These people are terrible. I waited for over an hour and a half to get picked up, longer than my flight was. Then they are rude about it and then lie to you about the reasons for the delay. Like saying the "phones were out" and "we'll be there in 2 minutes". And apparently my situation is not unique. Plus they tack on hidden costs to your rate. Like charging you the airport train access fee.

If you are in a hurry to get to your car once you return FORGET using this place. I called at 7:54am and I did not get picked up until 8:22am. I called 3 times and each time the girl said oh, she's 2 minutes away. The problem is that they are operating with a skeleton crew. One driver/van. When I final got picked up after waiting 28 minutes, I explained to the driver how long I'd been waiting and that i was suppose to be at work at 9am. The girl gave no apology or excuse for the delay, as a matter of fact she didn't say anything, she continued being slow and ignored my anger. I have used this company several times and heard others complain but never directly experienced it myself until 12/19/11. So in the future, I will gladly pay a dollar more using another company for timely service. The other vans had come by three times before EWR van came once. No thanks. And truthfully, I think if the driver had attempted to make an apology, I would have said okay, this doesn't happen often and just dealth with being late for work. But the rudeness and that much of a delay is unacceptable.

The lot is convenient, the people are friendly and courteous, the price is right but the last two times I had to wait for the van to leave and return since it was full. Any thoughts to another van or a larger one?

Please check in at the office. A valet will meet you to assist you with your luggage and give you information on how to contact the lot upon your return from your trip.
Airport Transportation:
Free shuttle transportation is provided to and from your airport terminal.
Operation Hours:
Open 24 hours. This is a privately owned lot and is not affiliated with EWR Airport. There is a $2 (plus tax) charge for oversized vehicles (Tahoes, Escalades, etc).
