from my initial order only indicates the name of the lot as Express Park. Doesn't specify NORTH or SOUTH so when the shuttle stopped at the #3 desiginated pickup stop we gave the driver our name and he allowed us on. It ended up that we were on the incorrect shuttle. He did end up driving us to the correct lot but it was inconvenient for both us and the driver as we lost time. I think there should be some indication on the receipt as a reminder of what bus/location we need to be driven back to.

Love the parking lot. Shuttle vans could be bigger. Regarding the website - would prefer to pay for whole parking stay upfront online, instead of just the first day. Big drawback verses Park n' fly.

The people at airportparking reservations.com were awesome. I was not able to get to a printer so they forwarded the confirmation information directly to the lot for me. When checking in, the woman said that they do not do that and there was no paper given to her. She was looking for my name on the list and magically, she flipped the page and there was an attachment that looked EXACTLY like the confirmation that I was sent. She, of course, did not mention it although my boyfriend and I clearly saw the paper. As soon as she saw it, she gave us instructions on where to park and told us we needed to print out the paper. Once again I contacted the website and they faxed yet another copy a day before I was set to return. The woman this time was more friendly and she said she could not find the sheet, but did in fact give us the rate. I will never use this lot again. Last time I used a different Philadelphia lot, I was able to pull up a copy of the confirmation on my screen which was scannable. I do not understand why this lot has to be so difficult. Heck, I can pull up my boarding pass for the plane now a days. They need to get out of the stone age and be a little more familiar with their own procedures. The paper was there, she just felt dumb because I told her 5 times that it had been faxed to their main office and she disagreed. Never again. The shuttle drivers were friendly and prompt.

We had to park in the "extended" lot, in a space next to the fence. In the adjacent property, there were a lot of trees. Consequently, when we returned, our car was covered in bird droppings. We will request parking away from the fence in the future.

everything was great. I'd rate everything between good and excellent if I could. I called for the shuttle and then 5 minutes or so later, a shuttle was about to pass right by me and I had to flag it down...the driver said "you didn't call did you?" and I said yes... and he said ok, hop in after finding out I had a business card to the correct lot. Overall it was great, but maybe a little smoother service on pickup would help. In the end, I think I go there for the same reason most people do... it's close to the airport and very cheap.... but the reason I will select yours over another of the same price is the 24hr pickup, friendly service, and speedy shuttles. If the price rises higher than the neighboring parking lots though on discount parking websites, I'd go to the cheapest one.

On return, pickup shuttle was marked 'North' which caused much confusion as we parked south of the airport. Apparently Expresspark recently opened a new 'South' lot, however, both lots are to the south of airport. Driver did not help clarify which lot we were in and we had to call again and wait for the same shuttle again. Took a half hour for return to car. Operators need to better clarify pickup instructions re north/south lots.
