Please arrive at Executive Valet 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal (which is only 2.3 miles away).

Airport Transportation

We offer 24-7 shuttle service. Upon return, you can contact us from your cell phone, or use the courtesy phone in the baggage area for immediate pick-up. Go outside door 3 and stand near the "Valet Pick-Up" sign for the Executive Valet shuttle bus.

Additional Information

Executive Valet Parking is located only 2 miles from Bradley International Airport and offers low rates for full-service valet parking.  Shuttle service is provided to transport you to and from the Airport.  Complimentaty luggage assistance and coffee is available. Executive Valet Parking asks that you arrive to park 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminals at BDL. While you are away you can take advantage of the car care services for an extra charge. You can also be guaranteed to have a car clear of ice and snow and heated, when you return. Once you arrive back in BDL please use the courtesy phones located in the baggage claim area (Or text us for a pick up at: 860-830-7737) to arrange pick up.  Proceed to the Valet Pick-Up sign outside and our shuttle bus will pick you up and bring you back to Executive Valet Parking.

    Snow could have been cleared off the windshield wipers and the hood, not just the windshield. Piles of snow on hood interfered with visibility. No need to put the heat on full blast.

    Executive Parking is the best! The shuttle was curbside when I retreived my luggage and walked out the door. My Durango battery was dead. They got it started and had me on the road immediately which was crucial due to a winter storm was starting and I had an hours drive home. I will ALWAYS park at Executive!

    I was not at all happy to get into my car upon returning, only to find that the clock was off - actually ahead by approximately half an hour. I then noticed a card stating that my vehicle had to be jump-started prior to pick up. Don't the employees ensure that nothing is left on when the vehicle is parked? While I appreciate being notified that it was jump-started - this is a major consideration in whether or not I would use your company again or refer others.

    The pick-up service upon our return was great. Although the first shuttle was full the second one arrived in minutes and our car was running and waiting for us at the front of the parking facility when we arrived. Very happy with the service.

    Calling the number when you arrive back at the airport and reaching a recorded message is concerning. You don't really know if someone is coming to pick you up or not. Also, took a long time to get our vehicle back from the lot.
