  I'v now used your service 7 times..this trip I decided to use your valet service...unfortunately I waited 40 to 45 minutes for my car, I realize that this was a busy holiday, however valet is valet....

  Parking lot was full on arrival. Company offered complimentary valet parking because of reservation.
