Once you arrive at Econopark Express you will be directed to an open space and the parking attendant will assist you with you luggage. Make sure you have made a reservation with this parking operator to be guaranteed a space and avoid disappointment. The shuttle bus leaves every 5 minutes from Econopark Express to BWI. A shuttle service is also available to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station. While your car is parked at Econopark Express you can take advantage of the car care services that are available. Please inquire about these upon check in at Econopark Express. Please arrive at Econopark Express 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at the BWI terminals. Once you have returned to Baltimore Airport and you are ready to get back to your car the (yellow) shuttle leaves every 5 minutes. Please wait for the shuttle outside of Baggage Claim. If you are arriving after 11 PM, please call 866-411-7275 for pickup.

I have NEVER experienced a better "leave the car...ugh!" experience. This lot, associated with your online locations group, is the VERY BEST I have EVER used. I wish they were at EVERY airport EVERYWHERE! Please see that they get a copy of this opinion!

Stub should be tied to reservation so you dont have to go searching for the seperate reservation. It is just another piece of paper you have to track .
I did not know where to pick up the bus at the airport, and waited a long time at the wrong place. You should indicate where the pick up is for the bus because the airport does not mark it properly
Drivers are very helpful and courteous. Parked several times there due to new job travels. Should apply for Frequent parker status.
I did not get directions to the parking garage so it was a bit confusing trying to find it. GPS took me the long route
Internet route need updated. Also need to provide all customers with a pickup location. It was not provide until I returned from trip.

locating the van pickup point out side of BWI airport termiminal was not easy. The airpot attendant gave me the wrong general location for pick up and all of vans kept passing me by with out stopping. I had to make several calls to get information on the correct pick up location. I suggest an alert on your cell phone something similar to Supper Shuttle
No issues with drop-off and ride to airport. Extensive wait for pick-up and then drop-off back to vehicle. Waited 20 mins for shuttle, 20 mins for ride to parking lot, 20 mins on the bus as the last person dropped off at my car, and then an additional 10 mins waiting to be check out by the one cashier. The number of vans and cashiers operating for the Sunday evening rush did not meet the demand. This will become part of my consideration as I plan my next trip due to the hour of time lost.
Would prefer a paved parking lot. I parked in the annex which was grass / gravel. No issue - just expected a paved lot.

i have used this parking for years . over the years the it has been nothing but confusion on cards sometimes there tell you to put your card in sometimes they tell you to pull a ticket. i have never gotten a free day because of the confusion. just got a new card before this trip and made a revservation and paid up front which i thought it was charged when you came back? when the girl totaled the bill it was less then what i paid so she told me that i would have to leave my new card there and they would have to reset it?? it's a new card . after about 13 years i'm thinking about using a different company.
Our flight was delayed in Charlotte on the way home and we worried that we would not be able to get to the parking lot. The shuttle and driver were waiting. What a relief!!
