Loved it! I got back around 10:00 p.m. and the shuttle driver was there within 10 minutes. I would use it again. It saved me a lot of money and my car was totally fine

The service at the Econo-Lodge was very good. It would have been nice to have more than one shuttle van so that we would not have had to wait to go to the airport, and especially waiting 20-30 minutes to be picked up after coming back from a warm climate to a late night chill. Frustrating watching other lots numerous shuttles pass by and wanting to get the kids home after a trip.

The driver was extremely courteous and it was so nice to have our car already pulled up at the entrance when we returned from our vacation. It was late at night and we were tired and this was just extra helpful.

van was very high to step up and down without help and no help was available... suggested serive provide a step stool to assist... my wife stuggled to get inside the van and almost fell several times - attendant did not help and suggestions of a step stool were ignored... not sure if driver did not understand due to english as second language but did not assist with getting in. Will not use this place again.

I parked my car at Econo Lodge. The van driver (van # 17) was horrible. His driving was horrible, I had to run down the van when it finally came and he didn't help me with my bag. Never again would I park there!!!!

When returning from the trip, the staff failed to advise the shuttle number and we ended up in a different EconoLodge. We wasted time as a result.

Directions to SeaTac EconoLodge North were sketchy at best. MapQuest gave two locations for the parking lot. I was lucky to stop at the first one, and it was the correct place to be.

Our only complaint after using this lot 4 times is the wait for a shuttle. We had to take a taxi this last time to get the airport in a timely fashion, otherwise it would have been a 30 minute wait just for the shuttle to return to get another party to the airport and return to pick us up and another 15 minutes to get there. One time I had to wait 45 minutes at the airport before I was picked up. Otherwise the service and prices are very good.

We have to wait for upto 20 minutes for pickup where I could see other rental shuttles passed by twise. This about airport parking which did not waive the service fee even when I used the link like this to reserve for second time within 60 days.

Econolodge North requires a repair on the toilet tank. I was unable to flush. For public use it just needs to work.

The female attendant I dropped the car off with was very polite and informative, but the younger female that was there when I picked the car up was rather rude and had quite the attitude. I simply asked where the rest of my keys were and she quite rudely said "well we don't have room on our rack for all those keys!" Geez I just wanted my house key! I also thought it a bit rude that the driver stood by our car until we fished out some money for a tip as though it was "required"

I had to wait almost a half an hour outside before the shuttle arrived: then the driver made a circle around the airport and went back to pick up more people. There were only three empty seats in the shuttle van when we went back to pick up more people, and it would have been easy to drop our load of people off and go back to the airport to pick up the others after that. The driver proceeded to pick up a man, his wife, two four year old males, and an infant-for a total of five passengers. The van was completely loaded, and one of the four year old boys was sitting on his brothers' lap with no seat belt on. The mother held her baby in her arms for the ride, as there was no room in the van to use her car seat, and they were unable to even use the seat belt because it wouldn't reach around the baby. I have used quite a few different park and fly services, but this one is by far the worst and I will never use it again. The Sea Tac Econolodge parking service is what I used, and I will definitely not forget it. It took an hour from the time that I called the front desk for a ride. I am not the type of person to complain, but I can not let this one go. I plan to blog about the service in which I received.

When I picked up my car, the gas gauge was on empty even though I dropped the car off with almost a 1/4 tank. Obviously the attendant had driven my car multiple times. I don't think I will use valet parking again.

The one complaint that I have is that when we did pick up our vehicle after being on vacation for almost 3 weeks, the battery was dead because the attendant had left the interior light on. They did not communicate this with us while we were waiting

We have parked her before and things usually go well. This time I could not get them to answer the phone from the kiosk at the aiprort. After several tries I looked up their number and called direct from my cell phone. Then they finally picked up.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Great value! It is located about 10 minutes from the terminal, so it is a little further than we expected -- BUT, totally worth it to save $$ & have nice/reliable service.
