I was using this site many times. It was always very nice. I recommended it to a lot of people. This was the worst experience I ever had. If you will work with this lot, you will loose your good reputation, and it is not fair.
No fault of EWR parking-the roads around the airport in New Jersey are a complicated nightmare...GPS is the only way I can ever find my way around there.
The location and surroundings of the parking lot did not give me much confidence, and I was glad that drop-off was during the daylight hours. I used GPS to locate the lot, so cannot comment on the accuracy of the directions.
The vehicle they have to take the people to the airport is in real bad condition, dirty and not big enough. Their office was very dirty and in bad conditions. I will never use this parking lot again.
The van is in very bad conditions and dirty, same as their office. waiting time to go to the airport was about 30 minutes. Never again.
The shuttle can was dirty and the middle seat had a cushion that you could sink in because it seemed like there was a hole on the seat under the upholstery.

van is dirty with broken seat belts
Upon return waited an hour for the van, then they couldn't find my keys for half an hour.
The shuttle was in deplorable condition--the running board was completely crushed, so in order to not break a leg or foot, I had to jump over it and hold on to the door for support. The seats were filty dirty and down to the springs. Will never use again.
Mend the passenger seat on the pick up van.

The wait for pick up was about 18 min. a bit long. No help to the car with the luggage.
really bad service
Experience was positive, as usually is with EWR Parking. Staff courteous and efficient. Your van, however, could use some renovating. Seat bumpy but doable for small trip. Seatbelts didn't all work. That is a problem in my opinion.
