Everyone at the parking facility was very friendly and helpful. I only waited 10 minutes for the shuttle to take me to the airport. Upon my return I called for the shuttle to pick us up and I only waited 10 minutes. The shuttles bus was new and comfortable it was worth every penny for the service I received and the price was very affordable. I would use this facility again.

This would have been an "Excellent" rating, but attendant had difficulty in locating our car on our return as it had been moved with no corresponding information left for the attendant. He was able to find it only after having to search the entire lot. He was very helpful, as were all other employees we dealt with.

I used the car park service for 2 weeks and honestly would use your services again if I need to in a heartbeat. My car was returned well-looked after and the price couldn't be beat. Not to mention your buses to and from the airport were not only spotless but your drivers took my big heavy bags for me without needing asked. A huge load off my body and my mind as it meant I could finally just flop down, rest and not worry about anything else. Thank you again for everything, this was the easiest most relaxing part of my entire trip.

Our only disappointment was the lack of courtesy from the front desk attendant. In addition, he and another employee found it appropriate to discuss negative business issues while we were in the office.

Once I got to the airport it took me almost 30 min to locate the facility. Economy park n fly did not have a sign out front. It was poorly lit. I had to ask for directions to locate them. Once I located the facility, they had a sign saying Global Rent a car.

It would be helpful to have a step stool to make getting in the vans easier. My traveling companion had recent back surgery at close to 80 getting in was a problem. The driver tried to assist.

The only problem that I almost had was that the lot that I had chosen for my reservation closed at 11pm, I was not aware of that, when I got there to drop my car off is when I found out, they were kind enough to accomodiate me, my flight came in at 10:35, I just called them as soon as I landed and they came for me. Need to put times that they close on ads so that if you have a late flight you won't pick a company that isn't open when your flight arrives.

We had a much too long wait to get to the airport. They should have had the shuttle wait while we checked in. We arrived in plenty of time at the lot, but had to rush to our plane. We waited over 30 min. for a shuttle. On our return, the shuttle left before we got to it. We then had to wait another 20 min. Not enough communition to the driver.

I left my Bmw here on the 4th.Very low cost as i search around for cheaper prices.A week later on the 11th August i return and call.They are there promptly in a nice mercedes truck fully airconditioned and roomy.Coming from New York where every paid for ride had additional signs threatening and warning you to give 15% tip.It was a humble and nice welcome home.He assisted with the luggage and the check out was smooth.Right up front when i got back to the lot.I would definitely use them again.My previous experience i was away only 4 days and my car was super dirty and they had broken my photo on my keyringbut this time i took the single key off.Very professional and quick and good value for money.They are actually a car rental place doing parking on site.I will use them again.

Took the wrong shuttle even after reading comments online that others had taken the wrong shuttle. It was confusing to know what shuttle to take. Others should be warned that there is a bus called Park to Fly when the companys name is Park and Fly.

I am very short, under 5 foot tall, and the service counter is taller than I am. There is no place in the facility for me to comfortably fill out the form or sign my credit card receipt, nor can I even talk comfortably with your staff. I'm sure there's no intent to make short people feel so trivialized and disrespected; your people are lovely, but the transaction counter is a real downer.

The only Critique I could offer for improvement was for the person driving the shuttle from the airport to pic up your car to please check your ticket. I was unaware that the spot where we were told to get the shuttle had other shuttles to other parking area as well and we boarded the wrong shuttle but were expitiously taken back and put on the correct shuttle.

This is our 2nd time using your sevice. What a service! Yes, our return trip was on time but... your pick up van was taking care of a handicap person which we were not aware of. So our wait was longer but..... your desk management gave us an extra discount plus a car wash. The van driver put our luggage including skis into our personal car. I would STRONGLY suggest that you provide a sturdy stepping stool to make getting in & out of the van easier. The steps into & out of the van are very narrow & there is no handle to hang on to. The driver assisted in getting out, but a stool would be the best. Thanks.

This is the first time and last that I will leave my car with American Car Rental and Parking. I got to the airport at 6:10 am and called American for pick up at 6:30am after I picked up my luggage and was outside where I was told to wait for 10 to 1
