We had an outdoor reservation for 8/9/14 and arrived on time at 10 AM. The outdoor lot was full when we arrived. The person there was extremely rude, bordering on hostile. It was a woman named Chris. She declined to take any responsibility for the problem, claiming "she doesn't know" if there were any spots available in the indoor parking and that we were on our own! She didn't seem to care at all, and wouldn't even let people finish their questions before insisting she was not responsible and to tell them to go and see if they can find a spot on their own. Horrible, horrible experience.
The shuttles were pretty full. I stayed on the back to load the luggage, but by the time I got in, all the seats were taken. This was even though I was 2nd in the line (after missing the earlier shuttle). May be we should give tokens from the parking to the airport, so in that direction we don't miss out on our rank in the queue.
I have parked at Expresso Airport Parking for years when flying out of Oakland. On July 31, 2014, I made a reservation online (putting the dates and times of flights) and printed out the confirmation and a coupon, as I have done for many trips. When I arrived at Expresso, there was a sign blocking the entrance to the outdoor parking that said it was full. I, and other drivers, were directed to the valet entrance, where we were informed that the indoor parking was also full. Other cars also had made reservations online. We all needed to get to our flights. There was no manager on duty and the employees didn't know what to do. Finally they told us to just leave our cars and they would take care of them. I had not intended to leave my keys or have someone else in my car, but I had no other option at that point. When I returned from my trip, I was picked up by the shuttle and taken to the parking lot. On the way, the driver called the office four times to give them my valet number to have the car available, but no one answered his calls. I was the only person on that shuttle. When we arrived at the lot, the driver gave an employee my ticket number for him to retrieve my car. I went to the inside booth to pay. There were two people inside the booth. The man who had gone to bring in my car apparently returned with a car with the incorrect number and was sent out a second time to get my car with the correct number by the woman in the booth. I am working with her to pay for my parking. I explain my situation to her. A few times I have to repeat myself. She does not understand what I tell her. She takes my coupon and my credit card and tells me that my credit card has been denied. I tell her that there is no problem with my credit card, I have been using it recently without any problem. She attempts to scan my credit card a couple more times without success. Now I am wondering if I have sufficient cash with me to pay for parking. The man who went to get my car returns and takes over for the woman. He scans my credit card without a problem. I ask where my car is. He says "over there," but I don't see it and ask him where. He gets angry and says, "are you getting smart with me?" The woman tells him to calm down. There was no manager on duty that day either. All in all, a horrible experience dropping off my car and a horrible experience picking it up. Corrective action required: better system for online reservations and monitoring available spaces. If you are open 24/7, you need to have a manager onsite 24/7. Your employees need better training on your systems and customer service.

I had to wait a long time to get to the lot, since there were a lot of people waiting at the airport like me & the shuttles would fill up fast. Could not get on 2 shuttles, so finally went alone to the lot w/o my family & bags so I could p/u my car and return to the airport to pick them up.
We appreciated the great service and welcoming attitude of the employees. We were disappointed that we were not told when we parked in the covered parking that there was additional costs of 50%.

I liked everything about your service. The only thing was that as a single female I felt uneasy walking to my car around midnight all by myself. I was parked far away from the main building because the lot was very full when I came it. I would have been nice to have someone accompany me to my car. There was a lot of activity around the main building though, so that helped.
Seamless with the exception of having to find parking. This must be a popular spot.
Expresso is good but needs the following improvements: 1) clearer directions to indoor self-parking 2) exiting with magnetic card impossible, especially at night
This was my first time ever using a parking / shuttle service. I was very impressed how quickly I was taken care of. I will definitely use your services the next time I travel.
We had a very pleasant experience with Espresso. Our reserved parking space was available, and our shuttle ride to/from airport were very timely. We did not use your other customer amenities including complimentary coffee, newspapers, or snacks. Finally, the online price was same as the check-out price. My only comment to the contrary was that, after making our reservation and paying the $11.00 initial transaction, we received an email with a $5.00 discount offer. We elected to leave our reservation in-place, but it would have been nice to receive/apply this additional discount to our reservation.

I don't think it is right to pay a penalty for earlier flights which adds one additional day to the price. You might as well just add the daily price on to the estimated figure instead of fooling the guests but telling them that they are three hours over so you have to pay another day. No plane would get in at the same time you park the car early in the morning so therefore you will always pay another days price no matter what. (if you fly early)
When being dropped off at the airport no mention was made that only drop off point would be in terminal two (Hawian Air is in terminal one) or where to pick up the shuttle when returning. Also it would be safer and more comfortable if there were better lighting at night for passage way to indoor self park area.
