Parking at the Embassy Suites can be inconvenient especially with small children. When you arrive you must wait in line with all of the guests checking in or out which can be very time consuming. Then the parking tag process takes quite a while for them to process. The worst part is then having to run back out to your car to hang a parking tag. This was very unpleasant with 2 young children in the rain. Make sure to allow extra time for this whole process when parking here.

The directions to the hotel and once inside the lot were very easy to follow. The only con would be the shuttle. The outside of the shuttle was nice, but the inside was a bit dirty and smelled funny.

Please remove the suggestion of calling the embassy suites hotel from the courtesy phones of the Miami International Airport Reasons 1. There is no Embassy Suites number to call from the courtesy phone station 2. No need to do it since the shuttle runs eery 30 min anyway 3 Because I thougt it was required from me to call and I wasn't able to do it, I missed a shuttle during the process and delayed my return to the parking lot.

All was perfect but it can be alittle tricky yo find South River coming from the North gping South since the road does not go stsraight thru. Otherwise it was GREAT!

Not clear directions were provided for return and exiting of Miami Embassy Suites. Not a clear set time or location to find shuttle on return. Had to wait outside almost 20 minutes, and flag down driver as he was passing behind other larger shuttlle buses.

Missed the location twice coming along the route marked at dark. Better route was discovered going back from airport. Much simpler. Paying for airport parking was time consuming. For very simple pay from on-line invoice, the process took 7 minutes of undivided attention of front desk clerk, who apparently was challenged by operating computer.

It would have been a great experience, but picking up the car turned into a huge hassle. The gate would not read my card. It took 3 attempts, having to return to the front desk each time. Apparently, there was a problem with the card reader. It would have been nice if someone could have helped me the first time.

Juan the shuttle driver was excellent! I lost my cell phone at some point between my car and the airport, took the shuttle back to the the lot to search for my phone, then had to get back to the airport in time for my flight. Jaun not only helped me find my phone but made the stressful situation bearable. I will definately use this lot again and again.

We must've missed the shuttle's pass. We waited 25min for the next one. The first call didn't/wouldn't give us an ETA for the next shuttle, they told us the shuttle was on the way. Given the distance it must have left before they said.

Getting a parking spot at the Embassy Suites near the MIA airport is a great deal. However their shuttles are kind of slow. While waiting at the airport for pickup I noticed less prominent hotel shuttles going buy very frequently. I had to call the Embassy Suites hotel to get them to pick me up. 40 minutes wait.

The service on the return shuttle was terrible... More than 45 minutes after first speaking a very rude man showed up in a very dirty van. Not the usua van or staff at the hotel, which I have used before. The operator, who I called twice, was very dismissal of my situation, waiting at the airport.

Shuttle runs every half hour, not often enough. arrived as the shuttle pulled out & had to wait half an hour for the next one. most parking shuttles run every 15 min. driving instructions were accurate but confusing. no fault of hotel, just a confusing area.

After waiting 25 minutes, the shuttle was full and could not pick up me. The driver said another would be by in 5 minutes. The other arrived 25 minutes later. During that time other services made 3-4 passes by, including most other shuttles associated with a hotel. It took me an hour to get 1.5 miles to the parking lot. The time of day was 3-4 in the afternoon.

When we returned, I did not know where to go to pick up the shuttle. It was not listed on any paperwork that I received nor was there a telephone number to contact for assistance.I wasted about 45 minutes trying to resolve this issue.

The parking experience and shuttle to the airport for our flight were excellent. Upon our return however, we had to wait approx 40 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. This was frustrating after 12 hours of traveling and a delayed flight.

Aside from the very poor return service, from the airport back to the parking lot, the service was very good. We had to wait 55 minutes for a pick up. The last thing anyone wants, after a full day of flying, is to have to be delayed getting back to their car.

It was a Holiday weekend. you had 2 people working the early sat am shift. we almost missed our flight because 1st... there were no more parking spots. one of the workers had to park our car in vallet service because of the full parking lot. 2nd... the bus kept getting delayed by stragglers coming at the last second... and the driver waited for them. i do not blame the driver but if he had asked is anyone running a little late, we would have spoke up and that way he would have left those people for the next airport run in 15 minutes. this is the second time i have use this service... the first was flawless and this one wa a little flawed. thank . When we returned to Miami, we waited over 40 minutes, made two phone calls to the hotel to check on the shuttle and STILL had to get a cab for $11.00 to return to the hotel. the shuttle was STILL parked outside the hotel.

MAP QUEST, GOOGLE, AND GPS MAKES IT HARD TO GET TO. IF I WERE NOT FROM THE AREA, I WOULD HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES. OTHERWISE, IVE PARKED THERE BEFORE. THE PLACE IS VERY SAFE. I PARKED 9 DAYS AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF MY CAR

The Embassy Suites was a great parking location but the employees there were not helpful at all - we called on our way there to ask about a shuttle to the cruise port and they said not to worry, we could book when we got there, but once we got there they told us we should have booked it over the phone (which is what we called to do). We ended up working it out and just barely catching the shuttle, but the Embassy Suites employees were not much help (no reflection on your great service which we very much enjoyed)

you have to inform people where is the pick up .. i was waiting at the arrivals for 2 hrs calling the hotel and nobody there told me to go to departures to be picked up ...so that means poor work or poor communication towards the public

I suggest including the shuttle schedule for the specific lot on the confirmation. For example, The Embassy Suites shuttle leaves the hotel at the top and bottom of every hour (9, 9:30, 10, 10:30, etc.), so one could time their arrival. I happened to just miss a shuttle by a few minutes and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the next one.

The shuttle from the lot to the airport was very timely. We were informed that a pick-up van comes every 15 minutes. However, we waited 35 minutes for a van and other passengers on our crowded bus said they waited 45 min. This made a poor ending to our vacation.

It really was the easiest airport parking I've experienced. Since Embassy Suites has a shuttle service every 1/2 hour, there is no calling, just timing your wait. I will definitely use the service again.
