When you arrive at Exec Park, you simply stop your vehicle outside of our office doors to check in. After checking in, you board our shuttle to be transported to your airline's ticket counter. If you should need to wait for a few minutes for a shuttle, you will wait inside our office.

At Exec Park- , you don't have to worry - they offer some of the best security you'll find in the area. Your vehicle is held for you in a fenced, lighted parking lot that is policed while you're away. In addition we also monitor the lot 24 hours a day, thanks to our security personnel and video surveillance. Our superb care package includes ensuring your vehicle's windows are cleared of ice and snow, car wash, waxing, detailing and oil change service available. Free jump-starts as well as diesel and heating plug-in available upon request with a customer supplied extension cord. The modern shuttle service is available on demand, 24 hours per day to and from Milwaukee Airport. When you arrive at Exec Park, you simply stop your vehicle outside of our office doors to check in. After checking in, you board our shuttle to be transported to Milwaukee Airport. Pickup instructions are included on the claim check.

    It took a very long time to check in when dropping off my car-- roughly 15 minutes. The staff was courteous to me; however, when the shuttle driver answered the phone in the shuttle, I noticed he was extremely rude to the customer on the other end who wanted to confirm a reservation. Makes me hesitant to call for a reservation next time.

    All the services at Exc Park was great but for the front office attendant. She needs to treat customers with respect and dignity, because at the end of the day, we are not parking there for free, we are paying a lot more money over there than super saver or any of the lots at the airport. I am a frequent flyer, and have always used super saver lot, but because of the nasty attitude of this lady, I will probably go back to supersver lot when I travel again.

    The only complaint I have is the rude lady at the front desk. Everyone else was very friendly to work with. Not a good first impression when she's the one you have to deal with for everything!

    This is the best-kept secret at the Milwaukee Airport. I almost don't want to write a review and alert everyone else about it. Their service is beyond expectations with regular pricing. The shuttle drivers we had were extremely courteous and timely. Our car was waiting for us warming up when we got off the shuttle. It's an incredible service and we will use it every time we fly out of Milwaukee!

    When we finished customs and called the Park, they said 2-3 minutes and that was it! Other people waiting for the airline shuttle got on our bus and were unhappy to find out that we were going to Exec Park and that they would have to wait. We were the first ones out. Our driver filled us in on the weather and traffic. So smooth.

    Last minute trip for Mother's funeral and had total confidence in the availability of parking and shuttle. Exec helped with my cancelled flights, different airport, kept car safe and sound for me. Ready when I finally got there. I highly recommend Exec and share that info every chance I get.

    Your check-in process leaves something to be desired. I had to leave my vehicle unattended in the office parking lot ( never saw the actual parking area). The only person I saw was the sign in clerk who then drove me to the terminal. - It struck me as a "Mar-and Pa" outfit.

    I have never been treated so poorly as I was when I checked into the parking lot at 3:30 AM on June 17th. The attendant was rude and lectured me on the fact that I was early and I did not call to confirm my reservation. I had made my reservation online and I assumed that was all I needed to do as I received my confirmation via e-mail and I presented him a copy of the confirmation. I listened to him berate me for a few minutes then I told him "that this was the first time I had used this type of service and to please stop lecturing me." He continued to "grumble" and when I told him I would most likely not be using this particular parking lot again, he said "fine, there are others on the street." He then informed me that the van driver did not arrive until 4:00 AM and I told him I would wait as I had been early. He told me to get my luggage out of the car and he would lock up and drive us (rudely). The complete opposite was the case when I returned at midnight on the 22nd. The van driver was OUTSTANDING!! He unloaded our luggage and happily placed it in the trunk of my car and proceeded to ask me if I knew how to get to the interstate. He was very polite and helpful!! However, with the treatment I received from the morning attendant I will never use that particular parking lot again.

    We use Exec park about two to three times a year and would not leave our car anywhere else. We love the fact that someone is not going pull in next to us while we are away and ding our car. The only people parking the cars are Exec Park employees. Also, no worries about inclement weather when we return as our car is pulled out, warmed up, and ready for us to drive home.
