the parking lot is a good distance from the shuttle pick up and you have to carry your luggage yourself, the shuttle does not make rounds to pick you up ( we walked at least 200 yards). The pavement is rough and difficult to roll luggage over. The driver who picked us up was very rude and did not help us with our luggage when we returned to the garage. Would not use this service again.
was charged for being late even though I waited over 1/2 hour to pay--when i asked the cashier about the extra charge--he said (and I quote) timing is everything.--not very courteous, or even reasonable.

Valet is more than indoor parking.. so I expected my vehicle to be parked indoors. It was not - the valet service also failed because when the tag assigned to my vehicle was read over the radio to dispatch only the last 3 numbers were confirmed (322743)- another vehicle matching the last 3 numbers was delivered (##1743) - not mine, which caused a delay in me departing while they figured out their error.
We love using espresso parking!! on this trip with the Driver of shuttle on our return was so courteous and so helpful. My husband had lost his phone and he could not have been more helpful and positive saying he knew it would show up I wish I knew his name so we could thank him again after my husband found his phone.

Dear Staff, You do need to improve Shuttle´s waiting time at the parking lot and at The Airport . In our way out of the bay we waited at the parking lot for about 15 minutes. ( it was ok) in order to get to the airport. And our way back from our trip we waitedat the airport at least 20 -25 minutes, even though I called as soon as we landed letting your staff know we were going to be on time. We got at 4E ( the place where you were going to pick up us up) at 11:20 pm but we waited and keep waiting for 20 more minutes. Pls try to improve that and you´ll be the best.
I was a little put off by having to drag my suitcase across the parking lot, but was overwhelmed by the free Peets coffee and access to print my boarding pass. Thank you! The shuttle was waiting for me at the airport. WOW! And you were able to use the email from my phone to access my receipt (I left the printed one at my office). Overall it was GREAT and I will use it again.
I have never used your services. My complaint: The signage indicating indoors vs outdoors would have been more effective if placed where the drive splits, as opposed to placing it off to the left hand side, where I did not see it.... Thus, I would have parked correctly, and not have had to pay the extra $2 per day. There was no one onsite I could see to address this question by the time the shuttle came...had I seen the outdoors sign or someone to address my enquiry I would not have parked in the covered, non-valet zone.
This was the first time I used this service and the parking location and I was very happy with both. I will be using these services again and will be telling my friends.

I was a little nervous using your service, since your prices were significantly less than the company's website. I was expecting hidden fees, but to my relief, their were none. I will use your service again.

The shuttle drivers were excellent and couldn't have given us better service! We will always use Espresso when flying out of Oakland.
Maybe I am a little bit of a spaz. But the signs on where to get in the shuttle in the central building could be a little more clear when approached from some positions. The bus stop shelter out front looks like something one would use to wait also and I first approached it from a position where I did not see the signs and was wondering how the system worked for a few minutes.
The morning of departure there was a long line for the shuttle and only one grumpy driver...wait was 30 minutes. The evening of return there were too many people waiting so had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the second shuttle also with a grumpy driver. I have parked at Expresso many times and have never had this happen. Have they cut back on staff? They know when the flights are leaving and arriving and should be prepared.
More detailed information about indoor and outdoor parking. This was my first, will not be my last, visit and I didn't distinguish between and outdoor parking. Thank you for your considerations. Will see you in the near future.
