    This was an absolutely stress free parking situation. No watching the time while you wait for the shuttle and worrying you will miss your flight. I fly a lot and this will be the only airport parking I will ever use.

    It is not fenced in and they gave me a tag saying I was airport parking so I was worried about break ins. The staff was not friendly on the way there but was friendly on the way back. Thankfully my car was still there when I got back.

    I had called earlier to confirm pick up times from the airport. The driver provided a direct line for me to contact him for that pick up. He was efficient with picking me up and has relatable conversation. I can tell that he's a people person, good customer service

    Check in was fine and easy, parking was plentiful, shuttle was there and ready to go. The mistake or confusion was on the return. I was under the impression that the shuttle ran every 15 or 30 minutes. After we waited an extended time at the airport, I finally called and was told that the shuttle only did a pickup at the airport upon call/request. It would have been nice to know that upfront.

    If you are flying out or in early before 6 am or late after 11pm...no shuttle is available...and a taxi ride is $10. So I should have parked at the airport..really didn't save.

    We did not know that we had to call for the Embassy van to pick us up after we landed. It just wasn't clear to us. probably our fault. Finally another hotel van driver told us we needed to call them. But overall very good service.
