I work part time for the hotel industry
Facility was great - very secure, and helpful with bags. Drivers were nice. The only thing that kept it from being 5 star is the wait at the end.
We were told that our shuttle would arrive in 30 minutes or less, however; after three hours of flying we had to wait an additional hour and twenty minutes for the shuttle to pick us up.

Reserved my parking tickets online through work website discounted great price, easy and close to north enterance of the airport. Flight time was at 6am arrived at Embassy Suites at 4:15am. Checked in, shuttle arrived in 5-10 mins and even provided a car seat for my child. Going home flight came in at 12:15am, called when I landed and shuttle arrived in 20-25 mins. Staff was friendly, shuttles clean and would definitely recommend for anyone entering at north enterance.
Drop off attendant was very rude. Pickup attendant was great!
The hotel was hard to find using GPS and shuttles only departed to the airport 2x per hour (every 30 minutes) which was inconvenient, but the attendants were very nice

Embassy suites was one of the best we have used
I called three times to be picked up. The first two times I called, I gave the men my information and wanted to make sure that I was in the right area to be picked up. After I waited 45 minutes and no one came, I called the third time. When the lady answered the phone, she concluded that there was no information regarding my first two calls. So she was polite and put down my information and apologized. If it hadn't been for a different gentleman who called to be picked up, I am afraid I would have had to wait another 30 minutes- if not more to be picked up. From the time I called to the time I arrived at my car it was a total of an hour and thirty minutes. While in the vehicle the driver had to call dispatch over five times before he received an answer. I do not think that the driver is the one responsible for the delay. He was very nice and also helpful. However, the men at "base" where unresponsive and were not able to manage their job responsibilities effectively. Also, when dispatch did answer they asked the driver to go back to the terminals he had already been to prior and did not quiet know how many people ideally needed to be picked up. It was very chaotic. When I dropped off my car, however, everyone who I spoke with offered excellent service and were more than helpful.
