EWR Parking is a privately owned off airport lot servicing Newark Airport parking. Features include valet parking and complimentary luggage assistance. Free shuttle transportation to your terminal at Newark Airport is provided as part of the service. Located just 2 miles from EWR airport EWR parking offers lower rates and a great alternative to the on airport lots.
Easy and quick.
Attendant upon our arrival was quite rude. She was clearly on her cell phone making a personal call and seemed to want us out of there as quickly as possible. We had questions and she answered them very quickly with very short answers and we felt as if we were being shooed away. I was worried about leaving my car because the company seemed very shady and unprofessional based on this woman. When we picked up my car everything was fine, and the 2nd attendant was much nicer and more helpful. It was also very hard to find from the direction we were coming from.
Place was hard to find, driver actually had to come get me at a near by location and take me to lot. Coming home I called driver while I was waiting for bags at bag claim was told driver just left to drop someone off and then he would come back, bags took a while longer to come out, when I finally got outside to wait for driver he wasn't there, it was freezing out so I ran back in and watched for him out the window he immediately pulled up, when I got in the van he had to let me know that he had already been outside waiting for me and had to leave circle the airport and come back for me (like it was my fault). One person was in the van already. I know I prob shouldn't have called while at baggage claim I should have waited until I had my bag but it was just the way he had to let me know he had already been there. Also, the cars are all outside, they don't pull it up or start it for you while you are inside paying (don't know if that's important to you or not but other places I've parked have done this). Price was reasonable I also had coupon but I prob won't use this lot again.

was not told when i parked that i would be charged more for a truck, was told this when we picked the car.
On the return trip from the airport to the parking area, a road was closed and the driver was not familiar enough with the area to navigate. He was cutting people off, changing lanes last minute, honking his horn at people, etc. I felt very uneasy. The shuttle was also in very poor condition.
Its cheap and thats what you get here! I used their service few times and everytime i waited for 25-30 minutes for pickup from airport. The attendants arent very courteous either...so pay another dollar a day to save time and see smiling faces.
The only reason I rated the condition of the parking lot and shuttle as fair is because the van that picked me up at the airport reaked of cigarette and I am very sensative to the smell of cigarettes/smoke. I had to keep the window open to breath properly. Otherwise, it would have been better rated.

Shuttle great going but a long time on arrival. Also, the people are all nice but the van could be cleaner and the office desperately needs an overhaul/cleaning. I still like this company the best for ease of parking and will definitely use them again.
while the location is great, service was prompt, the van condition was not desirable inside. seats were very dirty and felt wet. not very welcoming when you first open the door to get in.
Directions worked great to get us to a tricky location.
The person who checked me in upon arriving at the lot had difficulty finding my reservation despite the fact I had a print out showing the reservation and confirmation number. This delay made me late arriving at the terminal.
The United terminal pick-up point is the FARTHEST DOOR to get to (Level 3 Door 5). How about one in the middle of the terminal, instead of wya at the end? And WHY is the door on the Departure level, instead of the Baggage Claim level? That's just stupid.
Waited 25 minutes for shuttle at 5 a.m. and missed my flight. On my way back, waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me up.

Service was great! Only issue is the address on the website is incorrect so we had difficulty finding the location.
