    waited over 45 minutes to be picked up at airport. Also confusing which bus, as shuttle services another hotel, so the name on the bus did not match our parking hotel. Garage was also hard to find, hidden around a corner.

    The staff at the hotel reception desk was not friendly. He asked me to go back at the end of line while I came before. Luckily the other staff member (perhaps he was looking from somewhere else) came at the reception desk and asked me to come front and gave me the parking sticker and explained where do I need to park. Due to the first person behavior I missed the shuttle and waited for around 20 minutes at the hotel lobby for the next one..

    There were no parking lot attendants but they don't have N/A as an answer. However before you park you have to go inside the Embassy Suites to the front desk fill out a form and give them the paid receipt. They give you a hanger for you car and a key card to get out of the parking garage when you return. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This time there were not a lot of people trying to check out or in but at times they are very busy with only one person at the desk. Plan out extra waiting time if you are leaving out in the morning time.

    It was wonderful. Parking lot was indoor and protected. The hotel was great and the shuttle to and from the airport was on time and very courteous. The price was very moderate and the arrangement could not have been better.

    There are several hotels that are used. Just remember to go the right one and check on the shuttle return before leaving to go into the airport or it can be confusing when you come back.

    With the exception of some initial confusion about the location of the garage (not the hotel itself, we found that using the address specified- just the garage), everything went very smoothly. We had no issues with the parking, and the shuttle was great! We got to the airport with plenty of time to spare, and when we came home, the shuttle was pulling up right when we exited the airport. Perfect!

    Regerstering at the front desk of the hotel before parking your car was very inconvient. Wait time was long because the front desk staff had to help hotel guest. Maybe regerstering with the parking attendent or bell person would be a better option. Hand them your receipt, sign in, & they could hand you the hang tag since there is no payment involve.

    I parked at the Embassy Suites. When you arrive you have to go inside to front desk to give them your receipt first before parking. However there was only one person at the desk and there was a line of people waiting to check out and I had to wait to park. When you return need to go to front desk again they give you no ticket to get out you have to buzz them from the garage it took the front desk agent awhile to open the gate.
