    When I returned after a business trip there was no one at the Kiosk to let me out. I couldn't believe it. Had no idea you needed a credit card to pay to leave. They almost didn't let me leave after a person finally came to the kiosk. I had been traveling for over 8 hours and did not need this hassle.

    As much as I would like to comment in a positive manner, my experience with this hotel parking and staff were not pleasant at all. Be forewarned, the "24-hour" service is non-existant! I even confirmed their shuttle hours when I parked, but upon my return, was informed NO SHUTTLE between 11PM and 5AM. Therefore, had to pay more $ to return to my vehicle!

    When I called to get a ride back to my vehicle, I was put on hold a long time, then told to call back later because the driver could not be located. It was said that they were right next door to Avis rental lot, and without actually saying it, they hinted that we could steal a ride on the Avis shuttle. That's what we ended up doing.
