    Shuttle did not smell good. Definitely needs to be aired and freshened up. Didn't save much money compared to just parking at the airport. Will continue the search for better savings

    I was extremely pleased with this service. I will definitely use it in the future as well as recommend it to my colleges and friends. I especially loved that my car was awaiting my arrival with the doors open, car running and lights on (I returned in the evening). I also enjoyed paying prior to arriving, so I could simply jump in my car and go home. It was a great experience.

    The problem with the shuttle is that it picks up a long way from the baggage claim areas. The personal service is fine but it is a long walk through an outside area to get picked up. Drop off is no problem. Don't know if we will use this service again because of this.

    We found the walk from Jet Blue to be quite long to get the van back to the lot. Being older and having arthritis etc., walking with our bags can be difficult. Otherwise we liked using your services.

    When checking my receipt after leaving your place I noticed a $3 fuel surcharge. I was not informed and frankly do not like it. On a 3 day rental it raises your price to $8.99 plus tax and not much savings compared to airport parking. On short it trips may affect my decision about where to park.

    The service was wonderful. The only negative was that my passenger seat had some white granular material (about a 1/2 cup) like the kind to clean up oil spills on it. Not sure if staff carry a bag of it around while they are moving cars.

    We hope that the people in charge at RSW change their policy about picking up customers curbside. Since hotels are allowed to drop off and pick up curbside, parking services should be as well.

    For us Seniors, it would have been nice to have a pick-up at the curb by baggage claim. Otherwise I was pleased with the price and service.

    We were unhappy with the shuttle service on our return. We had arrived back at the airport after midnight and didn't really understand why we had to wait a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up as it was not busy at that time.

    You need names on the ticket stubs. The drive collected them all (on our return) and then didn't know whose was whose. Good thing we could kind of remember our numbers!

    Need to improve retreiving your car upon return to parking lot. We waited 20 minutes on Dec. 27 at 4:45 in the afternoon. That is the only area we noticed a better system needs to ber implemented. Thanks

    Customer service was GREAT- all associately were friendly and accomodating. Really hope they get clearance to pick customers up at gate, this was the only detraction. Will definitely use this service again and recommend to friends!

    I doubt I would pay for a car wash in the future. Unfortunately it rained after it was washed otherwise we were very happy with the service from beginning to end.

    Was an easy call after I got my luggage; walked to pick up point; transportation to parking was there; was in my car and gone in no time. Attendant who picked me up and drove me was very courteous. Would use Executive Parking again.
