i parked a little longer. the attendant wanted to charge me the HOTEL rate for parking that extra day. Crazy!
Waited 30 -45 minutes for van while watching the same vans go by over and over again from other hotels and airport parking
I'll not use this parking ever, it was raining, parking was a total lake, no one was available to help you, I waited for the shuttle for 20 minutes, nothing. I was about to miss my fly, so I had to call a taxi cab, pay $15. Because it was not Shuttle. Concierge was very slow and rude, Be aware if is raining DO NOT PARK HERE. unless you are parking a boat...
The only issue I had was waiting in line to pay the remainder of the balance when I got to the hotel. I had to wait in the registration line to complete the transaction and that took a little longer than expected. Other than that, everything was fine.
The shuttles run ever 30 minutes, which was not convenient for me when I was trying to catch my flight (I ended up paying for a cab). Additionally, the system for finding the shuttle at the airport was a bit stressful (just look for the shuttle w/ the Embassy logo and flag it down). Overall, not a bad experience.
Check in and check out had to go through main hotel front desk for which the wait was far too long.
getting out was a pain- Machine ate the card and necessitated getting another one and an explanation from an employee of how it works. Paper ticket and plastic card aren't the same thing to me. Better wording would have saved the situation.
very easy. In and out. Only complaint would be the wait at the front desk to obtain parking pass, but that could be expected at a hotel near airport.
There were no available parking spots - required leaving keys for car to be parked
The service enhanced our trip! I will definitely use again and suggest to friends and family!!! Thank you
Place was packed. Shuttle was every thirty minutes. No cabs were on site. Would never park there again.
You shouldn't make people come inside the hotel to pay. Do it like Crown Plaza.
Very good service. Easy to use from the very beginning (online reservation) to the very end (car pickup). Highly recommended
Had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle bus,as one had just passedd us by, and did not stop for my wife & I. Bad situation!!!
Have NEVER had a bad experience with your company !
They didn't tell me that I needed a key to leave the lot so I sat around at the gate like an idiot.
My only problem, which was my fault, was that I forgot which hotel parking lot i had used and initially went to the wrong hotel. Perhaps if the ticket stub were printed or stamped with the hotel name, it would reduce this problem which the driver said happens frequently.
Road construction tends to confuse the navigation system.
They were under construction, so it was a little bit uncomfortable to move around.
