Shuttle transportation is provided to and from your airport terminal every 10 - 15 minutes. You are asked to arrive at Expresso Airport Parking 15 minutes before you wish to arrive at your departure terminal. Upon entering the parking lot, there will be signs directing you to your choice of parking. The shuttle circles every 10 - 15 minutes. Please wait outside of the Baggage Claim area for the shuttle.     It was hard for me to take my luggage to and from the shuttle to my car and I hurt my shoulder. It would be great if I could leave my luggage at your office, pick up or park my car and then pick up my luggage. Please consider this for future parking. Otherwise the experience was excellent.

    The only not nice person was your cashier with an attitude that didn't match the drivers. She needs to go, I don't remember her name. Interaction was approximately 1:45 pm, Saturday 9/17/16. She was awful and made your company look bad. Everyone else was amazing and smiling both in and out of your lot!

    The buses need to be refreshed as they appear to be running down and the wear and tear is showing. I've noticed this as I have been a long standing user of your service. The bus driver should be required to wear their seat belt. All of the drivers should be told to learn to apply pressure to the breaks evenly and not slam on them causing people to lean into each others.

    The entire staff was excellent. The parking lot is very easy to get to. One service that you may want to consider adding is escort service to cars. If I come back late by myself, I would consider an alternate lot who could provide this service.

    The valet parking is the best. By the time you get back to the lot from the airport your car is up front waiting for you. I will always use Expresso.

    The lot was very full so I had to park very far from the cashier. The bus driver saw me walking and backed up to help me out. That was wonderful. On the way back, I had to pay at the cashier and then the walk, pulling my suitcase was a long one. I've seen buses drive through the lot to the stops, but not yesterday. All in all, it was very good. I think more people should tip the driver since he really does collect the bags, lift them, and gets them down. On the outbound trip, a few people tipped. Coming back, I think I was the only one.

    From the moment we dropped our car off to taking the shuttle after our trip we had such a great experience, we did not have to wait for shuttle and pickup from airport was so quick and easy. Lot was clean and safe and no damage to vehicle and plenty of parking. Will use them again each time I travel!
