    Attendant didn't find our car the first time and brought another car around. Finally found ours. It was 95 degrees. My husband is 100% disabled and we have a Service Animal. So, it was a difficult situation for us and in hind-sight, we should have gone inside in the air conditioning but we didn't think of it and they didn't suggest it. These things happen but it was tough in the heat.

    We did not use the shuttle to get our car back, we used your pick up service. Love it! Will always use in the future. We only waited 5-10 minutes for our car to arrive. Great!

    This is the second time this has occurred. The shuttle arrives, then sits there and waits for more and more passengers. Our bus at 1:30 am last night was full, and then 3 more added, to stand while it drove us back to the lot. This is very poor service and unacceptable. I may switch back to the airport parking lot.

    Pick up was a disaster! Pouring rain, not let off at car. Need a lot of planning for rain at airport and your lot.

    Please do not let parking lot attendants change radio stations, seat settings, and turn OFF headlights! I started out of parking lot only to realize my headlights were off. It was dark. Had to stop the car to locate the place on the stalk to turn them back on!

    Waited for 50 minutes at midnight to almost 1 a.m. Was not told that shuttle does not pick you up at arriving passengers or that it picks up where the other shuttles do. Pick up area is hidden around the side of the rental car area and the signage is extremely poor. I had to call 3 to 4 times to get the pick up. The phone directions were lousy too. They dropped me off in front of my airline...logic would say that you would get picked up at the returning flights...not the case. I was not given a map or any other sort of paperwork indicating I would be picked up at a different location. I was tired and had to lug my bags to the pick up location with a sore foot.

    Mainly great experience. Courteous drivers, prompt service. Vehicle was not there, when we got back, but after informing driver of this, the vehicle was there within 3 minutes.
