we had to wait over half an hour at the airport after calling for pickup. We waited in the area that we were told on the card given when we parked the car at the lot. Only broken English was spoken when we called for pick up and also in the office when we went to pay. The driver went to the first level when we were told the second level and because of no English comprehansion he could not understand where we where when we made the second call. Not great from a business perspective.

as i was trying to book a parking space i saw this company with the cheapest rate. i looked at the policy of this company fare enough. then i read the reviews and is all about that there's only one employee per shift, and some one lost there flight due that the office was close, another customer said that the telephones weren't working and had to take a taxi. it did scare me a little but i decided to call them and ask them over the phone more info about there company.i called and said that i was traveling and that my flight was departing at 11am there for they told me to arrive 2hrs before my flight. (fare enough) i also said when i get to your lot is someone going to be there to take me to the airport (the gentelmen said sure) so i booked it. i took the chance, i got to there office and i did see two people working one was at the counter and the bus driver i parked my car inside the gate,left my keys with the front desk, and we left to the airport. got in time no hassell, came back from my trip called them that i was at departures as i was told. i only waited 8min., was picked up by another driver and as i got to the office saw another lady at the counter very nice people by the way. paid and got my car. what a great expierience i had with economy airport park. i want to say to the previous customers that had the bad expirience anywhere you go you have to acknowledge that we as humans are not 100% perfect. and every time we all write bad things about other company remember that others will read these comments and say the hell with this company i won't park there, but i took the risk and once again I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

The office was closed when we arrived. We missed our flight and had to wait 3 hours on stand-by for the next flight. Our driver, Roberto, was excellent but he was the only person on duty.

i use to park at the airport parking lot and i was paying double the price.one day as i was coming out of the departures level i saw their bus,threw a picture with my phone and as i got home i called them to find out if the rate that i had saw was true. it was true i booked my next parking with them. i had a great expireince defenetly i will use them again.

The lot was a little hard to find. The pickup from the airport was slightly confusing too, but you are picked up at Departures not arrivals so you must go back upstairs to the drop off. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My one complaint is that my car never made it into the gated area inside of the lot. It was supposed to be moved inside once I was dropped off at the airport, but they had an issue starting my car. My car has a keyless entry and requires the brake and start button to be pushed at the same time to start. If you dont speak spanish as first language, you should try to communicate that with the front desk on how to start the car before leaving on the shuttle bus.

you have the SAME GIRL taking money, checking us in, DRIVING us to the airport AND picking us up! She was efficient and knowledgeable and NICE and courteout. It worked OK for now - BUT if you want to pick up your business and get busier - YOU NEED MORE HELP !

Big problem with phone #s upon return. Numerous attempts @ 8 AM ( open @6 AM ??) on local # recording said not a working #. The 800 # no answer and one time said call back during normal business hours. Finally after 1&1/2 hrs got through on 800 # just as I was ready to take a taxi. It's a shame because this is a great deal with new vans, friendly people, etc. They need to invest in a better phone system & connections to the driver. It's one thing to have to wait but when no one answers it causes a lot of anxiety especially after a long over night flight.

I had to take a taxi to your facility because you only had one employee working and he was not there! I waited for one half hour trying to call you, then took the taxi, then had to wait while your employee had to drive back to the airport. Awful service.

after reading those awful comments i find it un true i was picked up on time there are 2 people on the counter.the phones are correct.is a shame of you writing this comments i will use economy airport parking again. i was very pleazed with the service that the girl over the counter gave me. and also the bus driver indicated me where to meet him once i arrived.all i have to say is good luck with negative customers..

i'm so happy with the service that they provided to us specialy coming from far away. i live north of naples,fl and thanks to my gps i found them, i thought that there place was a little bit far from the airport but i thought wrong. they are so close i remeber when i use to rent cars from naples to drop it off in alamo to fly out of miami,fl but they are so close to the old alamo and i also saw national. but i had a great expierence with them and i will use economy airport parking.

economy park and fly is not far away from the airport is just few minutes away. the only thing is that they are in the back streets were some rental cars company use to be at before they moved to the new bldgs. but other than that they have a super great service,they specify everything before we leave to the airport making sure we don't forget any of our personal items or paperwork.it's a safe parking lot they have cameras,+ i also notice they have a indoor garage. i will use them again on my next trip over n over nice team that they have.....

Upon arrival at the parking lot, please proceed inside the office to the first available parking agent.
Airport Transportation:
We Shuttle to-and-fro to the Miami Airport and our offices between 6 AM -11PM. Also, if you are going on a cruise (to the Miami Port) and you need us to drop you off and pick up there is a $40.00 one time fee, but, if you only need to be dropped off at the MIA Port it is only a $20.00 one time fee. Please, let one of our agents know of your intention in advance so that we may serve your needs accordingly and make proper arrangements. Thank you
