You park in the Hotel parking lot, it is not covered, you will have a dirty car. California is in a drought so we have dust and the trees do drop leaves. Not a problem for me. I mention this because some reviewers had complained about it. You have to call when you arrive at the airport for your pickup. The individual I spoke to said to wait at the shuttle pickup, so I did. Wrong place. The van pickup is the same place as the taxi pickup not the big shuttles. A tad inconviant but not earth shattering. I waited 25minutes. I prepaid online so I just paid the driver a tip and was off again. I will use this service again. So much cheaper then the airport parking lot. I always leave myself extra time for unexpected delays I suggest you do the same. Safe travels to you :)
After I arrived the shuttle was ready on the hour as they said it would be. When I returned 7 days later, I called and the shuttle promptly came and picked me up. Due to traffic on a Friday it took approximately 20 minutes. I would highly recommend using this service. I have a tip for others though. If you park in their parking lot take a car cover or don't park under their trees. When I returned my car was completely covered in tree sap and dust. I could barely see out of the windows and immediately went to a car wash. Other than that, I give them a 5 rating and would highly recommend using this service.
Provide better, more specific instructions regarding where the pickup will occur at the airport. I waited and waited (40 minutes) in one place, and the pickup van was at another place. When the driver finally called, I couldn't understand a word he said. I probably won't use this service again.
I parked under some trees that dripped a very thin and sticky substance all over my windows and could hardly see out. The windshield washer fluid cleaned off the windshield so I could drive home.
When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they shuttle was at the airport picking up people, when the shuttle returned it was empty. Then upon arrival at the airport to come home, we were told that the shuttle would be there in 10-15 minutes but we waited closer to an hour. Needless to say I will not be using this shuttle again.
The women at the hotel desk were very friendly and nice.. the wait in the lobby was a lot better than hanging out in the airport... I will do it again...
I loved that it was economical and i felt safe where I parked my car. The issue I have is when i returned, it looked like a rock hit my windshield causing a BIG crack on it which wasnt there before. That was very discouraging and really upset me!!
Truck was just like I left it. No damage, no issues.
Not as close to airport as I thought - about a 20 minute ride with no traffic. Econlodge charged an extra $5 per person for shuttle to airport on top of parking fee. On return trip waited at airport for vacumn about 25 minutes; was not charged extra fee (or we just left before they asked?)
I have used this place to park and be my airport shuttle for almost a year. The management prior seemed to be very inadequate. They almost made me miss my flight once, and they made me wait 45 min- over an hour on a couple occasions to be picked up at the airport. This last experience was the BEST I ever had, both going and coming! So thankful for the management/ownership changes!! :)
There are plenty of parking space.
Was small but sstaff were great answering all our questions and assisting us!
The driver that picked me up at the airport was in a different van than the one that dropped me off. It didn't have any sign showing that he was with Quality Inn and I had seen him pull up to the taxi area for a good 15-20 mins. That was a waste of time, especially after a long flight. He should have called my cell phone which I had given to the hotel attendant when I called to let him know that I had landed. The driver finally called my cell and came out of the van to identify himself. Still, I did like the convenience of leaving my car in the lot to catch my last minute flight and getting a shuttle to the airport.
Easy to get to and nice to come and go to the airport in a comfortable can rather than a bus. Cost was almost half of onsite airport long term parking. I will do it again for sure!
Everyone was helpful
I called the hotel 3 times, and it took 55 minutes until the shuttle picked me up from the airport. I was told that it was a courtesy shuttle, so I shouldn't be complaining. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that I've had to wait almost an hour for a shuttle back to my car, and I don't think I'll be using this service anymore. While the staff during the day are kind and courteous and for the most part organized, the staff are too unorganized and rude when my night flights arrive.
Everything was fine--short shuttle wait, the staff (especially when we came back late at night) was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that one of the seatbelts in the shuttle was broken, and we had six people so one person got stuck without a seatbelt, which isn't very much fun.
driver from the airport didn't know where he was going tok garden highway instead of freeway . would not listen to directions took over 30 minutes to get from airport
A bit far from hotel to airport.
We returned to Sacramento around 10 PM on Sunday, March 6. Immediately upon arrival my boyfriend called the hotel to ask for the shuttle to come to the airport. The attendant was very scattered and repeatedly asked him for his phone number. We waited inside the airport for the shuttle until we received a call. My boyfriend answered and could not understand a word the driver was saying. We went outside in the pouring rain, walked up and down the entire terminal looking for the driver, only for him to hang up on us. I called back again and tried to clarify where this driver was located and I as well could not understand a word the driver was saying. Honestly, it sounded as if the driver was substituting Chinese words in for the English words he did not know. He hung up on me AGAIN so we again called the hotel for hopes we could get some clarification. They said he was waiting "where the taxis are", aka a parking lot at the end of the terminal not easily seen from inside the airport. We will not be using this service again. In a high customer service environment, do not utilize people with such broken English that a person can not get any understanding of what to do or where to go, especially in a situation such as ours.
