    I will never use this service again. Arrive home on a Sunday morning and waited 35 minutes for shuttle. Then the driver arrived after dropping off another customer he said he and not been notified of our arrival. The office is a dirty construction trailer, with doors that barely close, a small waiting room that doubles as employee lunch room complete with microwave and empty pizza boxes. There is no restroom in the office [must go to back of motel next door]. Waited an hour for car to be dug out of snow, as there were only two shovels for staff. Poor management as when the snow removal service did not show another they just let the snow pile up and freeze making car extraction difficult.

    A representative of this service neglected to tell us where our car was parked when we returned to pick it up, and so left us to search their large parking lot in below freezing weather. Also I saw the representative treating another customer poorly when he attempted to pay his receipt balance. Very prompt pick-up time, but I would not use this service again.

    I have used EWR parking regularly for the past few years, with mixed results. I will say that the online reservation system is a welcomed added feature. My biggest complaint of this particular parking lot is the pick up system. This was the second time I experienced a miscommunication with pick up that left me and my family waiting for 30 min or longer.

    Waited at the terminal for more than 25 minutes. When I arrived where my car was, I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to bring me my car. This is the worse service I have ever had.

    While the driver was fairly courteous, the customer service at the desk during my departure as well as during the pick up/payment was horrible. Prior to my departure they tried to give me an increased rate which was $20 than my online reservation was. They seemed to be making up the prices as they went. Then when I returned, my companion simply tried to confirm the balance due. But instead of answering his question, she proceeded to accuse him of not wanting to pay. I would have to be desperate to use this parking lot in the future.
