I had called earlier to confirm pick up times from the airport. The driver provided a direct line for me to contact him for that pick up. He was efficient with picking me up and has relatable conversation. I can tell that he's a people person, good customer service
Great Shuttle Drivers So friendly and kind
When we got there, it was a little confusing because we weren't sure if it was airport parking just for hotel residents or not. But once we figured that out, everything went smoothly.
Mike the shuttle driver on my return was very professional and so friendly.
Check in was fine and easy, parking was plentiful, shuttle was there and ready to go. The mistake or confusion was on the return. I was under the impression that the shuttle ran every 15 or 30 minutes. After we waited an extended time at the airport, I finally called and was told that the shuttle only did a pickup at the airport upon call/request. It would have been nice to know that upfront.
If you are flying out or in early before 6 am or late after 11pm...no shuttle is available...and a taxi ride is $10. So I should have parked at the airport..really didn't save.

very easy process. No problems at all.
We did not know that we had to call for the Embassy van to pick us up after we landed. It just wasn't clear to us. probably our fault. Finally another hotel van driver told us we needed to call them. But overall very good service.
