    The directions in the reservation confirmation stated to check in with the Embassy Suites front desk. When I showed them my receipt, they told me I would need to go to the bell hop desk. There was no one there so the front desk clerk said she would have to help me. She had to locate the keys so she could open the drawers where the parking information was kept. She told me to fill out the multi section parking badge and then to go park my car. I went and parked my car assuming someone would be out to pick me up. I ended up calling into the hotel when no one came out. I was told to go back to the front and a driver would take me. I went back up and since no one met me, went back to the bell hop. The bell hop seemed confused when I stated I had needed a ride to the airport and showed him the stubs I had. He asked for my keys so he could put them away. I refused because I was not about to go off for a week and leave the keys to my car with them. Another bell hop walked up and stated I was not required to leave my keys. I later found out they wanted my keys in case they needed the parking spaces or if there 'was some other issue'. If they are going to offer this service, then they should plan on not having the parking spaces up front. I had to wait a while to be picked up on my return flight (almost 30 minutes). As my title states, an option when the other lots are full. (I was disappointed because this location is closer to where I live and would save me driving time up front.)

    Someone should put the requirement to leave the keys with the attendant in big letters on the internet. For me, it required an extra trip to lock the car and tot the bags back to the p/u point. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is the driver of the courtesy van went the extra mile and picked up the keys and dropped me right at the vehicle.

    The drivers are very nice. We called when we returned to the airport and they sent someone right away without having to wait another 30 minutes for the next shuttle.

    Hotel parking attendant should be friendly and eager to help people that has never done this before. Maybe attendant had a bad day but he should always be friendly.

    I think the driver walking around to the back & telling the guest (one walking with a cane) bring your luggage back here, we have to load it in the back for safety was a little less service oriented than expected. Seriously a backpack could be carried on the van & if not by all means great customer at van door, don't make them walk back to you if physical limitations. Just my 2 cents worth. Wish you had covered parking. Seriously thinking about changing to some place I can leave car not out for hail damage or using uber to get to & from airport

    Call when we got off plane...asked to call back when we received luggage. Didn't want to leave keys with parking attendant. Overall would use again if needed. It was a good location in comparison to the airport.

    While it was easy and hassle free to use on the way to the airport, the return to the parking lot was not the best. As instructed, I called once I retrieved my baggage and waiting by the gray courtesy van sign. I was literally standing under the sign. The wait was 45 minutes and I had to call back twice. Once we finally get to the site to pick up our car, the hotel did have my keys ready and offered my a voucher for my next trip.

    A little difficult to understand ES management of Park and Fly...you park in what appears as the Bass Pro lot, and they would like to keep your keys, in case they need to move your vehicle to set up a tent...no problem telling them know to the keys, they are pleasant and accommodating. My travel return must have been at peak time...full bus on return, likely why the wait was so long.

    The receipt with pickup information was not very specific. It said to go to the lower level and find the gray sign. I ended up following the signs for courtesy vans and found the gray sign. When I called, the person asked what gate I was at, and I didn't know. I saw a sign that said "Gates 2-14" and I told him that. When the driver picked me up he was angry because he was told "Gate 4" and I was at Gate 24 (which was written on the gray phone booth, but I had no idea to look there for a gate number). I apologized for the confusion since I didn't know what I was doing. He was gruff the entire ride back to the hotel. Other than that, the parking was super easy to find, easy to use, and the shuttles seemed to be running almost constantly. I felt it was worth the money.

    We have used this same location numerous times with no issue. Sadly last night's return was the worse by far anywhere. We were flying with friends and I had been bragging on how great this was, this time however we waited an hour to get picked up. I have to say I felt like a complete idiot! I would really appreciate if the site would ask what ur return flight number is. This way the confusion could possibly be avoided?
