Expresso Airport Parking - OAK offers a convenient professional service at a great price. The safe and secure parking facility is located close to Oakland Airport and is easy to access. Shuttle transportation is provided to and from your airport terminal every 10 - 15 minutes. You are asked to arrive at Expresso Airport Parking 15 minutes before you wish to arrive at your departure terminal. Upon entering the parking lot, there will be signs directing you to your choice of parking. The shuttle circles every 10 - 15 minutes. Please wait outside of the Baggage Claim area for the shuttle.     A good operation, courteous drives. Couldn't find my car on return (indoor self parking) -- I was in the wrong building! The place is huge. I might be helpful if there were specific spots for large SUVs and pickups. They often take up 1+ regular spots, and protrude into the travel lane.

    For the most part my trip was very efficient. The one frustration was when I was calling to be picked up at the end of the trip. You have at least 3 phone numbers on the valet check and magnetic timing card. At least one of them rang continuously with no one ever picking up. The third number worked and I got an immediate answer. The shuttle arrived 5 minutes later. When it did there were about 8 people who got on with me so I have to imagine that the others were having the same issue and long wait trying to get in contact. (While I was standing at the stop 4 vans from other lots stopped with just one or two people entering). I think having just one centralized number would avoid confusion and allow you to be more responsive to customers.

    I am very upset and disappointed with your company. This was my first AND last time to use your transportation service. The following are my reasons: 1. I mistakenly drove into the valet parking garage and was rudely told, "You are in the wrong building." When I showed him my receipt, I had to ask where to do I go? "Drive out here and go around and park in the other building." 2. I find a parking space indoors. I didn't know what to do then. I walked outside and did not know where to go. I sure didn't want to walk in the valet building again. How was I to know that was where the cashier was located? When I registered online I read that I was to show my receipt..to who? 3. Fortunately as we were standing in the middle between the indoor parking and the valet parking, a shuttle drove up. We asked him what do we do. He said we pay when we come back. How was I supposed to know that? 4. It would have been extremely helpful to have a sign on the INSIDE of the indoor parking building telling those who parked their cars where to go. I saw the shuttle waiting area, but I thought I had to pay the remaining amount first. Very stressful not knowing what to do and not knowing the cashier was inside the valet building. I wanted to talk to someone!!! 5. If I would have known that the receipt was not required until I returned I wouldn't have been carrying it next to me until AFTER I returned. 6. When we were picked up, even though it was 70 degrees outside the inside of the van was hot, and I felt like a sardine with it being packed full. 7. I was surprised to find out that we all got off in the valet building to pay the cashier. Note my continuing reference to the valet building. Does it have CASHIER on the outside to let us know about that? I did not have my receipt handy and was told that without it (I had my ticket showing when I arrived.) that the charge would be $96 instead of the $48 I owed. (No comment, like, "I'm sorry but we need the receipt." I fished though my luggage for the receipt and paid the $48. I'm sure you have my account on record, but evidently that was not an option. 8. I expected the shuttle to drive through the indoor parking and pick us up instead of walking back to the outside. If I would have known that I had to walk outside, that would have been good to know. I hope these comments are helpful so future customers have a better understanding of what to expect and what they are supposed to do. If I had known all of it beforehand, it would have been a satisfactory experience instead of starting our trip on such a stressful note.

    ExpressO was absolutely everything my Daughter who used them a month before told me to expect. I was so impressed with the ease of which this all went down parking the shuttle pick up drop off right @ SW & the return pick-up right in front of SW and @ record time. Paying and getting my car a breeze I would not use anyone else I will pass the word of mouth 4 Sure

    I lost my ticket stub and wos worried about if I would be charged an additional fee. The attendant that was working (7/17/14, 12:30) there was very helpful. he was very helpful and accommodating. He charged me according to my reservation receipt previously made on-line. It really helped top off a great vacation. I would recommend to all my family and friends. Best way to park long term and Oakland Airport.

    All of the staff were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. I was traveling with my daughter and infant grandson and the driver loaded and unloaded all of our luggage, stroller with baby, and because we used valet parking, our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the lot. It had been a long day of traveling and the friendly service was a wonderful welcome home. I will definitely be using this company again.

    PAID FOR INSIDE PARKING, THINKING OUR CAR WOULD BE KEEP CLEAN. BUT WHEN PICKUP IT WAS FULL OF POOP. HAD TO PAY TO HAVE IT WASHED. NOT HAPPY.

    You would have received 5 stars if you had not tried to charge me an extra penalty fee of $2 as I was trying to exit the lot. I was told that I had 10 minutes to exit the facility after my fees were paid. My entire experience was great until this occurred. Your company should be better than this. Extend the time to 30 min to accommodate customers traveling with large groups small children. Also it can take 10 minutes to walk to your vehicle. Wow your customer and we will come back if you gouge them they won't.

    We got in Sunday evening after 11:00 PM and when we got to our car the battery was drained and needed a charge. We thought we would have to call outside to fix our problem. When we asked the staff how to handle our situation they responded by giving us the charge. Within minutes we were on our way home rather than waiting for an outside service to give us the charge. With expresso you can add superior customer service to the lowest rates.
