Econopark Express offer very competitive rates for parking close to Baltimore Airport. The premises are safe and secure, fully fenced and well lit and open 24 hours a day. Once you arrive at Econopark Express you will be directed to an open space and the parking attendant will assist you with you luggage. Make sure you have made a reservation with this parking operator to be guaranteed a space and avoid disappointment. The shuttle bus leaves every 5 minutes from Econopark Express to BWI. A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station. While your car is parked at Econopark Express you can take advantage of the car care services that are available. Please inquire about these upon check in at Econopark Express. Please arrive at Econopark Express 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the BWI terminals. Once you have returned to Baltimore Airport and you are ready to get back to your car the (yellow) shuttle leaves every 5 minutes. Please wait for the shuttle outside of Baggage Claim. If you are arriving after 11 PM, please call 866-411-7275 for pickup.

Did econopark express this time. Absolutely wonderful. for the last several years I have used a hotel lot and shuttle. Going to airport was always fine. Pickup was a night mare. last two trips waited over 40 minutes in the cold. Think more of a hotel front desk issue than shuttle driver--but never again.

I go on 15 business trips a year and first and last time I will use this parking lot again i was 1 hour and 10 late and they charge me a extra 720 but it was ok that I payed to arrived at 4pm at got there at 7pm but thats ok im going to be parking in baltimore for a week in June but not here
HAD TO WAIT NEARLY 2 HRS AFTER LANDING FOR THE SHUTTLE TO OFF-SITE LOT TO ARRIVE
Hard to find your lot, need additional signs at the turns to help locate the lot Other than that all was good, shuttle was quick, driver helpful, price was OK, lot was clean, shuttle was clean.
A little hard to find your place but service was good - have no complaints Would use again.

Going to the airport from the parking was very good service. On the way back, however, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the van to pick up (it was 10am) and the driver didn't help me with my luggage and wasn't courteous. I won't be using this company again, unless I receive compensation for the poor service!
Our experience was very good except for one thing. We had driven from Lancaster, PA in treacherous weather to get to the airport. There was a chance that we were going to miss our flight. I told the gentleman in the grey van that was guiding us to our parking spot that we were running late & he shouted "THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM". Customer service at it's best :-)
The parking garage is decent, but was charged a full day fare for being late a couple of hours. Will not use this place in the future.
This past Thanksgiving day (Thursday 11/27/2014) my wife and I had to leave our car at your Parking Lot for "valet" parking only even with a reservation. I have to say that I was very apprehensive about doing this but was left with no choice. The "good news" is, "I won't have that doubt again"!! The reason....." my wife inadvertently left her Bank Debit card in the cup holder of the vehicle and it was still in the exact same spot when we returned the following Monday evening, Dec 1st". A careful check with our Bank showed that the account was fine.I want to personally "thank" the lot attendants for their honesty and integrity. What a relief and we look forward to using EconoPark in the future and are definitely recommending it to all of our family and friends. Thank you for a job "well done"!!
First time experience at Econopark Express was ABOVE STANDARD!!! My pick up both going and returning were both freindly and helpful and the shuttle was quickly to BWI for my flight to Arizona. Upon returning after a week's vacation, I found my car would not start. I called the main number to ask them who I should contact to get help and she said she'd send someone over. Torrance, the very professional and curteous driver who had just dropped me off and took my bags from the shuttle into the trunk of my car, had returned with a Power Pack to jump my car! UNBELIEVEABLE!!! What SERVICE!!! Incredible is all I can say for the wonderful service and helpfullness given to me by Econopark Express!!! Congratulations on having such a professional staff and conveniences for the customer's which saved me time and frustration!!! 10 STARS FOR ECONOPARK! Thank you, Torrance, for doing such a great job!!! ps. I keep trying to put EXCELLENT in the parking lot attendant question, below, but it will not accept it..........may be a glitch?
