Will definitely use Embassy Suites again. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the airport, the price was excellent, and the service was great.
Battery dead and front desk staff asked around. Manager used his own car and jump cable started my car. Sorry I did not keep his name. It's around 4:00pm on 12/24/2015. If I use this location in future, I have one less thing to worry about. I am very pleased.
This will be my #1 choice for future travel
Arrived at the location, went to the front desk, showed receipt of payment, received parking pass to hang in the rear view mirror. Caught shuttle to airport and was on my way. Called when I landed back at DCA and told the shuttle would arrive at 10 and 40 past the hour. It arrived on time and took me back to the hotel. Would recommend and would use again.
There actually is not a parking lot attendant. You need to enter the hotel to get a token to drive into the garage. The garage is indoors and locked, so it is more secure than the airport lots. The hotel and AirportParkingReservation instructions had all the information needed to make things successful.
There were no parking lot attendants but the front desk check in was very easy and friendly. I checked in at the front desk and received a key card to enter and exit the garage. As some reviews have said, some spots were small and spaces seem limited. It also doesn't help that there are so many partitions in the spaces. My car isn't too big but bigger SUVs may have an issue finding a "perfect" spot. I left my car for 10 days and came back to everything in good condition. Exited the garage with no problems. I'll definitely be using the parking again! The shuttle service was great. It took no longer than 10 mins to show going to the airport. The shuttle back to the hotel seemed to take longer but maybe around15 no more than 20 minutes. The shuttle runs every 30 mins. Also if you never been to the hotel allow a little extra time to find it. My gps kept saying I arrived but I somehow missed the entrance.
This is a nice place to park and is typically less expensive than other lots, but my car was broken into the last time I parked there and my GPS and briefcase were stolen. I called the Sheraton and apparently there are only cameras at the entrance. If you park here just be sure you leave nothing in your car.
Gated, underground parking lot monitored by the hotel. Easy check-in and out. Fast and friendly shuttle service. Much cheaper and just as easy as airport long-term parking.
There was no parking on P3 which is where we were told to park. Only a couple empty parking spaces in the lot. There were no parking lot attendants.
You need to wait a long time for the shuttle, a very long time. Up to 30 minutes. Plus the shuttle will stop at another hotel and get more passengers before heading to the airport. Also, you need to take time to go in the hotel, get a pass for your car, go back to the garage and put the pass on your car. Prepare for a long travel time. Hence the great price. The garage is really small, really tight, with very low ceilings and very narrow parking spaces. Customers parking with this service are asked to park on the lowest level of the garage. There is NO space for oversize SUVs like suburbarbans. Large SUVS like Navigators will be very tights, and you'll need to pull in your mirrors. Mid size SUVs should be ok. This is a better option for a Prius. Or a skateboard.
A great bargain, close to airport, takes longer than parking at airport but well worth it!
I waited 30 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the airport. My shuttle did not show up and I had to get an Uber to get to the airport. I asked and did not get reimbursed for my Uber expenses even though a free shuttle service was not provided as advertised.
Nice garage . Ample covered parking. Clean. Well secured
I dropped off my family at DCA and went to the hotel to park. The lobby staff immediately helped, provided me an entry key to the garage, and the shuttle was waiting for me. Easy check-in. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for the shuttle upon returning, but we got our car without any problems. Saved lots of $$ and would do it again!
very cramped lot could not find a space even though one was promised had to park in the corner not in a space
Tight spots but overall accommodations were good
In the parking garage you need time to find and park in the best available space for your vehicle. If you are in a rush you may find the parking tight and limited. If you have adequate time to search for an available space, you should do alright.
My GPS thought the hotel was on the other side of the street, but otherwise everything went smoothly. I went to the front desk and filled out a form and then parked in the hotel garage. I also had no trouble leaving and coming back after my flight got delayed to the next day. The shuttle only goes 2x per hour but I never waited more than 15 minutes.
Only 1 space available and it was extremely tight. My least favorite garage that I have parked in using your website. Will not use this site in the future.
