Helpful shuttle attendant and quick drop off and pick up at airport.
The hotel entrance is not from the road of its address.
I parked at the Embassy Suites. When you arrive you have to go inside to front desk to give them your receipt first before parking. However there was only one person at the desk and there was a line of people waiting to check out and I had to wait to park. When you return need to go to front desk again they give you no ticket to get out you have to buzz them from the garage it took the front desk agent awhile to open the gate.
Waiting time to bus shuttle too long for departure and arrival ...
Helpful, friendly staff. Safe, well lit clean garage area. Exit signs to get out of the garage were challenging.
I would certainly use this service again.
The covered and protected parking is great and recommended to all. The shuttle to the A/P was right on time. We waited about 1/2 hour for the return shuttle. The worse part was I asked the desk person how to get to Alexandria and US 1 South. She sent me to 395 south which is actually in the opposite direction.
We will definitely use this site for our next travel plans.
I park here weekly and have always been treated well, impressive how this front desk staff processes guests so quickly
I did a test run to the parking lot location a few days before my trip to confirm the amount of time it would take to get there and the exact route to get me there. I received an email about one day before the trip telling me the location had changed and it was too late to do a test run. The wait time for the shuttle was a little over the 30 mins going to the airport and coming from the airport there was confusion about where to wait for the shuttle, which took well over 30 mins to pick us up. After picking us up out of the hot sun the driver could connect that people who wait in the sun would be hot and want a little cool air upon entering into a van.
Never disappoints downtime hard to find a spot but found one
Using this service was much more cost effective than the airport's long term parking. The hotel shuttle was very convenient as it picked up right outside the hotel's front entrance. On the way back home, I had to arrange a taxi since as I returned after midnight and the hotel's shuttle service stopped at midnight. Even with the taxi fare, it turned out to be a better deal than the airport's long term parking.
This is a great parking option in every way except that the shuttle appears to be inconsistent. On the way out two families had to beg and employee to take us to the airport because the shuttle was running more than 30 minutes late and there was an extra van parked in front not being used. On the way back we stood at the Hotel Pickup spot for almost an hour while every other hotel shuttle service came by twice. We finally called the hotel and were told that it would be there in 10 minutes and it came in 15. This is a great price and perhaps that's why they are not as serious as the other hotel parking options about running on schedule.
DC traffic caused me to run very close to my flight time. I told the driver that I only had 40 minutes to make my flight and got me to the airport with enough time to check luggage and make the flight. Excellent work!
was recommend by a friend and very glad. pulled into front of hotel. walked through hotel front entrance with my reservation in hand. desk people knew exactly what to do after i only said "good morning ... i'm here to park". filled out short form. was given parking pass. drove into locked garage. had no difficulty in finding an open spot. then walked back to lobby and only had to wait approx. 15 minutes for brief hotel shuttle bus ride to DCA. and upon return waited again approx 15 minutes for hotel shuttle arrival. given the price and convenience, there is really no need to use DCA long term parking
Had difficult time finding hotel due to lots of construction in the area and during busy am rush hour....stressful when you are trying to catch a flight. Just missed one shuttle and head to wait for another. Give yourself plenty of extra time.
Unclear if you need to park in garage first and go to front desk or park at entrance and go to front desk for ticket stub for windshield . This was same concern at Hilton
Parking was good and relatively cheap. After hearing I was there only for the parking, hotel attendants were rude. Definitely not staying in that hotel when visiting DC.
eliminate requirement to show hard copies of the receipt to the desk clerk. email should be fine or even just showing your ID with name, tied to the reservation.
